When the repair was made , we were told that was going to be a upcharge of $300 to complete the job they do not have the software to update the ABS module we would need to find somebody to complete the job. The ABS module needed to be program the The shop should heve told us this before they started job . Obviously there was a mistake made.The shop did not realize the ABS module needed to be program at that point, the shop should have corrected the issue for the customer Obviously the shop does not have the software to update the ABS module So now we have a ford SUV still broken down not safe to drive it with our kids inside My question is, why would you offer a repair to a vehicle? If you're not able to program ABS module. When I come to pick my car up they still charge me 157.00 for a diagnostic test for a different issue that I didn't ask to be tested. Never asked to for my engine and brakes to be checked. Either they don't know what they are doing or couldn't figure it out. I don't believe rain should stop you from doing a job especially if you are going to charge me for work you didn't do. I understand not test driving a car in the rain, but if it has not rained in 5-6 hours there shouldn't be an excuse. How can you be an auto shop and not be able to physically inspect a car to determine the issue? Would not recommend going here.

Every single thing he said was false. They looked at our truck in the morning on Saturday, then said it was dead so they'd charge the batteries and be back. They never came back. We ended up stranded at a remote, run-down yard with no transportation, no power, and no way to leave for an entire holiday weekend. No one answered our calls or texts for three days. My son had to ride his dirt bike on the highway just to get gas for our generator. When they came back Monday they charged $899.99 for about two hours of actual diagnostic work, fraudulently double-billed our tow, and physically blocked us from leaving until we paid over $1,149 in full. They argued it was because of the holiday even though they were open Saturday and just didn't come to work on our truck as they promised. They refused to listen when we questioned the massive bill, arguing they were helping us and let us stay there, even though we didn't want to be there and were only stuck there because they'd stranded us and forced us to go there in the first place! We explained that a 3'x4' piece of plywood flew out of the back of a hauling truck on the Chesapeake Expressway and hit our front windshield on the passenger side and then flipped and sheared off our passenger side mirror. Even though we hadn't asked for a formal estimate, they went outside and took a look at our car and then started making calls to see if they could locate the parts. They went out of their way to help us. So, they replaced the windshield and the side mirror and they both look/work great. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service that we received.
