I took a zero turn Gravley mower to Rob's lawn & Garden repair shop. The problem was a bolt broke…read moreoff in the motor support. I was quoted a price varying from $75minium to $300 maximum. I was able to pick up the mower a month later & it had many issues that it did not have when I took it to them. I took it back and found out that they crushed the Hydraulic filter & the charged me for a new one. I took it back home only to find other things they had broken. Mower would not climb hill & turned toward the left. I took it back again & they said they did not know anything else to do to fix it. I took it apart & found out that they did not hook up the Sator battery cable. The mechanic did sloppy work & they exceed the maximum quoted price by about $200.00. I cannot recommend this repair shop to seniors or veterans which I am both.

His latest was they are swamped, and "LEAVE THEM ALONE and they'll work on it." My opinion is Rob's Lawn management is irresponsible about getting repairs done, and they shouldn't have Kevin talking to customers.

As soon as he returned the email, I called and said it was a go. This was at ~2:30PM. He said we could do the paper work in a couple of days, no rush. Then, the next day, 26 hours later, at 4:22PM, he EMAILED me and said he was looking at other dealers for another tractor because the one I verbally agreed to buy had been SOLD. I called him and he said that they just ordered more but the price went up quite a bit on them (yeah, as if I would be paying THEM for that) but he was going to see if he could find one for me. Well, two days have passed and still no response. Hmm... Maybe a little too much going on? Maybe not a big enough sale? Maybe already met sales quota for the year? I don't know... I got a different tractor someplace else. You lose Mordt.
