Four of us used Groupons to try out the salt caves on a Wednesday at 5:30pm. We were joined by…read moreanother group of 2. We were a few minutes late, but this did not cause an issue. Lockers are available for personal items, such as phones and keys. They give booties for over your shoes or socks and blankets as it can get cold. They also give a very warm energy ball, which can be used to roll against muscles. The gravity chairs have noise cancelling headphones that play the same sounds. You'll sit in the zero gravity chairs and they give you heated massage balls that you can rest on your back or any paint points. They also give you noise cancelling headphones with natural sounds. It was very relaxing, and I did feel like I could breath easier during the session. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
