Because of the high salt content, you are not advised to bring in your phone, watch or keys. Because of the salt content, it creates a great breathing environment if you are suffering from any sinus issues or asthma - I was told the air was hypo-bacterial and allergen free. You'll sit in the zero gravity chairs and they give you heated massage balls that you can rest on your back or any paint points. They also give you noise cancelling headphones with natural sounds.
