They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. I am missing two gold diamond rings and 1 fake cubic zirconia solitaire ring out of my jewelry box. I know exactly where they were when I put them in the jewelry box for the move so I can unpack them from the jewelry box at the new place. I ware one of them every day but didn't want it to get damaged in all the moving. One of the rings my brother gave me before he passed away and the other was a starting over ring, I bought myself. And the zirconia was just another ring. No value. I have moved many times in my life, and I have never been stolen from and the time they took to move a one bedroom apartment that was only 20 med boxes, small couch, coffee table, tv stand, Mattress, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a chest drawers, 2 rolled up carpets and plant and a 30 minute drive took them 9 hours. The previous days I moved my entire kitchen myself and the bathroom to save money and time. I was charged $1500.00 for a one-bedroom apartment to another 1-bedroom apartment. I was only charged for 5 hours from the previous 3-bedroom house to the that apartment by another company with the same hourly rate. $730.00. I spoke with the police on this matter and am not sure about pursuing this because I will never get those rings back. That is hardest part of all this. I feel so violated. My brother is no longer with us to replace another ring. So, I would think twice about using this company. The sad part is I saw so many good reviews and that is why I called them. But maybe these two guys were new. Either way my property was stolen and can't be replaced. So, think long and hard before using them.

The movers showed up early at the ABF location. I was so happy to see them as we were already there. They helped us unload the items from the container to their truck and then drove to our place. They did a great job and were very careful with our items. There is a 3 hour minimum but they were done well before then since we opted to do the unpacking of the boxes ourselves. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.
