We've been here several times and have had a great experience every time. Kyle is incredibly helpful and patient, and while they don't have a huge stock like a big corporate owned store might, there is a wide variety of materials and we managed to find two wool carpets that are working very well for us, and we paid very fair prices. We were referred here by another local carpet and flooring store because we were needing some rugs asap and wanted a more affordable option. These are remnants, so you don't always find the exact size you need, but we've been very happy with the quality of the wool carpets we did find. We are using them as area rugs, not installed, so we got a few of them bound and one of them wasn't bound as "perfectly" as we'd have liked, with slight irregularities around the edge in some parts, but Kyle said he would absolutely have them redone to make sure they're perfect and we didn't take him up on the offer due to needing the carpets now and it's not a huge deal for us, but the second carpet we got bound came back perfectly bound. That was our only "issue" but we have still been back since and will continue to trust Kyle and his products. A great local family owned business worthy of our support. read more

Ironically, I have used these guys a couple of times before for carpet, they were small jobs and I didn't get an other bids. I was happy with their work. I am a retired contractor. I had them come over to give me a bid for plank vinyl flooring. The estimator didn't know if the flooring had to be removed, he didn't know a lot about plank flooring. He gave me a bid for 6100+ for a 250 square foot kitchen, He said he could give me a cheaper price if I used some stuff he had on hand, which was very low quality and not an option. I have an idea what flooring should cost and it wasn't anywhere near $6100. Subsequently, I went to the Floor Store in Santa Rosa, where I talked to an informed sales person and bought the flooring there--with installation it was less than $2000. I couldn't be happier with the service Kyle provided and the outstanding new floors that I now have. Kyle is professional and precise. He visited my home in Novato, brought samples, and took all the measurements. I had a hard time making my selections so I went up to his showroom and he let me lay out all his samples on the floor and stare at them for a fair amount of time. Haha. I went with Adura Max vinyl planks in the kitchen/dining area, Mannington sheet vinyl in the bathrooms, and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Jose one of the installers was here the first day and he is very skilled and fast laying the plank vinyl. He is precise and varied the lengths and has a good eye for mixing lights and darks. He also did a very precise job with the baseboards and quarter round. The process was quick and smooth and Kyle was able to work around my schedule with my painter. We found the carpet we wanted and were given an estimate that totally fit our budget. His father Eric came out to the house the next day and measured for the carpet. I have used Brandon Carpet Company three times since moving to Sonoma County. They made the whole process easy and pressure free. I did not know what I wanted and shopped around a lot before choosing them to install carpet, laminate, and vinyl in my home, and two of my rental units. They were very professional and courteous.
