When the fam wants ice cream, we go to Sorry Not Sorry Creamery!
    Jessica P.

SORRY NOT SORRY CREAMERY is now open in Silverado Ranch!! Yay!! I normally drive out to Inspirada, but this location is much closer to our home. The shop itself is not as big, but I do like the fact that there's a large outdoor patio to enjoy our frozen treats! I'm always excited to see what they announce for seasonal flavors. I recently tried the Blueberry Basil and loved it!! It's more like a sorbet and not too sweet. It was a perfect treat in 100+ deg weather! I like how they let us sample a variety of flavors, as well as the option of doing a flight or a kid size scoop as an adult! Service was friendly and efficient! They are always so welcoming!!

Now open off Eastern and serene !!!!! Small space and busy on a Friday night but the staff was pleasant and let us try some samples. We ended up getting the flight 4 different scoops with 5 pieces of waffle cone $15 . Cookie butter was my favorite. There is no seating inside but a few tables outside the only thing is they were all really dirty .

Pineapple Upside Down Cake and S'mores!

Date of visit: June 10, 2026 A recommendation from a colleague at work had me stopping here while hosting my Mom and we were pleased with the friendly service, inventive flavors, and delicious ice cream. My Pineapple Upside Down Cake was delicious; an amazing combination of pineapple, cherry, cake bits, and ribbons of caramel, all inside one of their freshly-made waffle cones. Mom went with the S'mores and loved it. While the color was unusual, its smoky flavor, chocolate chunks, and bits of marshmallow was fantastic. Know that there's nowhere to hang out inside and the place gets busy so you'll want to order and keep things moving for the folks trying to get in from the heat! While there are some tables outside, they don't look like they've been cleaned since Obama was president, so don't get too comfortable there.

Sorry not sorry creamery never disappoints, i have to say this is one of the nicest locations ive checked out for this creamery! but overall, i would always say this is definitely my favorite ice cream spot from the diversity of the flavors/seasonal flavors to the creaminess of the ice cream. Staff is always welcoming and very sweet, you can try samples of as many flavors as you wish

We had been waiting for this place to open for months, so our expectations were pretty high. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. The ice cream was incredibly rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I ordered a single scoop of the Blueberry Cheesecake in a cone, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The blueberry flavor came through perfectly without being overpowering, and the cheesecake notes gave it a smooth, indulgent finish. It struck a great balance between sweet and refreshing. One thing I really appreciated was that they encourage samples before you order. It's a nice touch that lets you find the perfect flavor without any guesswork. The cone itself tasted fresh and almost homemade, which made the experience even better. It's one of those details that can easily be overlooked, but it definitely elevated the ice cream. The staff was also friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions about the different flavors. Combined with the quality of the ice cream, it made for an all-around great experience. We'll definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu. If this first visit is any indication, this place is going to become a regular stop for us.

I love love LOVE this ice cream!!!! It's our favorite the closest one use to be the inspirada location. We were so excited to come to this location! As usual the staff is just absolutely amazing!!! So nice always willing to help they do have merchandise as well and I love it! Expect to wait on a line. It does move pretty fast! All the ice cream ive tried have been absolutely amazing. Never disappointed They do have less merchandise but they still have some good stuff

Came for the grand opening. It was a bit disorganized in the line w the cut off for 100 but we met a cool lady who advocated for us and we got our ice creams free, what we didn't get was raffle tickets. Azaria was an absolute doll in line. After the same lady asked she brought us waters, donuts and gave extra napkins before leaving. Props to the SM team. I saw a hilarious post by them, started following and saw the grand opening 45 mins before it started. So all things considered it worked out. Went w the seasonal flavor of black sesame cookies and cream, got cute pins and had a hot but fun experience. I was craving milk and cereal before coming. I still didn't get it but duh, I'll be back. Stars are for the grand opening experience but I love what they do as indicated by my review of another location visited.

The creamiest most delicious ice cream! Love this local Vegas ice cream as they have the best flavors. The cones are freshly made on the spot. There's 3 vegan flavors. The seasonal flavors are absolutely a joy to try as a flight which is 4 flavors with a waffle cone chip. You can also buy pints which I highly recommend. They have loyalty points too with your phone number. I've hired them twice for catering! Thank you Dallas and team! Flavors: - Matchaberry brownie (seasonal) - Black sesame oreo (seasonal) - Honey Lavender - my all time fave - OG Buttercake

