We love that it is always clean, the machines are never out of order and the topping bar is jam packed and well taken care of. I have to be honest swirls and twirls has one amazing worker named Makayla she is just a great worker. She cleans up every night so the machines are pristine and shiny. She also makes sure the ice cream is tasty and delectable. She really makes the place a better space. Her twin is ok. She is a great worker but sometimes she would rather work than hang out with friends. But it's ok but swirls and twirls has two great workers. Morgan is better off off to the side watching Makayla do her thing but they are both good people. read more

I've been going here forever cause it's close to home but the amount of signs basically yelling at customers saying don't try anything don't taste anything don't over pour is just bad taste. It really makes the place seem ghetto. Then the girls checking me out ask if I want a spoon and a bag... was I planning on eating my ice cream with my fingers ??? Especially when we were eating it there. Idk the place seems like they nickel and dime everything and signs saying "camera are on you" it's just cringy. A friend from the gym recommended this little place. It is just sensational and pleasant to sit in. The frozen yogurt was tasty even the low fat ones. I had chocolate and coconut marshmallow. I was going to try more and take it all home but I live quite far away so I opted to eat in. I went after the gym and was full when I left. They have many flavors and you can make it yourself. I have been to many froyo places and this is the top-level and just superior to all the others I have been to. You have access to putting your own toppings on, which in my opinion, is very important. I like to put fudge on the bottom, then some froyo, then some toppings then froyo then some toppings again and whipped cream then sprinkles. This is my top favorite yogurt shop. They have a great selection of yogurt flavors with favorites like the classic, birthday cake, and pistachio. I appreciate that they always have a dairy-free sorbet flavor, usually pomegranate or pineapple. They have a huge selection of familiar toppings like Reese's, Oreos, and Butterfingers but also have premium toppings like Pirouline, rainbow cake, and cheesecake bites. You can either pay per the ounce or fill up a cup at a set price. It usually makes more sense to fill up a cup unless you only want a little bit of yogurt. The staff is always nice. I have been on a froyo diet recently due to this heat and have been froyo hopping around! This particular location is located in a strip mall. This is one of those self serve DIY froyo places, which I love. They have a good selection of flavors and more importantly, they had about 4 non-dairy options! I got the mango strawberry kiwi swirl along with the watermelon pomegranate swirl. They have the typical toppings to choose from. I wanted Nutella and although it wasn't displayed, the girl behind the counter said she had some in the back. After you finish decorating your cup, you weigh it in front of the register. Two cups came out to $22! Kinda steep but at least I got to try 4 flavors. The watermelon flavor was SO GOOD! read more

In general I am a huge fan of this place and I come here 3 times a week. I love the set price on the cup, and the toppings and flavors are great. Since phase 3 of Covid, however, I do not feel entirely safe in here. They allow too many people in at a time, and I do not feel the staff speaks up when they should. I like to walk back and forth to get different flavors (who actually goes in a straight line down them anyway?!), and I am always navigating through 5 other people. It would be great if there was a line, and the staff put up a sign or enforced that only one group can be at the yogurt/topping area at a time. This would prevent children from running up next to me while I'm trying to scoop my toppings. I also think they should be wiping down the handles and topping spoons more frequently. I find they are always sticky :( read more

Clean, friendly staff, and they have the $5.49 all you can fill cup. Yes that's right, as many toppings as you want for one fixed price. They have both soft serve ice cream and froyo, with a good variety of flavors. Sooo many toppings too. Rainbow cake bites, chocolate covered pretzels, cookie dough, hot fudge, whip cream. I've only tried the flavors that they had when I visited. I liked the peanut butter flavor, but the other flavors weren't too great, especially pistachio. I used to like this place a lot. Then one evening, I brought my daughter who was visiting from nyc and it was disgusting. Many of the favors were empty and the counters were atrocious. They were out of hot fudge and the girl working there just said "oh well". I wrote a letter to corporate but 3 months later, I am still waiting for a response. Horrendous experience the afternoon of Sunday 3/31. The 3 girls working were playing deafening metal music and screaming. Multiple customers walked in and straight back out during the 20 minutes I was waiting for a pretzel (only to be told they don't have pretzels?) Math is not their strongest subject. The girl behind the counter was on her cell phone while there was a wait to try flavors. Also the price for the pay one price cup has gotten pretty high.
