Just as I was asking for the refund, my order was finally ready at 12:55 PM. I really enjoy the salads at Just Salad, but the service at this location was very disappointing. A 45-minute wait for an online pickup order is unacceptable, especially during a workday lunch break. I hope the location improves its online order process and customer service.

I've been twice now, once for pick up and the other time I ordered in store. I got the reusable bowl. The reusable bowl is well worth the $2 in my opinion. Not only do you get a free topping (non protein) when you bring it back, you can also use it for other meals. Now on to the salad. I'm a fan of the Crispy Chicken Poblano. It's a decent size and the chicken and avocado are included in the $12.99 price. It's tasty and well balanced. I can't wait to try it in a wrap. The location has plenty of seating inside. This is a new location so service is tad bit slow but the staff has been friendly and helpful during both of my visits.

And an extremely generous serving of tender chicken that hasn't had all of the moisture cooked out of it. The most unexpected part came in the form of big crunchy croutons!
