New Year's Eve dinner here couldn't have been any better! This is most definitely the best Chinese food in the area. We were seated right away and greeted at the table with a cheerful waitress who asked us for our drink orders. The menus followed quickly and she kept the empty plates removed and water glasses filled throughout the meal. She brought take home containers without being asked and provided a plastic bag to place them in. As good as the service was, the food was even better! My husband had eaten here years ago and remembered the DuDu Pot, so he ordered it again. He said it was even better than he remembered! I ordered the Szechuan Shrimp and Scallops. Lots of tender seafood and colorful vegetables in a just right spicy sauce. My daughter had the Hunan Couple. Two different sauces, sweet chili and black bean. But the best thing was the Seafood Hot and Sour Soup for Two. It was loaded with seafood and was large enough for actually 4 people, we took half of it home. All the portions are generous. You won't leave here hungry! The restaurant itself is clean and decorated with typical Chinese art in typical Chinese colors of red and black. Tastefully done, not too kitschy. My first time here and now I want to come back to try other menu items and to get some more of that delicious soup! read more

Had dinner here recently and asked if there were vegetables in the Orange chicken entree and was told :oh yes, it has vegetables. Two tiny sprigs of broccoli do not constitute veggies. Restrooms are clean, and portions are generous ( Though when ordering out, I wish the extra small cube of white rice they used to include with meals would resume! Sesame chicken and sesame shrimp are awesome! Staff very attentive when I mentioned a severe allergy to peppers and took special precautions....This impressed me and my friends! This restaurant has always been one of my favorites for years. It's my favorite Chinese restaurant to sit down and eat at. The low lighting really makes it a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend the egg rolls and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons are the sweetest ones in the area and the sweat and sour sauce gives it an added touch. Other than that, I typically get the chicken and broccoli with white rice. The staff is always friendly and quick to ring you up for take out. Even though it is slightly over priced, it's still one of my favorite. read more

Found this place through Yelp! and absolutely loved it! It is an unassuming building, just a strip mall with an Ollie's next door but don't let that fool you. The food is amazing. Service was great also despite there being continual takeout orders going out which we took as another sign that people love this place. The menu is extensive and there are many dishes on there you will not find at your typical Chinese restaurant in Southwestern PA. Presentation was fantastic, the plates looked scrumptious. We recently did just that and were again treated to really good, fresh food. There are plenty of 'healthy' options, and I tried the steamed vegetables, with shrimp. We also got a scallop dish, sweet & sour chicken and sweet & sour soup. Presently it's take out only. I applaud any effort businesses make to not go beyond what they can accommodate, due to staffing. The appearance inside is very nice and well decorated. This was a farewell dinner for family member who is returning to her home in the south. I was very happy with my choice of the Amazing Chicken, while husband got his usual Orange Shrimp. Our guest doesn't order this type of food very often but she thoroughly liked the Hawaiian Chicken. The portions wore very generous and presented well. If asked for a suggestion for improvement it would be to have friendlier servers. Our server did the basics, but not with any smile or personality. Finally! My wife and I finally found a good Chinese restaurant in the Westmoreland area. The egg roll and hot and sour soup were both delicious and full of a variety of veggies and seasonings. The kung paid chicken was lightly breaded and came with a nice mix of veggies. Great taste. The pad Thai was surprisingly the best thing ordered. We got our food spicy and it actually came spicy. Don't be turned off by the location being in a plaza. It's a great environment inside, and even has cloth napkins. The food is freshly prepared and delicious, and the service was spot on. Oh my, I haven't been here for a long time because it is on the other side of the city. I was in the area today and ordered takeout. I certainly need to go on that side more frequently! The Egg Drop Soup was very tasty and better than I remembered. I got extra crispy noodles for my soup and the bags where so big I could have only gotten one. The Egg Roll was very tasty and larger than some I've had. Their BBQ Ribs are meaty and good, moist also. Amazing Chicken was AMAZING. It's like General Sao's Chicken but with all white meat. It will keep us eating for at least two more meals. I suggest this place if you like Chinese. You won't be sorry. read more

I've live in Greensburg my entire life and I've tried a lot of the Asian restaurants around here. Szechuan will always be my go to. Now I will suggest to eat in, delivery just isn't the same because you loose the fresh crispy that is what I love about some of their meals. Their crabmeat rangoons are amazing.
