We contacted Beat the Heat and Scott came out to look at the issue. Scott was very receptive to the issue and had one of his workers remove the patio the very next day so that the home insurance could fix the water seal and drywall. I was skeptical at first, but Beat the Heat stood by their workmanship agreement and fixed the issue within 3 days! I will always stand behind a company that will do right for their customers and stand by their products. They came in evaluated the area and were cleared to fix it. I cant say enough good things about them they were really respectfully of our home. They came in and rolled out a covering for the floor so they could come and go without messing up your floor, They hung a huge piece of plastic to keep the other1/2 of the bedroom clean. It took them a day & 1/2 to fix the whole area, they picked up all their trash.and even left the extra paint in case we needed it later. The area they fixed looks so good you cant tell the difference. It looks like nothing ever happened. Perfect result couldn't have asked for anything more.

They threw away existing pieces and parts and installed mismatched, wrong color, and ill fitting parts instead. All in all a nightmare to keep after them, cater to their irregular schedule, promised arrivals and work days. Beware!
