Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

I get casino vibes from this place due to the bright screens and layout of the area with all the eating/drinking options. Too bad the state won't legalize gambling to make this happen but if/when they do, I know this venue is ripe for conversion to that format. While there is a cooler climate inside, it gets LOUD with the music blaring and the amounts of people that can pack this place. Fortunately there is outside space with seating and a couple bars outside when the noise is overwhelming.

I sat at a table, female bartender looked over at me, but kept talking to the people at the bar... I sat there for 20min before a few more people came in and sat around at tables not far from me. Immediately, the bartender comes from behind the bar to greet the people that walked in AFTER me.. Took their orders for drinks.. (WE made eye contact, but her look was as if she was letting me know, she wasn't coming to help me, the what are you doing here look) I sat there another 15min and finally decided I was patient enough. I canceled the event with everyone and advised them TO NOT come, because apparently I was not welcome. I and MANY people that have gone to many of my events that I host, will NEVER go here after this. I will just make sure to find a venue that is respectful to all, no matter their race...

He doesn't know how to keep the party going. I do understand that its a club for the "grown and sexy" but at the same time play what keeps the crowd on the dance floor. If the crowd likes a little up to date hip hop thats what you should play. One and two people on the dance floor.....ridiculous. I felt like I was at a social gathering as in a friend/family get together but I can do that at home. So again, food was great, atmosphere was nice, and drinks were on point!! Considering we fly from South Carolina for a Dallas Cowboy style New Year, we are disappointed that it did not hit the sweet spot as in the previous year. Your promoter stayed outside, knowing how hot it was inside. This location is mostly open only 2 days a week, why would they continue to have air conditioning issues for the past several years. Advice to you...... cancel the event if your ac problem is not fixed.
