Yay finally another location in Henderson! I've been waiting so long for this!! We don't have to drive anymore to Inspirada! Thank Goodness! Maybe another location in Anthem or Green valley/215 :D We love sorry not sorry!! We had been a fan since they opened their original location and had to drive across town just to get it! It's one of the best we've had here in Vegas! The creaminess, plenty mix-ins and flavors are just always on point!! My classic favorites are usually the bumbleberry cheesecake and pistachio brittle. However, the seasonal flavors are also my favorite whenever they come out! I just finally was able to try the key lime pie! Omgoodness! That is a must try!! I am not a big key lime flavor person but this was amazing!! I could eat a whole tub of that! It was better than my usual favorite seasonal - pineapple upside down! The guava was also really good too! My husband's favorite is the double stuff cookie ice cream! Service is always amazing in every location. You can try any flavor you want! Staff are so patient and kind! Very knowledgeable of their menu! We got free cones for national ice cream day!! Ambiance- casual. This location can have lines out of the door so come off times!

Visited Sorry Not Sorry on Eastern recently. The shop does have a sign on the door stating they are cashless, so I was aware before ordering. However, the experience was still a bit frustrating because I had to repeat myself several times while placing my order, which made the interaction feel less smooth than it should have been. The ice cream was good but better communication and more attentive customer service would have made for a much better experience. Overall, it was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Stopped by for a scoop after lunch. I liked how you can sample the flavors (there's 16 + 4 seasonal flavors) before ordering. Decided on a single scoop of the ube honeycomb, which was not too sweet and had a nice crunch from the honeycomb candy pieces it had - pure deliciousness. Service was friendly and efficient. Would recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat while in the area.

Great and interesting flavors, great quality and great service! Nothing too complain really, except I would love to see an ice cream with lower sugar amount! When the ice cream is this creamy, you really don't need that much sugar to mask anything. You can do it, please develop an ice cream with low sugar!

SORRY NOT SORRY CREAMERY is now open in Silverado Ranch!! Yay!! I normally drive out to Inspirada, but this location is much closer to our home. The shop itself is not as big, but I do like the fact that there's a large outdoor patio to enjoy our frozen treats! I'm always excited to see what they announce for seasonal flavors. I recently tried the Blueberry Basil and loved it!! It's more like a sorbet and not too sweet. It was a perfect treat in 100+ deg weather! I like how they let us sample a variety of flavors, as well as the option of doing a flight or a kid size scoop as an adult! Service was friendly and efficient! They are always so welcoming!!

Now open off Eastern and serene !!!!! Small space and busy on a Friday night but the staff was pleasant and let us try some samples. We ended up getting the flight 4 different scoops with 5 pieces of waffle cone $15 . Cookie butter was my favorite. There is no seating inside but a few tables outside the only thing is they were all really dirty .

Date of visit: June 10, 2026 A recommendation from a colleague at work had me stopping here while hosting my Mom and we were pleased with the friendly service, inventive flavors, and delicious ice cream. My Pineapple Upside Down Cake was delicious; an amazing combination of pineapple, cherry, cake bits, and ribbons of caramel, all inside one of their freshly-made waffle cones. Mom went with the S'mores and loved it. While the color was unusual, its smoky flavor, chocolate chunks, and bits of marshmallow was fantastic. Know that there's nowhere to hang out inside and the place gets busy so you'll want to order and keep things moving for the folks trying to get in from the heat! While there are some tables outside, they don't look like they've been cleaned since Obama was president, so don't get too comfortable there.

Sorry not sorry creamery never disappoints, i have to say this is one of the nicest locations ive checked out for this creamery! but overall, i would always say this is definitely my favorite ice cream spot from the diversity of the flavors/seasonal flavors to the creaminess of the ice cream. Staff is always welcoming and very sweet, you can try samples of as many flavors as you wish

Wow, this place is popular and stays open late. They offer a free birthday ice cream a few days before or after your birthday, valued at $10. You can even use it toward a pint. Be sure to try a few samples before deciding. The Rocky Road is made with oat milk and it is absolutely delicious!

We had been waiting for this place to open for months, so our expectations were pretty high. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. The ice cream was incredibly rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I ordered a single scoop of the Blueberry Cheesecake in a cone, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The blueberry flavor came through perfectly without being overpowering, and the cheesecake notes gave it a smooth, indulgent finish. It struck a great balance between sweet and refreshing. One thing I really appreciated was that they encourage samples before you order. It's a nice touch that lets you find the perfect flavor without any guesswork. The cone itself tasted fresh and almost homemade, which made the experience even better. It's one of those details that can easily be overlooked, but it definitely elevated the ice cream. The staff was also friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions about the different flavors. Combined with the quality of the ice cream, it made for an all-around great experience. We'll definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu. If this first visit is any indication, this place is going to become a regular stop for us.

I love love LOVE this ice cream!!!! It's our favorite the closest one use to be the inspirada location. We were so excited to come to this location! As usual the staff is just absolutely amazing!!! So nice always willing to help they do have merchandise as well and I love it! Expect to wait on a line. It does move pretty fast! All the ice cream ive tried have been absolutely amazing. Never disappointed They do have less merchandise but they still have some good stuff

Came for the grand opening. It was a bit disorganized in the line w the cut off for 100 but we met a cool lady who advocated for us and we got our ice creams free, what we didn't get was raffle tickets. Azaria was an absolute doll in line. After the same lady asked she brought us waters, donuts and gave extra napkins before leaving. Props to the SM team. I saw a hilarious post by them, started following and saw the grand opening 45 mins before it started. So all things considered it worked out. Went w the seasonal flavor of black sesame cookies and cream, got cute pins and had a hot but fun experience. I was craving milk and cereal before coming. I still didn't get it but duh, I'll be back. Stars are for the grand opening experience but I love what they do as indicated by my review of another location visited.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
