Bianca is truly what made my experience go from a four to a five star rating. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome by her. She explained everything about the studio and took her time to make sure I understood the process. Sauna is impeccably clean and I love the red light therapy addition. Bought a membership because I was extremely pleased with my experience and wanted to continue with this as an added self care regime. Great sauna experience and much better than having to sit with random people, smelly and over crowded saunas in the gym.

1L water needed for the 40 mins session

Absolutely LOVED my experience. From the moment walking in being greeted by Bianca, to her showing me to room #2 which is a small suite with a chair, table, tv, and sauna. Comes with a wet eucalyptus towel, one head towel, one body towel, and foot towel. She gave me 1L water bottle and explained the heat temperature settings, lighting, infrared lights, and timer. You're allowed to bring the remote into the sauna and control the tv to whatever you prefer. There are speakers in the sauna. I had my temperature starting at 135 degrees for 40 mins. That is the 'relaxing' setting, towards the end of the session, I increased the temperature to 145 degrees but it takes like 10 mins to get there. The hotter, the more sweat. I'm 5'8", I was sprawled out on the bench like a hibernating bear. It's completely private, so you can choose to go in your birthday suit or in a bathing suit. I listened and watched relaxing sounds of river water in a woodsie setting, I closed my eyes, and let my body completely relax. I also drank the whole liter of water surprisingly. Towards the end of my timer, I sat up, turned the mood lighting to yellow, grabbed the eucalyptus towel and buried my face into it. Breathing in the refreshing scent of eucalyptus. This is one of my favorite amenities in sauna type places, I'm Filipino, so nothing more relaxing than smelling eucalyptus (like Vix Vapor Rub haha)! The timer doesn't ding when it's done, it's up to you to watch it, or set a timer on your phone. I highly don't recommend bringing your phone in the sauna, I had it in there for less than 10 mins and it felt it was overheating. There's a full size mirror in the room to help you get ready. Towel drop and bathroom at the end of the hallway. I felt relaxed coming out, but I'm even more relaxed now as the day progressed, I swear this sauna has some kind of power. I feel like I got a massage or something. I'm a runner, 3 miles every other day, and this was the recovery I ultimately needed. They have membership plans, also a feature where you can add saline mist to your session, which cleanses your body throughout your day. Might hit that next!

Came in for a infrared heat session. App only showed a few options for late night and the host up front was able to adjust the reservation to an early time. Session is as planned. Cucumber infused wet towel and two towels for inside for the 40 min session. Make sure to set the audio and video to sync to the studio so it doesn't blast only on the tv speaker. Accidentally turned it off and had to resync. Very clean and a wonderful session. Glad it's here and really enjoyed it.

I frequent this location and the Irvine monthly whenever I feel like it and I love it. I always look forward to my sessions. Feeling stressed from the week or you just simply need to be by yourself for a bit? This is a great way to decompress. I know I will sleep like a baby that evening. Staff here are really nice and welcoming. This location is cozy. Peaceful and clean. Easy check in and you're on your way. Majority of the time, they have my presets (temperature, light color etc.) ready for me by the time I get there, which I truly appreciate so much. It's the little things that often add up and keeps me coming back. You get your own private room, tv with a lot of options, eucalyptus cold towel for after. I like to bring my own towel also, but they provide towels. There's a refillable water station, which is so nice because I drink a ton of water during and after my session.

This is hands-down my favorite Perspire location--and it's all because of Adriana and Danielle! From the moment you walk into the Costa Mesa studio, you're greeted with the kind of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like family. Adriana and Danielle go above and beyond every single time. Whether it's remembering your name, your favorite room, or just offering a genuine smile and a positive vibe, they make every visit feel like a reset--not just for your body, but for your mind and spirit too. I've tried other locations, but this one keeps me coming back because of the people. Adriana and Danielle are the heart and soul of this studio. Their kindness, professionalism, and contagious positivity create such a welcoming environment that I actually look forward to sweating! The studio itself is clean, peaceful, and always smells amazing. The amenities are top-notch, but it's the people who elevate the experience. If you're looking for a place to detox, recharge, and be treated like more than just a customer--Costa Mesa Perspire is it. Thank you, Adriana and Danielle, for making every visit something I look forward to. You're the reason I keep coming back!

So cute! Bianca at the front desk was the sweetest and walked me through everything again because it's been a couple years since visiting a Perspire studio. Everything was set, clean, and ready to go when I arrived (10 mins before my scheduled time expecting to wait at hydrate). The jellyfish background on YouTube is still my go to, but she got me into a couple stretch videos personalized to Perspire room! It's so different from a regular sauna session, and I felt amazing after!

This was my 3rd perspire studio I have tried the last month and this one won my heart! I didn't have such great customer service at the others but knew I wanted to become a member at a Perspire. Although not the closes to home the staff is so kind and welcoming they had me at "goodbye!" This particular perspire also doesn't have the updated infrared saunas but they still work wonderfully and provide the same experience. The benefits of the infrared saunas have gotten me hooked. I love the option of different color therapies that focus on different benefits. I already see a difference in my skin complexion and I am sweating more and more as I continue to go. They provide different monthly memberships to target needs and I find it to be reasonable. Tip--cancel session 2 hours in advance to avoid $20 charge. All studios also provide a $20 intro session which is awesome. Bring water and wear loose fitting clothing. Parking is also tight at this location so plan to arrive early to your session to find parking. I just find it easier to park at Ralph's and walk across the street. It saves so much time and stress free because tbh parking is nightmare lol.

SHOUTOUT TO MVP MASON! GIVE HIM A RAISE!…read more I've been to Perspire Before but I wanted to try out here since I actually came in due to a Instagram Free Session Promotion (they got me). It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I love that the towel was ICE cold on this ice plate as well. Everything was awesome thanks so much for the experience.

They walked us through the facility (rooms, towel drop, water refill station, & bathroom) and showed us all of the controls in the room. The private rooms have a sauna box (?) & infrared red light outside of the sauna. The sauna maintained 140* and we were drippingggggg sweat! They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day!

It's been a long time since I've been to the K-spa or Korean spa/bathhouse…read more This was my first time at this location, which is near the Diamond Jamboree plaza. I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

Fitness and martial arts are a huge part of my life. Recovery is such an important part of such a lifestyle. Research shows that contrast therapy lessens muscle fatigue and decreases pain, swelling, and lactic acid build up following intense exercise.
