So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.
