They have two ordering kiosks, which I love because you can take your time, look at the menu with pictures, and not feel rushed. The workers are always nice and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. My absolute favorite is the Twin snow mountains. I'm obsessed with the vanilla frost -- it's like chewing ice that's perfectly flavored with vanilla. The vanilla and matcha ice cream blend together really well, and pairing that with the grass jelly and strawberries is chef's kiss. My only tiny wish is that the strawberries were cut into smaller pieces so I could get one in every bite, but honestly I'll gladly do it myself. I come here all the time just for this dessert. Visited here for something sweet after lunch with the fam. This spot was only a minute away from the plaza we were at. They offer Hong Kong desserts, so we were eager to try this spot. Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. The tables and seats were kept clean. There's cute decor from the ceiling as well. This is the type of spot where you'd bring your family with younger kids for something sweet, while the adults sit and talk. When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. You don't really interact with the worker until she brings out your order. Desserts & drinks: We ordered a mixture of almost everything. We noticed there were a few menu items that were out of stock. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. I've been eyeing this spot for awhile, but never got around trying it. I finally was able to try their desserts after having dinner in this plaza. We came in around 730pm on a Monday night and there were a few tables taken. I thought that was a good sign since it was kind of cold tonight...if people are choosing to come here on a cold night, there must be a reason why! When we walked in, there was a gal at the counter, but was on her phone. Barely looked up to greet us, which wasn't a big deal since there are kiosks for you to order, but what I thought was kind of strange was she didn't bother trying to help us when we kept saying out loud "there are no photos of this or that" literally just on her phone and not trying to explain any of their menu items. The kiosk set up is on top of the counter, so we were asking these questions right in front of her. Lol. Made me wonder what the point of her sitting there was. Might as well have been in the back to watch whatever she was watching on her phone to make things less awkward. Luckily both our desserts were fine, but I did not appreciate having someone sitting at the counter only to let you know they don't care if 1) it's your first time there, 2) are confused by some of their dessert names, and 3) photos are missing for many of their items listed in the kiosk. The tables were dirty, my bag got wet from whatever was left from the previous party. Not cool. If the service (or lack there of) was better and tables clean I may have rated this place higher. The last few weeks were really hot and this was a nice, refreshing dessert on a hot day. My wife went with a "cloudy mango" drink ($7.50). You get a refreshing mango drink that's layered and thickened with a sweet cream. As the cream mixes into the yellow mango, it makes a cloud-like pattern. This might just be the only place in the area that serves a durian milkshake and I am here for it! It's so good, I get it every time. I've had some of their other menu items and desserts, yet I find myself coming back to this drink. You order off a tablet/screen which makes it easier for you to take your time to order, it just takes the human aspect out of it which I know some people would prefer instead. The drinks and desserts are made fresh to order so it might take a little depending on how busy they are. There is indoor seating which makes it easy to enjoy with company. It does get cold sometimes when the ac kicks on because it's really cold and really strong, but it kicks off after a short while. Parking is plentiful as this is in a plaza but expect it to be busy during rush/peak hours because of this. For the car enthusiasts, the parking lot is mostly low car friendly, but there are some speed bumps further into the plaza, so be mindful of that. If you park in the back where the additional parking is at, you can mostly avoid the speed bumps. read more

When we first entered, we started to use the kiosk, but we had a lot of questions so the guy behind the counter was happy to take our order, answer our questions, and give us some excellent suggestions. We got the durian ice cream in the matcha waffle cone and that was excellent (as long as you like durian lol)! Swung by SweetHoney in Artesia about 40 minutes before they closed, and while I was able to order, they started cleaning up around me, tuned off the music and everything, with just 30 minutes to go. They turned off the Open sign too, which makes me think if I had gotten there a little later I would've just turned around thinking they're closed. I didn't know what to get, so I clicked on the top 10 desserts (digital menu board) and ended up ordering a delicious mango, rice balls, sago palm with vanilla ice cream dessert! Delicious. Just visited for the first time because I saw a banner with a BOGO deal for their coffee & WOW, it's good! Dare I say it's better than 7Leaves which is my usual go to. The coffee I got here is called the "Iced milk coffee pin style". It's strong, not overly sweet or bitter and exactly what I needed for the heat that has me in a slump. I've been to SweetHoney before and have typically never had any problems (the service can be a little slow, but that's never really anything to complain about), but this last time I visited, they had almost nothing available to order. I wanted to order their mango dessert (the one with the mango slice and sweet cream wrapped in a thin pancake), but they were out. Then I tried to order a different drink, but they were out of the ingredients to make that as well. We didn't go at a time that was super late (it was maybe 7PM, and they close at 11PM), so I was surprised to hear that so many items were out of stock. The man behind the register didn't really help or offer any other solutions. My parents ordered the egg waffle with ice cream as a last resort, but it was really disappointing as we wanted something refreshing, not creamy and warm. The friendly employee said what they have is somewhat of a silky tofu pudding that's added to the drinks, so it's not solid at all. Horrible service!! The girl behind the counter was more concerned with her phone than taking care of the customers. We arrived on early Sunday afternoon with Many items sold out, and had to pick alternate items. There was only another table with two people in the store when we walked in, so we weren't expecting a long wait. After ordering and paying for the desserts, we sat down and waited over 20 minutes. We noticed that the customers came in after us had already got their orders. It took another 10 minutes for the staff to bring the desserts to us and it was missing one item. We weren't in good mood at that point, so we just finished w items that were brought over and decided to leave. On the way out , I stopped at the restroom and noticed the only staff in the store had her face glued to the phone and didn't notice that other customers had lined up.