This is a new location of the ice cream shop, great for locals of Henderson without having to travel far! This shop is a one-of-a-kind type, where the staff are really nice and interactive with the customers. They allow you to have samples of any number of flavors so that you may find one you like whether it's one of the seasonal flavors or one of their classics. And their samples are pretty big and generous too! So don't be shy with asking! Keep in mind that because they are really hospitable with this experience, at busy times lines may have longer waits. I went last night after dinner around 8:00 p.m., and the line was fairly long but it was still moving pretty quickly. The shop offers different combinations of orders, whether you want a single scoop, a double scoop, and served as a cone (extra charge) vs cup. They also offer kids size scoops, tasting flight (4 flavors) and pints if you want to take it home for multiple servings. I was able to sample each of their current seasonal flavors, and really loved the black sesame cookies and cream the most. Staff also noted it was considered the most popular. I ended up getting the Vietnamese coffee also, although I had a little bit mixed feelings with it - when I sampled it tasted good, but for some reason when I actually ate it I think I stopped liking the taste over time but not sure what exactly it was that made me stop liking it. The matchaberry brownie was a little bit too sweet so I wasn't able to enjoy the matcha itself as much. And the Thai tea butter crunch was just too heavy with the Thai tea in my opinion. Overall, I love the experience every time I go to sorry not sorry, and would recommend this for people of all ages. Once you have a taste of this experience, getting ice cream just won't be the same again!

My favorite ice cream shop ever!! I was thrilled to see that we were getting a Sorry not sorry in my area, I usually have to drive to Inspirada when craving their ice cream, the wait is finally over for me. I tried out the new location last night. I arrived at almost 10 PM after work and there was still a sizable line, but I was there and I've been eagerly awaiting this location, so waited about 30 minutes. I ordered a flight to try some different flavors, but my favorite is their Campfire s'mores, so I had to order a pint of that to take home.

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery has opened a new location on S Eastern Ave./ Serene This is definitely a One-of-a-kind ice cream place. Their menu features a mouth watering flavors/ including vegan options too. Their ice cream is made from the highest quality ingredients and it is handcrafted in small batches and the milk comes from the 100-year old family owned farm where cows are grass fed and happy. That's the key ingredient for the best ice cream and it brings joy and happiness. Their ice cream is velvet smooth with the buttery mouthfeel and it is yummy yummy The place is nicely decorated, very slick with cute pink colors. It is small inside, no chairs or tables. But there is outside seating area. The staff is very welcoming and fast too. They also offer sampling spoons as many as you like. The prices are so reasonable for the quality of the product and the scoops are not small at all. Overall: this is hands down THE BEST ICE CREAM in Henderson. We highly recommend it and it is definitely a MUST VISIT! After you try them out, you will not go anywhere else!

I am so glad that this Sorry Not Sorry location is finally open. Living nearby I had been anticipating when they would start, and my experience there has proved the reason why. It is a smaller location that can get crowded, but there are a few options for seating outside if there is enough shade. When I had gone, it wasn't busy so it was nice being greeted and being given time to try samples. There were many options to choose from along with seasonal falvors. This day I had gotten a combo of S'mores and Cookie Butter in a pint. The combo was not too sugary sweet, but very gourmand. My second visit was another combo of Thai Butter Crunch and Black Sesame Cookies & Cream. Thai Butter Crunch was good, just not my favorite, but the Black Sesame is a flavor that I would get again. And thank you to Dallas for being so helpful with the samples and recommendations!

We decide to go opening day around 6:00 in the evening, the line was long but not unbearable.
    Dan L.

I had been waiting for this place to open for several months now. And was getting a little bit antsy, as the opening soon. Sign almost was taunting me. I saw on social media that opening day was upon us, but decided to wait till later in the afternoon as I knew it was going to be absolutely insane to go there. There. Considering opening day they were giving away to 10 people free ice cream for a year, and other really great prizes. We got there about 6:00 and there was definitely a line, but it was not unbearable. So we took our place and made our way to the front door. The place was definitely well organized and the staff did a great job of getting people through in a timely fashion. Especially when you consider most people. We're trying tasters of all the different flavors, it's still went through pretty quickly. We ordered a taster of ice creams, I tried two of the seasonal ones, the black sesame cookies and cream, and the Thai tea crunch. We also had the blueberry crumble, and the chocolate chunk. Since they were doing a buy one get one on scoops, we opted for lavender ice cream and a ube ice cream. I got to tell you, I do love me some ice cream, but this is next level. They're pretty amazing and I would get one of each. I am definitely looking forward to going back, although I'm going to have to up my exercise regime for the extra calories I'm about to consume! Bottom line? This is going to definitely be your new addiction. All the flavors we tasted were absolutely amazing, and the fact that is next to a poke bowl place, pizza parlor and Greek food place means that you could just stay there all day and eat and have dessert.

It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.
