I came here during their grand opening when they were giving out free drinks. The line was long but they were able to get through the line quickly which was impressive! The drinks here are dirty sodas which is basically just sodas with different syrups in it. I wanted to try their pretzel bites but at the time they weren't serving them which was disappointing. For the price of the drinks they were alright they weren't anything fancy but you get the quality that you pay for. I enjoyed the drink I got but out of the 4 drinks my party ordered I only liked 2/4. Overall I would come back here if I'm in the mood for soda though! read more

I really dislike leaving kind of negative reviews but I need to on this. I love the idea of Swig and all the drink options have. It's like Sonic Drive In on steroids. The line is usually pretty fast at the drive through. I did not go inside so I don't know what it looks like. I love the coconut cookie that they have, and I usually get Dr. Pepper or sprite, mixed with watermelon, and some sort of concoction. Super delicious. The problem I have is the attitude of the workers outside. Taking your order is not necessary. I get that you have to stand outside but that's not my doing, it's the company. I did not have the app downloaded. To be honest, I did not even know they had one. My apologies for not checking. My mother wanted to order a half unsweetened tea and half sweet tea. The girl rudely said so an Arnold Palmer, my mom was confused as she doesn't know what that is. I told the lady taking the order. Kindly. My mom wants tea. NO LEMONADE. See, I said, with the snarky attitude, I know what you just ordered and I said, okay, half unsweet and tea, half sweet tea and repeated no lemonade. When we got to the window, my order was right with my Dr. Pepper, watermelon, peach and sweet cream. However when my mom got handed her drink the very sweet lady in the window, I said, here's your arnold palmer with two different teas and a confused look. Both my mother and I laughed. I told her that it is supposed to be half sweet tea and half unsweetened tea. NO LEMONADE. i think it sunk into her and she apologized and kindly remade the drink. i was not very impressed with my drink and they definitely forgot the mango puree i ordered to be added to my drink. the girl in front of me ordered pretzel bites and the guy at cash registered dropped the container and some pretzel bites fell out but still gave the girl the same container except with a couple pretzel bites less - i didn't like that at all. wanted to try bc of the mormon mom show of course and im glad i did, overall i would not recommend this place for the taste or service and wouldn't return. read more

So happy to have a Swig nearby! I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. When I got there and checked in, I got my drink really quickly. I've been here twice with my fiance and they were both completely different experiences. First time walking in, the layout of the building seemed puzzling as the cash register is on the far side near the drive thru window and it's not a very big space. It easily gets cramped inside when they are super busy. Service was good, it seemed like everyone was still in training and it definitely is the new spot for teenagers to work during the summer. We ordered 2 drinks, the Red Fang and the Dragonada. Both were super refreshing and made us want to come back to try more. The second time we stopped in, it was absolute chaos. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, inside was jam packed and it seemed everyone working was overwhelmed. Drinks that were piled up and waiting to get into customers hands. It seemed they didn't have a system of who would hand out drinks or who was making what drink. By the time we got our drinks this time, the ice was melted and they did apologize for the wait. I'm sure service will get better as time goes on, but be prepared to wait if it's slammed. read more

I went with a friend on a busy Friday afternoon. The drive thru was busy, but luckily the two women on the windy afternoon were able to clear the line quickly. I ordered a 30 oz Unlucky Ducky and an order of the salted pretzel bites with a cup of white cheddar cheese sauce. The pretzel bites were super delicious and fresh, and the drink was extremely good as well. I'm so thankful that a beverage restaurant like this sells reasonably priced products and isn't overpriced like some beverage companies out there. Here on a Tuesday morning at around 10:15am. It's open! I heard about this place from a colleague and never thought to go but we were in the area at the barber across the street and I saw their sign on the building. The drive through has a tight entrance but at least they have one. We decided to park and walk in. Inside is colorful and bright. They only have one menu on one wall. When you walk up to the counter there's no other menus so memorize your order. Staff were friendly and service was quick. They have a variety of sizes including kids sizes and drinks. Food offerings consist of savory pretzels and sweet cookies. We had the pretzel bites with white cheddar, a Texas Tab, and Weekender. I'd like my Texas Tab to be a little more creamier. They use crushed which I know lots of people love. They have a rewards or loyalty program which I signed up for but didn't learn about the benefits. I know they text me but I don't think I'll sign up for the app as I don't frequent this side of the city. Restroom was clean but no toilet seat covers. Overall good experience. I will probably visit if I'm in the area other than that I won't be driving over just to get it. If I do, I'll be sure to customize my drink. read more

