I was pulling up my receipt and it was clear they were in no way willing to help me resolve my issue. My $70 sweater with their tags still attached is ruined - clearly didn't have the stains when I bought it and after being wrapped in their tissue paper for a few days, it did. I said, it doesn't appear that you're going to do anything as she was hiding in the room talking to her manager on the phone about it. And so I was sent away with a brand new sweater ruined by their "non bleeding" magic tissue paper.
