I don't mind tipping at all. I actually enjoy tipping, but I do expect some type of service. This company calls it a "living wage fee.". Why don't you just pay your employees a living wage fee? I tried to book a movie online today (5/10/25) for a 3:30pm movie using two guest passes and all of the information was accurate. When I hit the check out button, I received an error message. I started all over again and the two guest passes are no longer available. I've been wanting to come to this Theater before the name change. So, I was excited about all the amenities. It's conveniently located off I-20 with lots of Restaurants near by, staff members are friendly and good daily specials. It clean and dark inside. For an early showing on a Sunday it was $13.00. For as much money that I spent.. I am very disappointed.. first off, the entrance.. for the $10 "living wage tip" they charge.. they should have the employees sweep every now and then.. to add on to the tip they make you pay, maybe run the drinks a little faster and take the empty bottles instead of letting them pile up on the tray. The screen was down low so I could see all of the frame. The toilets wouldn't flush, so it was just piling up in the toilet. it was really hot in the theater. I was sweating, also had a musky smell. My nose instantly got stuffed up. $72 bucks for tickets plus another 80 bucks for snacks and drinks.. extremely dissatisfied. Do better! Also, clean your vents.. while using the bathroom, dust was just falling on my daughter. Oh also, some alarm was going off the whole time. I had been to the Look Dine in theater up in Addison previously, and this is nothing like that one! It was a convenient location to see a movie, but I would probably drive out of my way for a better theater in the future. The service was friendly, but our food easily took an hour to come out. To be sure, I'm reviewing the one in Arlington on I-20 and Green Oaks ( or Little Rd. is on the other side. ) The positives outweigh any negatives. My wife and I have 3 kids that are extremely hyper. They calm down in the comfortable chairs at LOOK. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive to calls for service. The popcorn is always fresh, any food we've ordered is always great. My 1 critique is . . don't charge for water. It's water. The movies and concessions these days are expensive enough as it is, at no fault of theaters, it's just the way it is. This is a fairly small theatre that operate like the studio movie grill. I tried the food once at another location but it was not pleasant . In this occasion I was only there to enjoy the movie . Not a huge or spacious venue but it heads decent as far as cleanliness and quality go. I went to see the Smile 2 movie and I enjoyed it for the most part. Now I could hear another movie so vividly next door while watching my movie that it was pretty distracting. The seats do recline and from what I could see with other guests, the customer service was attentive and friendly . A fair experience but nothing extra ordinary about this place . read more

I remember when Look first opened. We visited right after Covid and the experience was ok. But through the year of 2025, I went a lot more with my friends. These are some great memories I spent with them. However, prices and food haven't been great. But it's always a good easy theater that will suit your experience well! Small space The two really bad things about this theater is the smell. It smells like mold and a 80's shopping mall. Just an unpleasant smell. We came to see Sonic for my 3-year-old and her cousins' very first movie. I was very nervous and assumed we may have to leave half-way through the movie but gave it a shot. I'm SO glad we did. the kids and adults all had a blast. The facility is much cleaner and upgraded from the previous movie tavern. The food was good and staff was friendly. We did have a little trouble getting our dessert, but the waiter let us know they were struggling with the new system and a manager would refund after the movie. II can understand that, new businesses always have a little bumps, but since everyone was so nice, it didn't bother me. After the movie the manager refunded our items and gave us all vouchers to see another movie! That definitely made up for it. Our family is going back tomorrow. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out. I want this theater to do well. read more

Well Lady never came back to close my tab and when I was trying to find someone only person I found was cleaning guy. He said they already closed me out but I was wanting my receipt. Very disappointed in our experience with this theater, we saw Twisters which was a good movie but the food was so over priced and poor quality that it ruined our first time there, we spent almost $50 for two Quesadillas (4 small pieces each that were over cooked) a side of stale chips and salsa, and a medium size drink, no refills, it's dark so you can't see the food, we could have eaten at a nice restaurant for less and enjoyed our meal a lot more. It's a nice enough theatre with friendly people but the cost for two senior tickets with the fee was almost $25.00, so we spent close to $75,00 for our night out, which is ridiculous. read more

