We did have a large group of ~15 people, 2 dogs and a rabbit. The owners were super friendly and kept checking up on us. Be warned that your campsite will still be somewhat near other people, so it would be helpful not to blast music at late night hours. There is running (cold) water at the sink where you can wash your stuff next to the bathhouse which also has cold water. The toilets are portable bathrooms, but they are the cleanest portable bathrooms I have ever been in! It is even scented (and you can smell it from the outside). You don't even smell whatever business is in there even while you are doing your own business. Although there is no running sink in the bathroom, they do provide hand sanitizer, but you can just walk a bit to the running sink. The waters were clear, and there was water activities nearby. You can also buy firewood and ice from the owners. You won't get much cellular service here if any at all. But the night sky was beautiful when I came to visit. It was clear and so much stars out, we even caught sight of a comet and 2 shooting stars! This place is one of my favorite campsites thanks to Kevin and Ann (the campsite owners).

Bill Hills Farm Tent and Breakfast is located in a small town in Narrowsburg NY, it's somewhat close to the Delaware Water Gap and it's approximately a two and a half hour drive from Queens NY. TIP: It's on the way to Woodbury outlet, so you can do some shopping after glamping We got there just before it was dark, in order to gain access there, you'll need to first meet up with the owner Jane (she lived just down the block) and she'll direct you to the glamping tent. After a short 5 minutes drive into the wood, we got to the tent and since it was night time, we couldn't really see the outside of the tent, but inside- O-M-G- GLAMOROUS! Everything was wood so you still feel like you are in the wild, Queen size bed, lights and electricity, small refrigerator, table, fully functional toilet, shower with jets and a full size marble sink. It just couldn't get more inTents than this! After the tour around the tent, Jane was super sweet and asked us if we had any dietary restrictions and also what time we would like to have breakfast. We said no and then she said good night and left us to enjoy the song of the nature = cricket singing The next day breakfast was served at around 8am (thru our request), We didn't get our breakfast served to us in bed but it was atop of a TREEHOUSE!!! OMG moment #2, this is definitely a boy's (I mean MEN) dream come true!!!! Moving on to breakfast we had muffins, fruit salad, an APPLE SAUSAGE RING and scramble eggs.. I usually don't eat sausages but that apple sausage ring was delicious!!! So good that I had two servings! and I'm very critical about my scramble eggs but Jane was on point with the eggs, it was perfect- nice and fluffy, not runny and not rock solid. While we were eating, Jane suggested a few places we should check out and she even gave us detailed directions to each of these places.. she's just too nice! Unfortunately it rained both days we were there but still we had a great time hanging out in the tent and tree house. The town center itself is not big but it's cute in it's own unique way. Overall the whole stay was quite an experience, Jane was an excellent host and is super accommodating, the tent was amazing with everything well maintained, the food Jane cooked was legit! that Apple sausage ring so good!! I'm not a fan of camping but I will not mind coming back to Blue Hill Farm Tent for another glamping experience!

They keep the area tidy, with clean trash bins and bags provided, and the trash is picked up in the morning. The only downside was the lack of night patrol. There were several loud parties making it difficult to sleep, though I understand this is more of an issue with guests not being considerate. Additionally, the site next to ours had a notably loud snorer, which made things a bit more challenging. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Kittatinny K-Camp.

The best thing, Happy Days is only 4 miles from one of the greatest attractions in New York ....Bethel Woods, the 69' Woodstock Concert Field and the historic Woodstock Museum (which is a must see... you'll thank me later). The campgrounds are covered in pine trees, so you awake to great, fresh smelling air. It's very clean. The showers, bathrooms and rec room were immaculate. I drove my RV here, but on the premises, you can rent well restored, classical 3-wheel campers for a minimal fee and spend the night in camping luxury (and instead of my gas guzzling RV, I'll bring my car next time, instead and still save).... Tim, one of the owners, is great. From his story, he had no intention of running a campsite. He was in corporate management. He came to Happy Days as a kid. When the woman who owned the site told him, he'd have to find another place to camp next year ... the wheels went into motion. This campsite is Tim and his brother's baby and the care and the high standards they have also shows in their appreciation of their customers ... and I'm sure that comes from having originally been a customer of the campsite. Make sure you make reservations in advance, especially when Bethel Woods has a concert planned for the weekend. I was going to stay an extra day but I waited too long. Prior to my visit when I asked about a trail map, there was no response. Upon arrival at the property, the only trail I was told of was the one that led from the cabin to the lake. This is very misleading, A big part of the reason I booked this place was the nature trails. Post-visit I was told no one has ever asked about a trail map before. Over 100 acres of trails and no map or markers or signage except for the lake trail. That's ridiculous. The cabin needed cleaning. There were spiderwebs in bathroom. Webs in the corners of the bedroom ceiling, a cobweb hanging from the ceiling. These webs looked like they had been there a while. The ceiling fan was covered in dust. I booked a cabin to be able to have use of the full kitchen. The microwave door handle was hanging on by a thread. It appeared someone had previously attempted to fix it with glue, which obviously did not work well. The shower handle came off in my hand, but I was able to put it back on. The toilet was running and then stopped working. Eventually, someone came to fix the toilet. The next day, the toilet stopped flushing again. The kitchen window did not close all the way, allowing bugs to come in. The screen of the screen door is not attached, and the door does not close flush with the door frame. It was not possible to have front door open because there was ample room for bugs to come in. The listing says "Peace and Quite!!! Very Private". It was not private, it wasn't even quite quiet. There is a good amount of streetnoise, the cabin is set very close to the road. Bring earplugs. Private? No. It is a very short walk to the playground because the playground is directly across the street. A fence separates you from house next door, clear view of their home and yard. Not nearly as secluded as you'd think. They asked if I would not leave a negative review in exchange for a refund. I don't do hush money. People deserve to know what to expect from this place.

The cabins are always clean, the communication through Airbnb is seamless and Bob gives you access to his kayaks, paddle boats, rowboats etc! My husband loves the lake for fishing!
