All have been forwarded. They do NOT take action. Now, from websites they host. These people are pariahs of the internet.

I ran into Jon ( ColoCrossing ) just after he started and had reservations on putting all my eggs in one basket..Jon..is a man of his word..he said he would make sure I succeeded..and I have. NOT once have I ever been mis-treated, over billed, or had a server issue with Jon that was not given the highest priority to make sure my clients were with out service. There Tech support has always been great to talk to, even if it was a issue I was trying to figure out for my business. I have no degrees in computing, all self taught..and as GSP's come and go..I am still here 10 1/2 years later. I owe a great percentage to my first conversation wit Jon and his employees over these years. I have learned and live by you treat people the way you would like to be treated..If you want to be a idiot and want every thing now...then expect to be treated the same. I would recommend ColoCrossing to any new company that want to succeed in a business I am in...or any other structure your business requires. Don't believe all the negativity that you might read in forum posts about the reputation of Jon and his company..this goes back to my sentence above...If you want to be un-proffesional..then expect the same. As long as my Company. NRT is in business, then I will be a client of ColoCrossing as long as they will have me. Thanks for reading.. Dave Stanley NRT Game Servers.

Wow, have to say I am utter shocked at the revIews here so far. I would suggest using neighbored tools like Nextdoor.com to bring awareness in areas that are accepting orders, it worked in our area. Sure, I get it, $100 is hard to part with for anybody, but I can say that after out neighbored topped 80%, things toppled over super quick. I signed up as interested in early 2017, and ordered service a year ago when they notified me they would be coming to our neighborhood. Then we heard almost nothing till July when the main fiber optic cable was buried. I was super curious nerd that I am so I went out and talked to them, they burry about 400 feet at a shot, then have to burry a tap box, splice the cables to a customer panel and test the loopS to make sure they are stable. For our relatively small neighborhood that took months, but they were out there working tirelessly every day! Only after the loop testing was done could they start working to tie in every house, and that took them till January this year to run our fiber from the street too the house, and the guy that came and installed the service to the house spent about 2hours doing his part. Freedom from Frontier and Spectrum was not won in a day, it's a long fight, but having competition is SOOO worth it... hey, proof is in the speedtest results right? Frontier: 6Mbps down / 768kbps up (paid for 15) Spectrum: 45Mbps down / 9Mbps up (paid for 100) Greenlight: 498.4Mbps down / 49.9Mbps up (paid for 500) At least Greenlight delivers what they advertise instead of trying to pass of an oversubscribed service that lets you down when you need it most.