It is my go to theater. I'm an Infinity member which is an awesome deal. It is close; it's comfortable, screens are awesome and customer service is ok. But I've had a few major issues of late that makes me question their food. I had their carnitas and the meat was rotten. I called the manager and he said they check their food and I was wrong. How do mistake the taste of rotten meat? I ordered an appetizer that I paid over 12.00 for that was burnt. Also, I think someone spit in the middle of my popcorn on 9/1 only because I asked if my svc button was broke as the reason why I had to flag someone for service 25 minutes into the movie. Update, Anna B has stated that they have been in contact with us. I spoke to a woman at HR that was supposed to call my wife for the information she was asking me about that I did not have. Guess what? No one called my wife and got this info and Matt the GM at this location never reached out to anyone except his HR. Customer service is lacking and a message on yelp doesn't help your customer service. And after reading other reviews Matt doesn't have the greatest reputation when it comes to customer service. Once again, if you go here don't let them take your card especially if it's a gift card. Plus there are way better places to spend your money that offer the same service. First time here, came to see if it was as bad as Yelp says it is. Got to the theatre 30 minutes early to check it out and have a drink and appetizer. Got the drinks, no appetizer, waited 10-15-20 minutes until people started to come into the theatre. Within 5 minutes everyone had their food, popcorn, drinks, pizza, and burgers. We stopped 3 people for help just to have a employee come to tell us (20 minutes later) it was a glitch in their system. Didn't apologize, offer to take the food off, ( it was 40 minutes after we ordered CHEESE FRIES ). We wanted to walk out but had already ordered our main food. Almost an hour for cheese fries while everyone else is eating meals and we were the first in the theatre ??? I rarely rate 0/5 but i wish i could. They started bringing food out while we were waiting, it was obvious they were treating us different and making us wait because we rightfully complained. An hour later and still no food. My honey and I come for movie night/ date night typically once a week. The lounge chairs are amazing and comfortable! Also ++ that the food is actually pretty tasty. Not your typical bar quality. My go tos are the bacon burger, BBQ chicken pizza, and coconut tenders. The food and drinks come fast. The servers are always polite. Everything went perfect since the moment we entered .. everyone seemed so nice and love their job except when we got our drinks . My husband asked if he could get it changed because his coke tasted a little weird .. the girl that came when we called was absolutely rude.. not only did she say " well that is coke" when we thanked her for switching the drink .. all she said was "aha" and walked away. Not a good experience. Food was delivered first, and drinks didn't come for another 15 or more minutes later (and yes we asked). Everything was cold by the time you could actually eat. The sound quality was also terrible... my soundbar at home is superior. It was almost like the sound was turned down to the lowest level... difficult to hear dialogue, etc. We asked about this as well, and they seemed to do something halfway through the movie to make an improvement. Saw Top Gun. The movie was great and seating is comfortable. Phone chargers are a nice touch and small lamps on the seat can be useful but seem to be in the way. Food was less than mediocre with high prices. Even the tea tasted kind of weird. Staff was friendly and helpful. I prefer using a call button rather than ordering on my phone, which is how orders are placed. Overall it was a good experience but that's basically because the movie was so great. I would recommend this cinema only to go see a movie and maybe munch on some popcorn but definitely not for dinner and a movie. read more

The theater is older but they done some upgrades since converting from The Movie Tavern.

I gave them two stars because I'm old and have been going to that theater for decades, so I know how much they cleaned it up and improved the seating, but beyond that, not a good experience. Here are my issues: Signage/Greeters - no one was at the front and there wasn't any signage as to what to do from there, so I went to the bar where I was ignored for a couple of minutes while it appeared employees were checking in or something. I found a laminated menu sitting on the bar so started to pick out what I wanted and then the bartender told me I could just order food from my phone using a QR code at my seat, but let me take the menu with me. As I was walking back to my theater a ticket taker appeared from the back to tell me what the bartender had already said. This didn't cause me to drop a star, but worth noting. I got to my seat and used the QR code to get to their site to order food. 1st star dropped away when I saw they serve Pepsi products. I'm sorry, but that's not okay (when I came home and told my wife she said she wasn't ever going to that theater lol). 2nd star dropped when I ordered movie nachos and it wouldn't let me customize my order to add an extra cup of cheese and cancel the side of jalapenos (or do a substitution). If you're going to force people to order electronically, have a versatile system that offers more options. I also couldn't order my popcorn with layered butter because the system didn't allow that. 3rd star lost was due to the food delivery service. They brought my nachos first (which tasted okay even though I wanted the old-school kinda nachos). Then about 3-5 minutes later they brought my popcorn with the butter on the side (like in the earlier days of COVID). It's a little messy to dress my own popcorn in the dark, so thanks for the two napkins for my entire meal. I ate some more nachos and was getting really thirsty, but still no drink. Finally I found the button on the front of my seat (not visible if you're sitting down) and hit it - that's when someone finally thought to show up with my Pepsi (yuck). Why on earth you would bring two salty foods long before you thought to bring a drink, I have no idea. Bottom line: there are too many better theater options in the area for me to go back to this one. It wasn't terrible, but it doesn't compete with the theaters around it and the pricing didn't make up for it. read more
