Wonderful little birthday getaway for the night! This place was spotlessly clean. We were able to watch a movie from the pool. All the amenities worked...waterfall over the pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sound system throughout the room, stars above the bed were a nice touch, and even had a wince corkscrew provided.

This used you to be our little get away Place. Unfortunately my wife illness prevents us from traveling. We usually would get the paradise room. We do have great memories of this place. It like little bungalows in a row inside of a gate. It is special b/c it is a romantic theme mini resort. When you arrive there are rose petals on the bed and strawberry dip chocolate candy next to your bed. They have several themed rooms you can choose from. In the paradise you get the jacuzzi tub, massage chair, sauna, and your personal pool all your room. The staff is friendly and professional. Next door is a large shopping center, where you buy groceries, fast food, see a movie and Ted Turner restaurant that has great food. Recommend book and make special memories for yourself and the special one in your life.

Awesome experience. Once I went into the hotel lobby, the front desk worker called me cute. We laughed it off and I went into my hotel room on floor 5. The beds were so cozy and they were perfect for me and my ex boyfriend.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway, Sybaris Pool Suites is the place for you. We flew into Indianapolis and stayed here for a weekend. There are a lot of solid restaurants that are super close to the hotel, including some in the cool little downtown area of Zionsville. I've never seen anything like this concept. It's basically a combination of a hotel room and your own private pool area. As you walk into your suite, you have your standard hotel room with the bedroom area with a TV and a bathroom. Here's where it gets crazy. Attached to your hotel room is a private pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, and a hot tub. It's indoors and there aren't any windows so you have your privacy. There are mirrors everywhere so it's pretty romantic to say the least! Your hotel room also has a massage chair. Our flight ended up getting canceled so we missed out on our first night at Sybaris. Even though this wasn't their fault, they ended up giving us a gift certificate for a free night on a future visit. Talk about going above and beyond! We are definitely planning on coming back after such an awesome experience. If you're looking for a romantic experience that's different, Sybaris is a great spot to check out! Only downside: they don't have free wifi in the rooms.

Overall experience was great, this review is going to be lengthy so warning you now. We stayed two nights in the paradise suite, opted for late checkout, and got a special where they included the spa gift set and bottles of sparking cider and champagne glasses. Pros- the room was very clean except a few things, which I will explain. The pool was very well maintained and you could tell they took their time cleaning everything. They had lots of toiletries, they even included toothbrushes and mouthwash, and they had dispensers for soap in the shower which was great because I have very long hair and usually clear a whole bottle of the mini versions. Did not smell of chlorine in the room like I've been hearing from other reviews, the smell was obviously in the room with the pool, but as long as the door is kept closed to the pool you don't smell it in the room. There were so many extra towels, so you have to worry about them drying between uses. They also included robes for during the stay. Privacy was amazing, no housekeeping knocking on the door, blocked off by a gate and you cannot see the rooms from the street. No problems getting delivery through DoorDash the which was a nice plus One of the very few hotels that allow you to check in at 18, most places require you to be 21+ and me and my fiancé are both 19 and we wanted somewhere close and we looking for a short getaway. Everything was working as intended We were able to extend our checkout the night before which I felt was pretty last minute so that was nice Everyone I spoke with was very kind and courteous Cons- Running out of hot water, we would run out before we could even fill the bath, I'm not sure if multiple rooms are ran of the same heater or if you have your own, but maybe I just like to melt my skin off There was a dirty shower head left behind on the kitchenette counter top, that was gross but people forget things and I probably would too if I wasn't changing a shower head everytime I cleaned a room. One of the covers in the pool for a jet or heater or something was sitting at the bottoms of the pool screws and all. I found a few sugar ants in the pool room, not many but a few here and there, not sure what they're attracted too anyways it was clean as I said The massage chair was a bit narrow, I have large hips and did not fit well. The TV channels could have been better, some of the channels on the paper guide did not work, and I audio on one of the adult channels did not work. Wish they offered more adult tv. The blankets were thin, I'd recommend you bring your own. A bit outdated, and there are so many light switches for the different options. The ones next to the bed were labeled I just wish the rest were because it was a bit confusing. Overall it is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it if you utilize their specials listed on their website. I would not recommend booking if you're interested in going out more than staying in, but if you're into staying in and ordering in like me and fiancé did, then you should definitely take a trip there.

