Within one month of care being provided by CCH, she was back up walking and has never been happier. I believe if we did not have CCH she would still be in a wheelchair. Additionally, the caregivers call me once a week with updates on how she's doing and if she has any issues they are watching (I live 2 states away, so I cannot visit regularly). They also host special events each month at the facility. Lastly, they seem to have low turnover, which speaks volumes for management at CCH. I would HIGHLY recommend CCH.

And, I don't mean covered over with some other fragrance, I mean fresh! They keep this place spotless! My first contact was with Charlie. He handled the writing of the contract. Charlie was so calm handling our business. He was like talking to a good friend. Next, we met Michelle, their head nurse. She was like talking to a sister. Michelle did the initial assessment for my mother's level of care and she was spot on. Michelle was so genuinely caring. We met the director, Megan, she was like an Auntie. The caregivers like Rosie and Taye, absolute angels to my mother. Rosie in particular cared for my mother so well. She was the only person that my mother let bath her! The Med Tech Rita, VERY experienced and super friendly and caring and so many others treated us like just part of their big family, I really mean that! I knew, this was the place for my 94 year old mother to enjoy the final years of her life. Every employee that serves here has a heart for the residents. They behave like they want to be here. The receptionists at the front desk and the servers in the dinning area, everyone is a part of this close nit family of caregivers. I feel compelled to share my alarming experience with this boarding care facility, as it raises…read moreserious ethical concerns. I discovered that they took advantage of a client with dementia. They changed his Social Security payee without proper justification and repeatedly told him his family was behind on rent, using threats of eviction to manipulate him. After the payee change, they reported him missing to the Sheriff's Department, but months later, I learned from the coroner that he had been admitted to the ER with respiratory failure and unfortunately passed away. Shockingly, the facility did not inform the authorities or the family that he had been found and continued collecting his Social Security payments. To make matters worse, a few weeks after his passing, I received a court summons because the facility was trying to sue me for back rent. I brought all my receipts to court, but the owner pretended not to speak English and dropped the case. It was clear they were exploiting his condition to benefit financially. Even more concerning, the Sheriff's Department reached out to us because they had not been informed about the client's situation. The owner then attempted to close the client's bank account, falsely claiming to be the successor to any remaining funds, which could potentially cover funeral costs. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to proceed with caution. Their actions show a troubling lack of care for vulnerable individuals and their families. Toured this while trying to find a place for father. It is a very nice, relatively small facility,…read moreas these places go. Cozy inside, but with wide halls and plenty of common areas. Lots of activities, and chances to get out into the community. The food smelled great as I walked by, and residents seemed happy with it, and with living there. Room sizes vary, and levels of care are adjusted to what you need. Therapy is available, and there are nurses always there. The rooms are nice and homey. The caregiver are very considerate and nice to the patients. My father used to live in different facility but they didn't treat him very nice. My father was so happy that we found Angela's facility. He likes to have conversations with the caregivers and manager. My father felt very comfortable living here and he says it feels like a home. He also says the girls are the sun shine of his day. My father is 95 years old and his health is getting better since he has live in Angela's Care Home. The manager takes a picture of my father and sends it to me every other day, to see my father in the sun light Brightens my day. Sometime the manager teaches my father do some exercises. I feel no worry's and my life has become lot easier, now I feel more comfortable and I can travel and go everywhere, because I have someone taking good care of my father. I appreciate what this facility has given Me and My Father. Angela's Care Home does great job and I strongly recommend Angela's for you family's needs.

Would not consider ever using them in the future.
