Cabanas get cheaper the longer you're there I believe we waiting until 2pm and got the last cabana rental for 30$ There's tons of lifeguards doing an excellent job watching There's 4 areas at the center, one that's about 3 ft deep and has lots of fun water spouts and toys/ mini slides next to the bigger water slides One that's is more of a splash pad Two pools, one smaller one larger The water did get a little murky after 3/4 hours we were there I saw a bandaid and some hair got stuck on me but that's to be expected since the pool was pretty full for a Monday! The boys have always loved swimming but so much that they were fearless and quite frankly unsafe. The investment in this type of lesson to me was priceless because I would pay any dollar amount to bring them back god forbid. (There are scholarship options avaliable we were awarded a first responder one) The lessons are frequent and short and the boys developed a healthy respect for the water quickly. They ask to go in and can now swim to the side and float to get air. All the neighbors are shocked by their abilitity to swim. Most people say I need to do that but had put it off or I'm scared my kid won't like it or do well and I say do it yesterday! One of my children thrived in this type of lessons and the other cried most days untill one day he didn't. We stuck it out through the tears the shenanigans the I don't want to go to swimming. We went again and again because swimming is a non negotiable life skill. I have taken care of children in the PICU that have drowned and know all too well the ramifications of kids not knowing how to be safe in the water. Well this program was a life changer. Miss Kristina has helped guide my 9 year old daughter overcome her fear of the water. She started with barely touching her face in the water with her eyes closed to falling in the pool, finding her float and swimming to safety in 3 weeks. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for helping our youngest daughter learn to safely swim. Our oldest daughter had a wonderful experience with Miss Elizabeth teaching her how to improve her stroke and coordinate her breathing. We are forever grateful and highly recommend them.

Most of the equipment is top notch, with the exception of the arm ergometer which really needs to be replaced with a current model. I have done the initial free fitness assessment and orientation to the equipment which was quite complete. Patrons are good at cleaning the equipment after use. In 6 months (about 50 visits) there have only been 2 times when all the indoor treadmills are in use and I have had to use one of the 5 outdoor treadmills. I have not used the other programs offered at this facility yet but do plan on starting a variety of fitness classes in the fall and will evaluate those in another review. I have always found the front desk staff to be polite and helpful.

Even during COVID, it felt overwhelming, and progress was slow. Then we switched to ASA Livermore, where, unfortunately, a teacher once pushed him into the pool despite his discomfort with water in his eyes. That experience really set him back, and we paused swimming altogether in 2023. Fast forward to 2025, we gave All Star a try. It's only been 1.5 months, and the transformation is incredible. Not only does he love the water, but he looks forward to every class. He's already jumping in, kicking, floating, and taking risk, all in just 15-minute sessions! It's definitely pricey, but the progress has made it absolutely worth it. Camille has also been wonderful... so warm, accommodating, and great with kids. The whole environment here feels positive and welcoming. We're really grateful we made the switch.

My niece came for VC to San Jose and her and my daughter, we're going to workout together with my mom. Who is being a member for over 11 years as well as me. Today we paid the $25 for my nice to enter to workout. Lauren saw my daughter thinking she didn't have a membership and shows up to the family room telling my niece she needed to leave the facility and she cannot enter if either of her parents were not there. My mom was there with them. But because she is not her mom, she could not enter the facility. It is ridiculous. I asked to show me, where in their policy says, if mom or dad needs to be present in the facility?? so if is my niece I can invite her to the facility after paying??? Plus they did not allow her to sit on the lobby, she told her she had to leave, she should of had talked to my mom since she is the adult and not the girls. She is not professional at all. My niece ended up scared. I feel discriminated because they basically kick my niece off of the gym. I really need to speak to corporate about it. Also my niece was going to get her backpack from the family room and she didn't even want to allow her to go back for it. They did not show me in writing, where it says if you bring kids to this facilities, they need to be only the member. I asked Laureen to show me where in the policy says that but she didn't. This review is for Silver Creek Swim school…read more My daughter started Spring session swim class and she has been assigned to new teacher every week. How is she supposed to build rapport and how is the new teacher going to know her level to continue from last class. When I spoke with the manager, they said the teacher is subject to change without notice. My daughter is a 5 year old and for her teacher to change every week, she's hasn't been progressing at all for the last 7 weeks. I've been asking them why her instructor is new every time and they won't give me a solid answer. At 5th week, they told me her teacher would be set for the coming weeks but yesterday the instructor changed again. It's such a waste of time and money. Hi- Brooke, I wasn't notified if the teacher left after the first session until last week. (6th week). Every time I asked the new teacher what's happening, they always said they don't know instead of notifying me what's really happening. If they notified me what's going to happen, I wouldn't be this frustrated. And I would have just receive the refund to stop class or change to a different date and time.
