Andres actively managed the project from start to finish, and his crew worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail. The rest of the team, Alexis and Jose, did a great job keeping us updated and keeping our property clean. I'm not sure who the guys were that did the counter build, I think it was someone and his two adult kids, but they did an incredible job and it seemed like they took the time to do quality work. The rest of the project ran into some difficulty with the electrical hookup and gas move, but Jose still got the work done on time and worked well with our countertop fabricator to coordinate what they needed and when to install Overall went really well and would recommend them for any sort of hardscape project.

Sam (co-owner) scheduled a visit to see my yard, and consult with me on options and suggestions on everything from what turf he suggested, to what direction to lay the turf to optimize the viewing angles, to taking questions from me on what kind of base and equipment he would use and the warranty on the work (5 years). Requested a spec sheet of the turfs to pick from and ran the one I liked through AI to see how good it was and it came back better graded than the ones offered by other installers I was talking to. 2. Quoting happened right afterwards and the price came in competitive so I signed. Scheduling of the work was swift and I was able to get on their docket within 1-2 weeks. 3. Day of - guys came on-time and got to work immediately. They demoed it all within a short 30-45 mins. Then waited for the turf to get delivered and spent a good hour treating the turf and preparing it to be laid down. Then the base materials came and crushed it as I had expected with a plate compactor. The team at Synthetic Lawn Solutions provided high quality craftsmanship, great customer service, competitive prices and top quality products. We had a great experience from start to finish! We recently completed an addition/remodel of our home and it was finally time to landscape our yards. Living in Southern Californian we decided that artificial turf would be the way to go with increasing water restrictions and growing water bills. I researched many local companies and had multiple companies out to provide us quotes. When getting quotes for our project I found Robby at Synthetic Lawn Solutions to be personable, honest, helpful and informative. I was very pleased when his bid was also better than the rest! When it came to the installation, his team was timely, knowledgeable, clean and completed everything as promised. Robbie's price was very economical, the quality was outstanding and he made the process pain free. He responded to our request for quote the next day, we had the quote that afternoon and the work was completed in a day, on the day he said he would do it. He is at the job site the entire time ensuring high quality work. The morning of the job, his truck broke down and we received a courtesy call to let us know he would be running a bit late. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I just had them do my front yard within a week ago. They did the turf, paving and rocks. If you are going to do turf, this is the company to use. I didn't know anything about synthetic grass and the sales rep took 2 hours to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The approach was consultative and I was given an estimate. I had two other companies come after and give me estimates which were much higher and they weren't really interested in spending time on educating me on their process. Great company! Robby and his team worked quickly to put down over 1000 sqft of turf in my backyard. He provided a free on-site estimate and samples of his entire product line. He completed the job within a few days, despite sporadic rain. They removed all the dirt, weeds, and mulch. After that, they installed gopher wire, decomposed granite, and weedblocker. They leveled the yard and removed an old sprinkler system as well. They helped me with financing and made the process very easy. Great company, competitive pricing, and fast results. read more

He not only left me with samples but his estimate was done using Google earth and he detailed the specifications for all the materials he was proposing. The workers were on time everyday and very respectful. They were delivery to complete the job as soon as possible working six days per week. Besides the machinery, there were so quiet I actually couldn't tell they were busy working. The job turned out so beautiful. I was so glad I hired the right contractor for the job.

Aaron was our sales contact, and he answered all my questions before I signed which made us feel good about using them and had some good suggestions. Their model of doing whatever we need and mixing with what other contractors we use is great; we for example purchased a quartzite slab for the kitchen and Rock N Block did the rest. The prices were very reasonable as well, and looking at the end product I think it was a great deal. The rest of the team, Alexis and Jose, did a great job keeping us updated and keeping our property clean. I'm not sure who the guys were that did the counter build, I think it was someone and his two adult kids, but they did an incredible job and it seemed like they took the time to do quality work. The rest of the project ran into some difficulty with the electrical hookup and gas move, but Jose still got the work done on time and worked well with our countertop fabricator to coordinate what they needed and when to install Overall went really well and would recommend them for any sort of hardscape project.

His personality and knowledge earned our trust, and combined with fair pricing, made our final decision to move forward with this company. Our project was originally expected to take about a week, but due to issues with choosing pavements and the paving company shipping the wrong materials, it ended up taking about a month. Even with the unexpected delay, Eric and Jesus (his dad) were fantastic throughout the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, explained any changes, and always made sure we were comfortable with the plan before moving forward. Their crew worked incredibly hard every single day. They treated our home with respect, paid attention to every detail, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Their pride in their work definitely shows in the finished product.
