I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. They help you with whatever you need. I can tell some are frustrated when they're really busy and there's a long line. The service isn't the best. If you need to print the return label it's only $2.50ish. They also have the option for us to do the return ourselves. I honestly haven't tried it. But it's pretty convenient for people who wouldn't mind doing it themselves.