What an interesting great place to go! We have an in room pool with jets and tropical waterfall, steam room. A separate jetted tub and shower. There is a fireplace and a very nice bed. This is not a place to bring your kids, but it is most defiantly a place to bring your sweetheart! Plan on eating before you check in because you will not want to leave once you are in the room.

Nice private room that has more than you could ask for in a overnight stay. Massage chair, fireplace, jetted pool, jetted tub, steam sauna, entertainment system with speakers throughout. Flat screen tv. Super comfy bed with lights above, below and all around. Gated entrance with super nice people at check in. Late check out option at 3pm is super nice. The room smelled very pleasant upon entering and was super clean. Even if you only get to do it once it's worth the experience. We purchased room through Groupon when it was available. You have to pay a membershIp fee but all guest who stay have to. There are other Sybaris suites in Chicago too.

The reality is an old worn tub

Pictures on website are NOT accurate. The suite was very dated and did not match the advertised pictures on the website. See photos posted for website vs. reality. We booked the majestic pool suite in Indianapolis Indiana. We stayed in unit #12. A.K.A a mirrored 70's time capsule. I took the screen shots from the website while I was standing in our dated room. The jacuzzi tub was really old. The dials did not work and some even had a screw holding them in place. The pool was fine, but also old. The tile around the edge was faded and bleached under the water line. Also many many many mirrored walls(hey if that's your thing..)The fireplace is just for show- no blower. They have a DVD player and a 5 disc CD player(why??). It's not a cheap hotel room. And it bothers me that our room was not what I thought I was booking based on their website. It feels like the old bait and switch. We made the most of what we got, but I know there are people who would be really upset by this false advertising. That's the main reason for writing the review. I suggest asking for an updated room at check in.

This place met and exceeded all of our expectations. I rented one of the two Chalets, which has a private garage, indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi tub, steam room, massage chairs, and sound system throughout, for our anniversary. The check-in time was 6 pm, and we arrived at 5:55 pm. I was greeted quickly by the front desk staff and was told that it would be five more minutes before our chalet would be ready. After waiting 10 minutes I returned to the office and was told that it would be a few more minutes. At this point, I returned to our car frustrated because we had traveled over five hours and were now delayed in getting into the chalet to kick off our anniversary celebration. However, several minutes later, the staff at Sybaris displayed their customer-centric approach. When the young lady came out to our car with the chalet garage door opener and gate access code she apologized for the delay and extended our check-out time by an hour. I didn't ask for it nor had we hinted at wanting anything. Rather, the staff was focused on customer satisfaction and made things right. At this point, my frustrations dissipated. Upon walking into the chalet our jaws hit the floor. It was spacious, clean and beautiful. The pool area had lots of room and there was also a pool slide. As we brought our personal belongings upstairs we walked past the steam room, which was also spacious. The bedroom had plenty of accent lighting around the bed, from the floor to the ceiling. There were separate controls for each set of lighting, which allowed us to pick & choose the lighting and added to the mood. As an added touch, the cleaning staff had created towelgami of two swans kissing and had placed them on the bed. Next to the bed was a gas fireplace that certainly added to the ambiance, and next to it was the Jacuzzi tub. Also, there were two massage chairs by the glass overlooking the pool area that had fresh robes laying on them. The room also had a coffee maker, refrigerator and two wine glasses. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. The area outside of the bathroom had his & her sinks with plenty of mirror space. The sound system was fantastic and provided good sound in the pool area and in the room. We hooked our Apple & Android phones to it easily without any problems. There are a number of wine stores and restaurants close by in case you forget something or need nourishment. Also, delivery is available if you decide not to leave the property. We made good use of the later check-out time that was offered and hated to say goodbye because we had such a wonderful time. Upon checking out, I turned in the comments card they provided at check-in and assumed it would find its way onto someone's desk and die a slow death. However, I was wrong. The employee that took the card read it right away and took note of the concerns I had about the A/C unit in the chalet. She quickly apologized and offered us some wonderful, complimentary items when we return to any Sybaris. This was another example of their customer-centric focus. Unfortunately, having been on the road for over four hours and closing in on our home I realized that I had left some clothes behind in the closet in our room. It was July 4th so I wasn't sure what kind of assistance I would receive. I called and spoke to an employee and she said that she would get hold of the Head Housekeeper right away in order to secure my clothing. She called a short time later to say they had my clothes and would gladly send them to me. I'm happy to say that a few days later my clothes arrived back at home. From start to finish, the staff was wonderful to deal with and was always focused on customer satisfaction. Based on the customer focused experience we had, and based on the beautiful accommodations, my wife and I are already talking about returning to one of the Sybaris locations. We, without a doubt, recommend Sybaris to anyone.

