Especially when you have a picture of the stages of periodontal disease and how fast it can progress staring right back at you.I know, totally irrational! A few days before my appointment, I got a certified letter (requiring my signature) from Dr. Nguyen saying he was dropping me and my 2 children as his patients without any specific reason(s). This certified letter came after I had phoned the office earlier to see if my husband can start coming to this office. The front personnel led me in a confusing conversation. I was told they don't take Delta insurance in their office... Yet, my husband can go to their newly opened office, because apparently the new office accepted Delta Insurance, the same one my children and I have. However, if there is availability in the office where my 2 children and I go, he can come as well in the future. I get that you're not taking in new patients. It would have saved me a whole lot of confusion if you would have just said that... instead, I was told my insurance was the issue... Delta was rejecting my husband. Having said that... You sending me a "certified letter" to tell me you're dropping me few days before my appointment was a slap in the face, unprofessional, and overkill move... especially not stating your reasons because you have none. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen, for showing me your true colors. Yes, I won't go back to a dentist who rejects not 1 but 3 patients without any specific reasons. We had recently moved to Terramor and needed a new dentist. My husband saw Dr Tran and she said he had 2 problem teeth. One was a simple filling and the other needed to be referred to their oral Surgeon, Dr Meagan Miller. Dr Miller said the tooth could not be saved and he needed an implant which would be thousands of dollars. Because my husband was having no symptoms I encouraged him to get a 2nd opinion. Hence, he went to see another oral surgeon in Corona. So we got all the X-rays and he went to see a different oral surgeon who also took more X-rays. After looking at everything he said he had no idea what Dr Miller was talking about. So I don't know if Sycamore Creek Dental is incompetent or if it is just a money making machine. Either way stay away!! Not trustworthy. read more

I agree with the 5 stars and more. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Needles noise and drilling not for me no way but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to take care of your teeth. I came here for the first time today for a deep cleaning and a filling. Not knowing what to expect you can imagine I was terrified. However. Dr Tran and Cheryl both put my mind at ease. The entire experience was better than I expected and they made sure I was okay the entire time I was there. The novacaine shot was the one thing that worried me the most but Cheryl was so good it was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist. Cheryl you were the best and my teeth look great now. Yesterday you could see my blood pressure was high as I never like going to the dentist.
