These guys did a great job, from the initial communication through completion of the job. I was satisfied with the service, and the cost which was very reasonable. We couldn't afford a new driveway so just having it sealed and coated was our only option, while you can still technically see the cracks, they filled a good majority in and will definitely help with the weeds that were popping through. I want to give a shout-out to Swenson Sealcoating. When we hired Swenson to seal coat our driveway, I shared my concerns with the owner, Scott, about some degradation we experienced with the last coating. He didn't seem too worried. They came out and sealed the driveway earlier today, and overall, it looked pretty good. I was satisfied, although I could still see some minor imperfections from the previous degradation (and I was ok with that). Several hours later, they returned and applied a second coat, feeling it was necessary. This isn't something I asked for. I had already paid for the service, and their quoted price didn't include a double coating. This is absolutely AMAZING customer service. I have used Swenson Sealcoat for the past two years and They have always done a great job! They did my driveway a few days ago and it decided to rain a few hours later and it caused some spotting. I called them back to see if I needed to get it done again or if the spots would fade. They sent the crew the next day and resealed my driveway again at no cost to me. We have used Swenson for years. Tried 2 others in between who charged 50% - 80% more, we thought expensive is better, right? But quality was nearly the same. We sealcoat twice a year for the past 4 years with Swenson because of our aging driveway, Swenson does additional crack fillers. I admit the weather has been a little kind too, but I can honestly say our driveway is in better shape than it was 5 years ago, it's easy to see. Good job, Swenson. read more

Scheduled my driveway service 6 weeks in advance. Day of appointment, no one showed all morning. Contacted to confirm our appointment and was told we were all set, "hoping to get everyone done today." Called again at 6:30 to find office was closed. At 8:00pm still no show and no message or contact from the company. Extremely poor and disrespectful customer service. read more

Hard to give an accurate rating on a no-show. I called the other morning to make sure I was on the schedule. I was. I asked if there was a time window as many companies give. There isn't, which is no problem because we just moved our cars to the street, where they remained for the next 11 hours until it started raining around 7pm. We figured that meant no one was showing up, even though no courtesy call to tell us. I left a message and did receive a call to re-schedule for today. When the call came in, I was getting a quote from another company. I'll be paying about $50 more, but the professionalism seems to be worth it. read more

Do not hire these people!! I hired them to do the blacktop coating of my driveway last Sept. The 2 young men who did the work seems to be quite nice but they were in a hurry so they splashed some black top liquid on my garage door which I didn't notice until they have left. I called and asked them to come back to clean up the garage door as I tried everything I could and failed to remove them. The owner came by a week later to look at the garage door and promised to send someone back to clean it up or paint the garage door if they couldn't get the spill removed. That was the last thing I heard from them. Nobody ever come back to clean it up and they won't return my calls. BAD, BAD, BAD people!! They don't deserve to be in business! read more

They did a great job sealcoating and striping my parking lot last summer. The owner came out to give me an estimate because it was a bigger job and he was very nice. Did a great job filling the cracks and the sealcoat was installed flawlessly. I will use them for my driveway sealing in the future.

arrived late and did not give any guidance as to usage after sealing. We waited 72 hours before driving on newly sealed driveway (75 degree day) and it left tire marks in the seal. Also the coating was very thin as within a week it was already faded. To make things worse the crack filler started pulling away in areas and looks pretty bad, our neighbors driveways all look much better (used different companies, as we will in the future). read more