My husband and I came here back in Dec 2020 as a getaway. We previously visited the one in Wisconsin a few years back. We were pleased with our stay. We liked the idea that each unit is a separate building and has it's own private entrance. The room was a nice size, very clean and well stocked. The main room had the bed (mirror on ceiling above bed and around the room; wasn't a fan), Jacuzzi tub, massage chair (sits low to the floor), fireplace, and a small table and chairs (not very comfortable especially if you're a larger person). My husband really didn't have anyplace to sit. The chairs were kind of flimsy for a larger person and because the bed had a wood base around it, he couldn't sit comfortably on the edge of the bed. He had to sit on the base next to the jacuzzi tub to watch TV. Thankfully we spent most of our time in the pool. Between the main room and bath, was a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Double sinks sat outside the bathroom and large shower. The heated pool and steam room was in a separate area. Since we were staying two days, Sybaris requires access to room for 10-min to treat the pool. You have to wait outside while the workers do the task. Somewhat inconvenient but the wait wasn't for very long. In terms of conveniences, the surrounding area had plenty of restaurant choices and delivery was always an option. This Sybaris was along a busy street and if you blink, you might drive right past it. We felt safe there as the entire area is gated. You're given a placard to hang from your mirror. There is a security guard at the entrance to the rooms or depending on the time, someone at the office raises the gate. An enjoyable place to spend for a getaway. However, our two days was quite pricey (~$1100 which included some roses my husband purchased for me, some chocolates, and extra $$ to check-in earlier). We reserved the room in August for the December visit. I was taken aback that our credit card was billed for the entire amount shortly after the reservation. We'd like to do this again someday, but not too soon.

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The pool was heated, the steam room reached a nice temperature quickly, the waterfall over the pool was a nice touch. There was a nice sized mini fridge to hold food and drink for the evening and a microwave. We had chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the fridge. I would stay here ANYTIME but based on price it will be a birthday, Valentine's Day, or treat the wife and myself to some much needed pampering. When you book your stay be sure to get the late checkout at 3, you won't regret it.

