Kids had so much fun here! Went on spring break & it was a little busy but the kids loved that there were more kids to run around with. The drinks were a little high priced but the food seemed fair. Overall though, those are the prices usually charged at amusement type places & we got some Icees & queso fries & they were actually really good. What a great new addition to the trampoline/free play arenas and one that is on our side of Fresno is even more appreciated! This place is HUGE and it has so many different types of activities and obstacles (e.g. obstacle course, inflatable/bounce house area, multiple slides and more) as well as some arcade games, and a snack bar (not open yet). There are free lockers as well. We bought our timed tickets online and completed the waiver online and check-in was an absolute breeze. Staff are friendly and energetic. We will definitely be returning for more fun. read more

The food inside is unbelievably expensive. A mini pack of cookies -- basically the same kind as the mixed-cookie boxes from Costco -- had only 5 small pieces and cost $3.49. Even with the 20% member discount, it was still overpriced. The pricing is very unreasonable, and the facilities are pretty average. I wouldn't recommend eating there; if your kids get hungry, it's better to go outside for food. We probably won't visit again in the future. read more

My kids love coming here! The facility is always clean and welcoming. The staff are all AMAZING and helpful! I love the free lockers to store our stuff in and there's areas for all my kids to play ages 2-12! We had my Neice birthday party there and rented a room for it. Had to track the host down and tv remote was not there. Couldn't watch tv or display anything on screen. The kids had a great time in the play area. Just took to long for the host to bring things. Needed spoons for the ice cream they brought forks. Again the kids had fun just the host was not organized. Food took awhile to get to us. We waited 40 min for a pizza! Hope you can make sure your host are on top of things if I decide to have my daughters birthday there this 22nd of January! read more

I canceled my monthly membership and they didnt make the entry. I continued to be charged and they refused to refund. I called them several times and they blew me off. Bad customer service. When canceling, they provide no proof that you canceled. They still refused to give me proof that I canceled so need to watch the charges and dispute if you see charge. read more

If we could do half stars I would do 3.5. I wanted to experience a party here before booking my son's party. Tonight I attended my nephews birthday party at Syctron. I will say this place has the potential to be great if they fixed a bunch of things. I'll start with my cons... Cons: - EXTREMELY hot inside. Seemed like the ac was not on at all. - there were NO staff members inside the play structured making sure kids were safe. My 4 year old got trampled twice by teenagers - there were teenage boys just laying inside the play structures on their phones which I thought was unsafe and odd. - the party host seemed overworked and undertrained. I hope they pay them well because it was a zoo and she seemed so overwhelmed. -the party was late. We didn't get into the room on time and had to help the host set up which we didn't mind but it was so rushed. - there's not really anywhere for the adults/observers to sit. There are a few tables and benches but on a packed night like tonight people were standing all over the place - the party plates and cups seemed like they just ran to SaveMart next door and grabbed some cheap ones. As expensive as the party is they couldn't at least had the colored party ones to match. - we had to constantly tell the host what we needed and what to bring, maybe she was new - it seemed very unorganized from check in to the time we paid (the host went on lunch as we were leaving so my sister had to wait to pay and leave) At $42 a head the party should've been much better. I think if they hired more staff members to have staff in the play structure, maybe have a floating host to help the party hosts, crank up the ac, train the party hosts, and overall be more organized this place could be great. I won't have my son's party here I think he's too small since teenagers are allowed to play as well. We might be back for free play but definitely during the week. read more

Never heard of this place, but my daughter was invited to a birthday party here and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's clean, fun and the owner is a nice guy. Will come again! There was a little incident and the owner and staff were on it!! I loved that. Only thing I'd recommend is an intercom to let the kids from a party know that it's time to go to the party room. One of our friends didn't know and his mom showed up looking for him in the party room ... he was safe but was upset he missed singing happy bday. read more
