    Pepperoni and pineapple pizza
    Kristina R.

Extremely small and cramped inside, and it seems some people just come in and sit there all day. It was also wildly hot and stuffy, despite it being in the 40's that day. I assume because of the small space and amount of people, it's difficult for them to clean, so the one group table was very dirty. Staff did not seem to want to talk to anyone and would point at the kiosk instead of taking orders (despite there being a sign that said orders can be made at the counter with an arrow). The menu looks fantastic, tons of options, lots of customization, but the food was very basic. The crust was fluffy and a golden brown, but the sauce tasted like tangy marinara and was sparse. Toppings in general seemed lacking compared to the bread. The pizza tasted more like something you would get in a cafeteria- not bad, but not something to order twice.

Had their pizzas recently and they are super delicious! You can customize them as much as you'd like for the same price using current promotions which is great! They come out fresh, delicious, and well topped. Staff are friendly and work efficiently!

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up earlier. My pizza was supposed to have pineapple on it in addition to other toppings, but unfortunately I couldn't see the pineapple and didn't taste it either. If toppings are unavailable in that location, I thought they would've taken them off the app for availability. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted and said I was picking up an order and they said they were still working on it.... I'm not sure if the person was new or not, but they didn't seem super confident when working on my order.

American Honey pizza & hot knots
    Josh R.

Great fast casual pizza! I ordered the American Honey pizza without the goat cheese and arugula. We split the hot knots, and I had a sugar cookie. The pizza had a ton of flavor and was delicious! The hot knots were pretty good too. The cookie was just okay. Just a heads up this location doesn't have much seating, so you might need to take it to go.

My fiancé and I were leaving the area and decided to stop by for pizza. We're huge fans of &pizza, so we already had our orders in mind, but wanted to check out the menu for new signature items. Here's what we had: me - CBR (chicken, bacon, ranch) he - AMERICAN HONEY Both pizzas were delicious. We took our orders to go because the place didn't really have much room for more diners. The staff was friendly. (Too bad the customers weren't.) __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

We explore the beautiful Smithsonian Natural History Museum this day got super hungry and crave for some delicious pizza well ok this place did not disappoint. It is close walking proximity to the museum. Their crust is perfect in every bite and the pizza is cooked flavorful fresh ingredients. Best part is that this pizza is not too oily which is not a pleasant thing. Staff is super helpful and attentive to our order. We didn't wait too long. They offer several seating area if you prefer to dine in. Would definitely recommend them especially their affordable pricing.

Cool vibe and great pie. Staff was so friendly for us first timers. With their guidance we made custom pie that hit the mark. Would absolutely repeat.

I will NEVER have anything negative to say about &pizza. I've been dining at every &pizza I cross paths with for over a decade, and they never disappoint. As someone who is gluten-free due to medical necessity, I'm incredibly grateful for how carefully they handle my order. They always ask if it's an allergy or a preference, then change gloves, use separate utensils, and even different trays, making me feel safe and valued as a customer. Every visit, I try a different combination, and this time I went with pepperoni, sausage, marinara, mozzarella, mushrooms, jalapeños, and a drizzle of pesto. It was absolutely delicious--perfectly balanced with fresh, flavorful toppings and a crust that doesn't make you miss the gluten. As a fast-casual restaurant, seating is limited, but the setup keeps the line moving efficiently. Plus, the pizzas hold up well if you have a 10-20 minute commute before digging in. &pizza continues to be a reliable and tasty option for me, and I'll always be a loyal fan!

We got the pizza delivered and it came right on time! The pizza was delicious, think fluffy crust and sweet sauce with thick cheese and delicious pepperoni. My favorite part were the Nutella and cherry knots! What the heck they are so delicious! Would definitely come back!

It's ok. They assemble them in front of you. Really re Indeed me of a subway experience. The staff were just going thru the motions. The sauce was not anything special. They didn't have arugula for the American honey. Nor did it have enough honey on it. The Roni was a run of mill Pepperoni. Could have done their cheese and added pepperoni and saved a few dollar. They did have a good ginger pink lemonade on soda fountain that was a unique and pleasant surprise. Personally, I'd much rather go to Pi Pizzaria a few blocks away. Two of these lil pizzas and two drinks were as much money and the quality is just not great.

    Do they take cash?

    Yes, we do take cash.

    Do they take reservations?

