Gil, our Project Manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is helpful, honest, and available when we have questions or changes. The quote for work was much less than other companies and he helped us understand what was possible, what made sense, and how to stay within budget. They were also able to start much faster than other companies we spoke with. Our project got delayed by a week because of a previous project that added some change orders, but we took it in stride and Gil kept us to date on the timeline. They installed new floors throughout our first floor and master bath in just 3 days. The crew was great - super nice guys (especially Alberto & Ruben) and they did a great job. His granite sub, Antonio, was super personable and helped us figure out our best options. He also helped us by offering some granite scraps for an area where we didn't have enough. They start the island demo and cabinet upgrade next week and once everything is complete, I'll update this review!

They had to rip out their own work and retile three places on the walls A pedestal sink was installed crooked. They didn't correctly seal the shower floor. The glass enclosure still leaks. One of the fixtures I bought for the shower went missing and was switched out with a completely different one. They broke part of my toilet and I had to have a whole new toilet installed (after he quit.) I had to ask them to return a tool of mine that went missing. Huge nicks and scratches in my hallways that were never patched or painted. Scratched paint off my metal front door. They poured cement and thin-set into the landscape rocks in my front yard and left it to harden!!!! Cut tile in my landscape rocks leaving bits and chunks of tile and marble scattered throughout my front yard. That does not blend into the rocks!!!! When I finally voiced my frustration he quit saying he can't make me happy. I accepted his resignation. About half-hour later he asked to come back but the damage had been done. I then hired other people to finish the job. After all my issues I looked up on the Nevada contractors board website the contractor license he uses and it is tied to All Inclusive Construction but the principal is listed as Eric Byron Ertenberg who I've never spoken to nor, to my knowledge had anything to do with the work in my home. Do your research before hiring.

I am African American, and they are white male owned and the spouse Simone was a former customer. They attempted insurance Fraud by telling State Farm that my carpet upstairs had been replaced and it HAD NOT. I caught the mistake, and they tried to lie and claim that it was an ERROR by the office manager... I had to miss work to meet with their workers on several occasions, only to have them not show up and even call to cancel. On top of that they did horrible work and my floor upstairs feels uneven when walking upstairs. They did not caulk and seal around the toilets, baseboards, or entry points. They left the gas running one day, and I had to turn away one of their workers because I smelled gas. The technician with Southwest Gas confirmed that they did indeed leave the gas running. A HUGE SAFETY RISK!! Elite Bros brushed it off as if it was NOTHING... When I tried to rectify the situation with them, they tried to CONTROL me by scheduling appoints on their own without considering I have a ton of other things I am working on. They need to be shut down because who else are they doing this to?

Project took 7 to 10 days because of weekends and memorial weekend, no biggie. Everyone was professional and pleasant. They even offered to repaint the bathroom for a small fee, but when we needed the shower head raised because my significant other is tall. When they called their manager to for paint approval for a small fee no problem, but the shower head they wanted 385$ just for the shower arm that we got from Amazon for 30$ and installed, but the confusion began during the estimate when Adame said project isn't done until customer satisfied, but that all went out the window apparently when trying to get approval for thr shower head. Overall, did they do a good job, yes. Will I use them again when it comes time to thr kitchen no. I don't know what the going rates are but for yelp reviewers this ran me 13k.