I was told to go around the corner to the public parking garage and take the elevator down to ground level and walk back... to be honest downtown is super sketchy on a Friday night after midnight. Lots of homeless people on the streets and party mode from ... locals? When the elevator opened, we were horrified to see a mostly undressed, homeless man laying on the ground outside the elevator, and then had to exit through a super dark and deserted alley. Bottom line I do not feel like this was a safe option for a traveling mom and teenage son. I communicated to the front desk and hopefully to Management that they should offer the public parking garage rate of $45 instead of the valet rate of $90 for the safety of their guests after 11 PM. The lobby is gorgeous at this hotel, unfortunately the rooms do not even come close. As a Hilton diamond member we were given a very small room with two double beds that was clearly updated last around the year 2000. It had a great view of the alley that we had just exited through. And as others have mentioned, the room credit for food was laughable... The only two options were to order room service, which I did within the $50 limit I was allotted and yet with all the add-ons my bill came to over $74. Or I could have used it in the coffee shop that had no real breakfast options. Bottom line, with the issues that I experienced this hotel was definitely not worth the nightly rate. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Other than that, I loved that it is a Hilton hotel, and the fact that it was lower in cost by a lot once I utilized my Expedia OneKeyCash rewards. I must mention parking because it was one thing that made me selective of hotel stay in the area. At Home2 Suites, valet parking is listed at $45.00, but if you want to take a chance there are parking garages in the surrounding area which cost around the same price. I parked at the garage located within Regions Tower and paid only $50.00 overnight. And there is metered parking in the area, if you are lucky to find a spot. My experience with the receptionist working behind the counter was nothing less than professional. Since my room had already been booked through Expedia, the only thing check-in consisted of was a verification of my information, a briefing of what the hotel offers, and giving me my room key. For your information check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 12:00 AM! And check-out ends at 11:00 AM! Home2 Suites, as expected, appeared immaculately beautiful! After locating and entering the room I stayed in, I said to myself "Lovely" once I took notice of the room and its kitchenet area. It came with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a sink with garbage disposal, plus cabinets with dishware and pots & pans inside. Now the furniture in the room gave the room somewhat of a homely like feel. The couch, and the carpet on the room looked like something you would see in your grandmother's house I swear, tehehe. The workspace in the room had a rollable table along with a rollable chair. And inside of the bathroom, there were liquid hygiene products inside of the shower attached to the wall. Seems like hotels are slowly doing away with the mini shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner products that make great travel hygiene additions. Along with those notable things inside of the room, it met my cleanliness standards. I had no issues whatsoever getting comfortable in the king-sized bed during my stay as my head was engulfed in-between the comfortable pillows. While utilizing the shower, I was satisfied with the water pressure of it, as well as being able to toggle with the spray patterns. Other things the room came with that I noticed were an iron, ironing board, an extra comforter, and a few lamps with electrical outlets. And the Wi-Fi internet was easy to connect to and not once did I have any connectivity issues with it during my stay. Served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekdays, and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the weekend; it was a relief to have the complimentary breakfast because I did not have to worry about finding a restaurant in the area. Using a waffle maker for the first time ever was a fun experience I must say. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of what was presented for the complimentary breakfast. I would surely book with Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown again due to my experience with it because the hotel met my comfort needs, and I loved that its location is within an accessible distance of things of my interest in the city of Indianapolis. ~ Good vibes coming your way ~ Thomas G

It was wonderful being up on the 18th floor with so much space. The bed was really comfortable and the room kept us warm in the 30-degree weather, and the hotel was centrally located for our needs. I also had to crush TWO cockroaches on different days. On the 18th floor. Those buggers aren't just coming in from the cold; they've been living in the building for a while if they are up that high in numerous numbers! Housekeeping hours were also confusing; we didn't have the Privacy Please sign up during 3 of the days, but cleaning only came one of those days, and not until close to 5pm. Buttering me up with the suite upgrade stops me from scoring this hotel lower!

