Once we connected, we were upfront about our budget, but she repeatedly steered us toward higher priced options and was not transparent about individual product costs. She encouraged us to apply for store credit through Wells Fargo, and I was approved for significantly more than the cost of the flooring we were considering (probably a red flag warning that they will attempt to take you for more than you want to spend). Later that week, she came to our home for a site assessment. While friendly during the visit, she remained vague about installation costs. As she left, she promised to email a detailed quote within a day or two. After a full week with no word, I had to follow up. She responded several hours later with an estimate. The product pricing stayed within what we discussed, but the labor portion was estimated, but listed as "variable," with no fixed amount or not-to-exceed" number. Additionally, she couldn't even guarantee the final cost or confirm they could complete the job. As a contractor myself (in IT), I'm accustomed to providing customers with clear, capped pricing and a promise we will complete the work before they commit, especially on installation work. Its not as if I was hiding anything from her. She had full access to the home for her assessment. If she lacked expertise to properly evaluate the job, they should have sent a more qualified person. This lack of clarity made it impossible to move forward with confidence. After sending the quote, she never followed up and I haven't spoken to her since. Overall, Francine came across as inattentive, inexperienced and unreliable. We ended up purchasing our flooring elsewhere, and based on this experience, I would recommend doing the same.

They are available to answer questions, but unlike other stores, I didn't feel like I had a sales person glued to me trying to sell me something (it was so refreshing!) Second, Jessie was fantastic communicating with us about the project from start to finish. Everything was delivered and installed on time. She was very responsive when we had questions. (We had initially agreed on arrival time of 1330-1400.) He starts repeatedly asking me what i was doing & where i was going (i had told him i had a couple things to do). Then he starts w/an assertive tone & says they were scheduled between 1 & 2 (which was inaccurate. It was 1330-1400). At first he said he had nothing going on-does he have time to get food. I said yeah , let me finish this 1 thing & Ill call u. then he changed & said he's not gonna wait around all afternoon, i'll see u at 1330. I said probably not, but Ill be there when I get there. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job. So i immediately called him back, told him i was cancelling the service, he acknowledged & i hung up. Then they start repeatedly texting/calling wanting to return, which I ignored. Even two days later, I got a voicemail claiming I stood them up, never called, and left their worker idle -- none of which is accurate. I cancelled immediately and communicated that cancellation directly. My time was wasted & it cost me extra money too.

The installation was cheap, poorly done, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. We had carpet installed in an elderly woman's home, and the seams in the living room are glaringly visible. When we brought it up, we were told it was "normal" and would "blend in over time." Nonsense. On top of that, there was a tack sticking up through the carpet that punctured our feet multiple times, causing them to bleed. When I called to address these issues, the front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of professional installers out there who will do quality work for the same price--and treat customers with respect. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I decided to have the restoration company that did the drying process do all the repairs, painting, and installation in order to keep things simple (rather than me hiring and coordinating multiple companies). Unfortunately the restoration company's subcontractor did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and that made me worry about whether there could be other bigger issues like with the leveling. I called Pro Flooring to get some information and see if they could give me a bid if we ended up having more problems resolving the issues. Vitaliy was very kind in spending a lot of time with me on the phone discussing my options, looking at some pictures, and arranging an appointment for his installer to take a look. As it turns out, once I was able to drive up to my rental unit and inspect it in person instead of via pictures on the phone, I felt that there was a good chance the issues were only cosmetic on the edges and transitions. I was able to discuss again with Vitaliy, and that helped me feel even more reassured, and in the end we did not need to have his installer take a look because I was feeling confident that those cosmetic issues could be fixed by the restoration company since they would not use the subcontractor this time. I do wish in retrospect that I had hired Pro Flooring to do this job, because I am sure we would not have had these issues. But Vitaliy sure helped me out by being very helpful and gracious with his time as I needed to figure out the best course of action. Thank you Vitaliy!

We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote…read more -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us

Kyle is incredibly…read morehelpful and patient, and while they don't have a huge stock like a big corporate owned store might, there is a wide variety of materials and we managed to find two wool carpets that are working very well for us, and we paid very fair prices. We were referred here by another local carpet and flooring store because we were needing some rugs asap and wanted a more affordable option. These are remnants, so you don't always find the exact size you need, but we've been very happy with the quality of the wool carpets we did find. We are using them as area rugs, not installed, so we got a few of them bound and one of them wasn't bound as "perfectly" as we'd have liked, with slight irregularities around the edge in some parts, but Kyle said he would absolutely have them redone to make sure they're perfect and we didn't take him up on the offer due to needing the carpets now and it's not a huge deal for us, but the second carpet we got bound came back perfectly bound. That was our only "issue" but we have still been back since and will continue to trust Kyle and his products. A great local family owned business worthy of our support.
