We love to support small locally owned businesses. Due to covid and new guidelines we set up to do our massages in our backyard. Laura arrived and came through a side gate, set up her equipment and worked on my wife and I. Never had an outdoor massage, but the cool breeze during this warm weather was perfect for it! I live in the Bay Area and tried Sync Spa the last time I was in LA for a visit. A friend of mine recommended them and as I was suffering from back pain (the 6 hour drive is no joke) I decided to give them a try. The first thing I can say is that their communication is very good. I contacted them for an appointment and got a message back within the hour. The massage therapist, Laura, showed up right on time with her supplies and was both warm and professional throughout the appointment. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone travel to me when I was in such pain. Laura asked some comprehensive questions about my pain and mobility level at the start of the appointment and somehow translated that into the best massage I'd ever gotten in my life. I've been receiving massages by Laura for the past several years- both relaxing massages as well as targeted massage therapy for muscular problems. She has come to my home for spa days with the girls and even set up a chair massage at our neighborhood summer party. I have called her to help with my 87 year old mom who has neck and back problems, the best part is that she comes to us since mom has difficulty getting around. Laura was so great! I found her based on yelp as I needed someone to come today to help as i tweaked my back this morning. Pricing was fair & reasonable for mobile service and she was very professional and flexible. She setup her oversized massage table in my living room because I could barely get on my feet. She helped me along with my mother who was here to undress and get on the table as well as get me back on the couch when finished. Her massage was one of the best I've had. Her touch was just right and didn't need to correct her pressure or anything as it was great. Very therapeutic and relaxing. My one year old daughter was running around the room during my session but she didn't mind so it worked out great!