No reservations required. It's a quick service style place. Walk up, order at one end of the counter, pick up at the other. There's very limited seating on a first come first serve basis.

How many can one pizza serve?

I can eat the pizza myself even though they cut it into 8 slices and they are small. If you are not a big eater you can share it with a girlfriend. If a big eater like me, one pie one person.

How long it takes in the oven?

It takes about 5 minutes, maybe 7 minutes tops. It is really fast, like Chipotle. Just as fast as that, only seeing them make pizza, instead of tacos.

We grabbed a seat and did not wait long for our food to come out. I really enjoyed my burger and scarfed it down! I paid for sauces, which were tiny and super overpriced. Hubs enjoyed his cheesesteak but he prefers meat. I had a bite and thought it was really flavorful and very closely tasting like the real thing. I noticed later this is a chain, which is pretty cool. On the side, I added a Garlic Naan. We were looking for a quick meal. SpiceX delivered a good amount of flavor at fast food speeds. If you're looking for a sit-down experience, this location is at a bit of a disadvantage since all of these components are put into a plastic tray, everything is intermingling, and it looks like a mess. They only have plastic forks and knives (no spoons) which makes it hard to eat these saucy dishes. Lastly, since a lot of things are pre-made, they're not super hot and they don't adjust the spice level. My favorite thing about naan is it tastes like fresh bread from the oven, which you don't get here. Everything is very mild, and we normally get dishes mild to medium in heat level. If you can get past all that, I think all the flavors are pretty good and the price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Options include salads, warm bowls and wraps, which you can choose from their list of creations, or craft your own. If creating your own, the full list of toppings wasn't super clear by just looking at the menu, so you basically just need to view the full selection once you get to the counter. I chose the SANTA FE salad ($10.49 + $3.49 for grilled chicken), a combination of avocado, corn, grape tomatoes, Pepper Jack cheese & crispy shallots atop romaine. When asked, I opted for a "regular" amount of dressing which was their sweet & smoky chipotle vinaigrette; it completely coated my salad. Others in my group asked for "light" dressing and thought it was enough. As my salad made it down the assembly line, I liked how they actually chopped it up while simultaneously mixing in the dressing and therefore thoroughly combined all the ingredients. Before topping the bowl with a lid, they will include a free piece of bread if you wish. I enjoyed my salad and the vinaigrette was very bold in flavor with a surprising spice... the heat grew with every bite! It indeed had a bit of sweetness as well to balance it out. They included a reasonable amount of chicken breast for the additional cost of $3.50. The pieces were tender, lean and of great quality. The romaine was fresh and I loved the crunch and added flavor from the fried shallots. Unfortunately, the bread was very dry, but given that it was free, I really have no complaints there. Overall, the portion size of my salad was fair as the bowl ran deep and it was filled to the top! It was truly a healthy, fulfilling lunch. Plus, they have great seating right outside with a view of the neighboring US Navy Memorial Plaza. Here's hoping Chopt will eventually make its way over to the Pacific Northwest!

That month I had started Uber driving, was in this area of DC, had heard good things about Wiseguy, and decided to eat here. Although I don't like paying to park just to simply eat a meal, I sometimes will make an exception for convenience and/or if it's a place I really want to go. But for the most part, I'll go to restaurant where they have free parking or at least I can find free parking near the restaurant. I remembered getting a parking spot very close and feel like I feed the meter like 50 cents in 2014 parking prices for a quick 30 minute meal. They have all kinds of varieties of slices from the standard toppings or just cheese to fancy ones. Although the pizza is fairly thin, but average for New York style pizza. I tried Andy's Pizza 11 years later in 2025, and while it was solid although not as good as Wiseguy, my real complaint with Andy's was that the pizza is very thin, where I was hungry very soon later; so a much worse value as pricing is comparable to Wiseguy. Wiseguy slices are big, and the pizza is top notch New York style. I went to this location a couple of more times after my initial August 2014 visit as I loved the pizza. Then, they opened up other locations. I went to Navy Yard one at least twice, once after a Nationals baseball game after a disappointing loss for my 4th favorite baseball team, Texas Rangers. Sorry Nats fans, but Nats are in my bottom 10 teams. I also went to Rosslyn & Pentagon City location, where parking isn't quite as bad. They even had a Wheaton Mall food court location, which I got to experience once, but they sadly closed. Every experience with Wiseguy has been positive.