If there is such a thing as zero star, I would have given it. I went to the swig for the first time. When the person handed me my drink, she put her hand over the top of it. Im noticing this at swig, starbucks etc. other places. They will hand the drink for White customers off to the side. For Black customers, put their hand all over the top, where you have to place your straw. Then, will say, "Herr you go." Like they are doing you a favor. Went through the drive-thru to order. The line was extremely long, but went by very fast! It took maybe 10-15 minutes of waiting in the line. They were friendly and efficient! We ordered 16oz of Naughty & Nice, Texas Tab, Hula girl, Poppin Pineapple, and all the cookies! This place really is disgusting. Not sure if its success is the fault of TikTok or a result of the collective dumbing down of society. Maybe it's both. This "business" literally just repackages your run of the mill soda from any soda machine across the country and squirts a bunch of sugary, nasty, artificial sweeteners and syrups in it. The result is a science experiment, where the cheap soda separates from the "cream" and syrups to create one diabetic, carbonated mess in a cup. Came here a couple hours before close yesterday, wasn't busy inside so we were immediately helped, which is nice. Girly taking our order was also nice too! I like the art on the walls, cute touch for anyone trying to be inside. We did grab the chocolate chip cookies. I think if they're meant to be chocolate chip cookie dough that should be mentioned on the menu cause these cookies were not in the slightest baked, just straight up cold dough. Somehow always end up paying $10+ for two 24oz sodas. I would consider that overpriced, but the soda is very carbonated and they have good flavor combos. Mini cookies come basically frozen which is definitely interesting. Line can be long sometimes but the staff is usually pretty quick at getting it to move along fast. Unless you have the app pulled up with the menu, there is basically no way to see all their menu items. The drive thru menu has some of the specials and food items, but if you are not next to it when you're ordering, I don't see how you could possibly know what to order if you hadn't looked at the online menu before. read more

Swig was all over my TikTok feed so we had to check it out. It didn't disappoint! As many others have mentioned, the line is long here. It moved rather quickly and they had someone directing cars to make sure no one was cutting others. They have folks come to you (just like at Dutch Bros) where you can order and pay so by the time you're at the window, your drink is ready. I got the Princess Peach with Sprite instead of the Dr. Pepper. My partner got a Sprite with Peach Puree and Vanilla Cream. We both loved our drinks! The pretzel bites were fresh and hot. Don't skip the white cheddar sauce for them because it was delish! This is the first location in the Vegas area and we are excited for the two additional locations coming soon! I love swig. Drinks are soooo good. Just disappointed in costumer service during a recent trip. We got my toddler a Sprite Zero as a special treat for being good.. she saw this shark gummy came with a drink in front of ours and wanted one so bad.. I asked the window if she could have a gummy (since we got our drinks already and paid and everything) They had us hold the line up and literally pay for the tiniest gummy shark. The line did not bother me. It was expected to be busy as this is a new business in town and the line moved pretty quickly. We ordered 4 drinks off the menu and the only person who was pleased with their drink was my daughter, who wanted the shark attack. The pink Bahama and Beach babe were well gross! I tried Swig for the first time during their soft opening. Sodas with added flavors sounded strange to me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted! I went back and tried a couple more flavors and my favorites are Mistletoe madness (amazing soda water/lower calorie blend) and Naughty and nice (super good Dr Pepper blend that I tried with diet Dr Pepper!). I can say that I am instantly addicted. The great thing is that these drinks are cheaper than Starbucks and boba! The line looks insane from afar but it goes fast. I wasn't yelled at or treated rudely by the parking attendants, but they do try to keep things moving due to traffic needing to get by for surrounding businesses, so you'll need to pay attention as they direct you. I was super excited about opening weekend when they gave out one free drink per customer and I went 2/3 days. The bummer was that you couldn't buy any extra drinks or food items, but they gave out free cookies while we were waiting in line! The workers are all super sweet and friendly despite all the craziness of the crowd. I'm excited that they opened a location here! Can't wait until they have the online ordering up and running too.