I stayed there this past saturday night, checking in at eleven pm. It was a total disaster to say…read morethe least. To start, we got in a room and the tv did not work. I called down the room service and she tells me that she's going to send someone up, twenty minutes later I called down... and she says, come on down, we're just going to change your room. I get all the way down there, just to move 2 rooms down after packing everything up and going down eleven floors, instead of them bringing ME up a new card for a new room. That is poor customer service. Let me be clear. They were not busy. I woke up at nine a m with a paper under my door. I received a charge of $585!!!!! Now let me just tell you, i went in my room and went right to sleep, because I was exhausted for my day of travel. This letter told me that I had been smoking in the room and charged me this amount. I immediately called down a customer service and was told that they would take it off when the manager came in at eleven o'clock. I was somewhat relieved at this, so I went on with my morning and got ready and went down and waited. The manager assured me that they would not charge my card and that I had not been charged yet. They went ahead and charged my card for the room. I checked my card and I had only been charged for the room and a $50 charge for a deposit. I left and went on with my day with a receipt, feeling confident that the manager had done her job. A couple hours later, I looked at my bank account, and I saw that I was charged after all . $585!!!!!! More . 4 hours later! I don't know if she thought I wouldn't see it or what! I called and she swore to me that I was in charge. So I sent her a snapshot and called her a liar. So then she told me that it would be removed and it would take 5 to 10 days! Can you believe that? They charge my card for something.I did not do five hundred and eighty five dollars and then tell me, it's going to take five to ten days to remove it! To top it off yesterday, i opened my bank account to see another $530 charge! This hotel has charged me $125 for a room, $54 for deposit and $530 that now they are SWEARING they have not charged me and calling ME A LIAR!!!! Let me be VERY CLEAR.... LET ME BE VERY CLEAR THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $1,294 !!!!!!! Seriously!!!!! THIS HOTEL HAS COST ME $300 IN OVERDRAFT NOW. I filed with my bank so they have put a stop to it. I want everyone to know how bad they are!!!!!!

Stayed here for a mini staycation with my wife! Great location in downtown Indy! Walking distance…read morefrom Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil, the Circle monument, and lots of other fun things downtown. Our suite was plenty spacious and had a fun urban/industrial vibe with exposed brick. The bed was more on the firm side, but that is my preference anyway! If you don't wanna go anywhere in the morning, they did have a complimentary breakfast, but again it is so perfectly located between tons of great restaurants. My only knock was that the customer service experience at the desk was a bit different between the night staff and the morning stuff. The young woman who is working overnight, seemed very preoccupied and slightly annoyed when I had some pretty basic questions. This was completely contrasted by the young woman who was working in the morning. I saw her going above and beyond whether it was making sure the trash left for breakfast was taken care of or checking us out. Having worked in hospitality, I understand that anybody can have a bad night, but overall our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming in town from one of the major events or anyone just looking to have a fun staycation.

I was in town for a conference, and last year I booked a hotel two months before it and my hotel was about a mile away (oddly enough, a Hampton Inn co-located with a Homewood Suites), so this time I booked in January. Customer service here was superb, from start to finish. After checking in, I received a text asking how everything was going, and during my stay I was able to send follow-up texts if I had questions or needed anything. In addition, I was able to borrow/sign out an umbrella one day when it was raining - there's a $25 fee if you don't return it that day, but it's a very nice service they offer. I realized I forgot a shower cap one day, too, and the front desk was able to provide me with one. Pros: -Huge and unique rooms. The building is from the late 1800s and has been repurposed into this hotel. I think my room was bigger than my first apartment! -Nice sitting area with a couch even though I had a king studio suite. Huge kitchen with full-size fridge and freezer, plus flatware and even cooking utensils. -Large bathroom area, although no bathtub, just a shower. -Free breakfast daily, and they even had almond milk and oat milk for cereal - I have to drink non-dairy milk exclusively and hotels rarely have it available. -Free cookies at front desk -The staff was super friendly, when I returned every day from the conference I was welcomed back Cons: -Very few from me, but: no safe in the room -Towels are small but that's normal for most hotels nowadays -Wifi was a little wonky - on my computer and work iPhone it was fine, and also fast, but on my Android/personal phone, texts were delayed. I'm going to chalk this up to my phone being weird. Overall I LOVED my stay here and would 100% stay here again. If you're in town for a convention, it's only a two-block aka five-minute walk to the convention center, too, which was great.
