Rosie is an excellent caregiver in my eyes! she has been with Luther and I for 4 years and I wouldn't trade her for anyone. I feel comfortable and safe having her in my home. Shes always takes care of Luther and our home without having to be told what to do. a lot of the times she gets things done before I even ask. Rosie, has been wonderful from day one. The first girl, Jennifer was fantastic. A true blessing. The second girl did absolutely nothing. Did not feed her. Did not change her. Did not clean her. Did not give her hlthe meds. Did not feed her. The fourth day we advised that she had to be at crucial Dr appt at 9 am. Worker was scheduled for 8am to prepare for Dr visit. She did not show up until 8:38. We were late for Dr appt. After the appointment we instructed her to please bath her when at home. She did not. Would not hire this company again, ever. Hugely unprofessional read more

The Best part is they have an on call service where if a caregiver is unavailable or cannot make it they will immediately send another caregiver that best suits your needs. This office Needs a LOT of help. You can tell they're all over the place and caregivers have no experience. You ask for a caregiver with hoyer lift experience and they send a small Filipino gal with no experience and can hardly operate the hoyer lift. Also Nora seems forgetful and very overwhelmed she needs HELP ASAP! This reason why I went with another Agency. Don't put up with them if you don't have to There are tons of agencies all around us choose one try them out! Nia will try to guarantee but we had enough after 3 months. Not worth our time and so much miscommunication, that's NOT what I need! read more

They deserve a negative 5 when it comes to caring for diabetic patients. If you have hired them to care for your loved ones, please take a closer look at the diary entries that the caregivers leave notes in. This agency can care less about your loved one's health, in fact they may be slowing killing them if you are not closely monitoring their activity. They are very neglectful, and not much better than your worse nursing home. Shame on them. I'm now in the process of looking elsewhere. They charge you for half caring. My mother has been taken care of by some of the most wonderful caregivers at Synergy for almost 3 years now. I cannot take care of my mother during day, I have to work, and having not to stress about if she is being taken care of is a big relief. I don't have to worry as I know she is in good hands.
