Coffee flavor - pretty much lacking in "coffee flavor"
    Kayla U.

Cute little dessert spot for a different take on ice cream. My family and I just finished celebrating an uncle's birthday at the pasta resto next door (Pasta e Pasta) and wanted some dessert. We saw this place and liked its clean aesthetic and fun decor. We were excited to try out the "rolled ice cream" trend but was disappointed with the ridiculous pricing. Over $30 for 3 TINY servings of "ice cream" --not even 4oz. The cup was so light &empty that it practically flew out of my hands....like dust in the wind. Presentation was pretty, and I appreciate the trend and how hard the kids are working at making this "ice cream" seem worthy but it's just hype. The coffee ice cream flavor was nonexistent and barely noticeable. The "fruit bowl" ice cream was just meh... :( all we tasted was "milky cream" --nothing to write home about......at least the fruits on top were fresh. The mint-chip was probably the only flavor that had FLAVOR. Unfortunately, the serving was so small that you can barely appreciate it and it was gone. Overall, we do like this place because it was clean and had fun artwork on the walls, but it was way overpriced for what it is: ice cream. We give it 3stars for the friendly customer service but unfortunately, for $30, I could've gotten 3 half gallon tubs to share. :( Maybe when I have money to burn, we will try it again.

Everything is pretty good here there are nice ice cream flavors and the service is all right as well but the amount of ice cream that you get is not that much for the price but the ice cream is pretty good overall... The ambience was nice as well everyone who was there was chilling and having a good time with their friends and family it was a good experience.

The ice creams are creamy and good. Not to sweet just perfect. The ice creams came out very cute! It's a cute little place. The service was good.

Great rolled ice cream spot. They have a nice selection of options with different bases. There is also a decent number of tables for seating as well. Tried the chocolate one and the coffee one and both were very tasty. The coffee one was not too sweet (they put a small drizzle of condensed milk on top) and had a nice balance of bitterness to sweetness. The chocolate was very decadent and definitely hits the spot if you want chocolate.

LThis is one of the best rolled ice cream I've had! They have a good variety of flavors. The ice cream flavors have pre-determined toppings but you can also substitute! It's pretty good and they make it in front of you! The decor is super cute and Instagrammable. Service is really nice as well! I want to come back here

My favorite rolled ice cream spot! It's around $7 for a cup, but it hits the spot. The store itself is cute and has some seating available. The service is always solid, and the ice cream comes out pretty fast even when it's busy. Not too hard to find parking; it's connected to a big plaza with Gen and Sake 2 Me, but you can also park at the smaller plaza it's in. I've tried a couple of flavors: bam bam breakfast, milk and honey, time for tea, pinch of matcha, fruit bowl, and bites of the flavors my friends got. My favorite has to be the bam bam breakfast because I love a milk base, but I definitely need to get out of my comfort zone to try the other flavors! The ice cream is really creamy and perfectly melts in your mouth. The added toppings can be customized as well if you're not interested in whipped cream, etc.

A very fun way to eat ice cream! They are located in a corner plaza tucked away, and parking isn't too bad. They have many flavors ranging from taro, vietnamese coffee, to classic ones like fruity pebbles and cookies and cream. My favorite so far has been the cinnamon toast crunch since it adds so much texture to the rolled ice cream. Staff is friendly and theres plenty of indoor seating.

Pretty good ice cream I loved it. BUT. Very rude employees. Walked in, came up to the register no hello no how can i help you. Just kept talking to each other. The girl had headphones(definitely was not paying attention) the boys yapping away. Waited about 4 till they took me and my husband's order and all they said was "what can I get you" . Still no hi. Made my order eventually but made my husband's ice cream 6 minutes after mine. Even tho we order ours together so that was very annoying. Hopefully I can come back and have a better experience. Maybe the employees can be better next time I come back.

Gobi is a unique ice cream spot with eclectic art that features Asian inspired ice cream flavors such as Taro. Toppings include oreo cookies, animal crackers, rice crispies and more. Ice cream comes with roll ups that make it more filling so be sure to come on an emptier stomach. Great bench seating available for families.

It's been so long since I've been here and the ice cream flavors are just amazing every time. Service is very fast and the staff are very nice when you wanna substitute stuff in your order. Consistency is great and it hits the spot on a coke or hot day. Favorite ice cream place so far

Very cool place! I came here after eating lunch at simply salad and wanted to try! I opted for the cookies and cream with oreo and it was very good! Customer service just ok, the place is very clean and lots of seating inside. My first time trying rolled ice cream and I loved it! I had no idea this was a thing.

Tried the strawberry ice cream and the presentation of the finished product was so cute. They added some strawberry pocky sticks and condensed milk which made the strawberry ice cream REAL good. Portion wise could have been better but I like the artistic style of the Individual wrap of ice cream. The ice cream is freshly made so that means that it does take some time for the order to arrive. The place itself was really clean and spacious. I was a huge fan of their Sanrio themed wall which was so cute. Will definitely try this place again!

I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. The ice cream here is honestly horrible. It is aggressively, tooth-achingly sweet--to the point where it feels like you're eating straight corn syrup. If you're looking for actual flavor, look elsewhere; this stuff just tastes like "diabetes in a cup." To make matters worse, the consistency is a mess. It melts way too fast, turning into a sugary soup before you can even get through half of it. I also made the mistake of buying a tub to take home once, only to realize the expiration date was incredibly soon. For the price they charge, you'd expect high-quality ingredients and a decent shelf life, but it just feels cheap and poorly made. Save your money and your health. I won't be coming back. PS. It's a blessing in disguise that they're currently closed because a car ran into their front store.

My friend is a frequent customer at this location and we both like to come for drinks and studying. This time however, they came alone with their laptop and were working for 20 minutes max before an employee (seems to be a shift lead or manager) came up to them asking if anything had been ordered. My friend replied "no not yet," and the worker proceeded to say the tables were for customers only and walk away before they could say anything else. They were approached a SECOND time by another staff member only 10 minutes after the first, who asked the SAME thing. This time my friend was able to respond that they were actually waiting for me to arrive. The first worker then STARED at them for the next 30 minutes, making them insanely uncomfortable until I arrived. My friend was one of the only brown skin people in the cafe...horrifically rude. What a horrible way to treat a person, let alone a regular customer. And what a waste of time, staring at a customer instead of doing your job...We both had interacted with this employee and ordered with them several times in the past, so it's crazy they couldn't remember any of it. Never returning, all of our classmates and family have been warned and now you have too.

Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. The tables and seats were kept clean. There's cute decor from the ceiling as well. This is the type of spot where you'd bring your family with younger kids for something sweet, while the adults sit and talk. When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. You don't really interact with the worker until she brings out your order. Desserts & drinks: We ordered a mixture of almost everything. We noticed there were a few menu items that were out of stock. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. Overall, the desserts were underwhelming and some didn't meet our expectations. The eggettes are most likely the only thing we'll come back for.
