Great customer service. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and descriptive of my issues. He gave a complete diagnostic. We were about to get rid of our vehicle, but he told us he could fix it. It's hard to find someone up here in the AV who is good with Mercedes after doing a lot of work on our vehicle for a great price. DO NOT COME HERE! Hugo is a "nice" guy but will scam you so beware. I came here to get my mercedes serviced and oil changed back in April 2024. However, he only replaced the cabin filter and charged me $170 for the parts and labor along with a break inspection which I DID NOT NEED because i told him what i needed already since i had gone to Mercedes first. I am now finding out HE NEVER GAVE ME A OIL CHANGE and he failed to service my car completely. read more

Hugo and Tania are absolutely awesome. We have been taking our cars to them for over 4 years and they have always done an amazing job. This last time I was having an issue with my headlights and taillights. I called their shop and they said I could come in same day. They took a few minutes to understand what issues I was talking about, said to hang out in the lobby and watch TV for a little while and within an hour they had me back on the road with new bulbs which I really appreciated. They are very reasonable with price and I think I always get a fair trade for parts and labor costs. I highly recommend T&H if you need a trustworthy shop to take care of your cars. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hugo, his shop, his employees, his service, etc. He has been the go to person for all of my family cars for a very long time now. There are so many good things that I could say but I mostly want to detail one visit. Our Chevy Malibu has the shakes in the steering column for years- years. We had tried everything possible to fix this including taking it to the dealer and other places. We didn't go here first because we didn't use it much and at first it was a minor problem. But then, we needed to take this particular vehicle out of state and there was NO WAY we felt comfortable doing that, NO WAY. We wouldn't even take this baby on the freeway let alone into numerous states. First time we take it to Hugo, after we have taken it many places, not only does he know almost immediately what is wrong but it completely stops shaking. Don't get me wrong, it was a $$$ fix but numerous other places would tell us it was other things and it would be better for a time but not for long. Now it's like this car is brand new. This is just one great experience we have had. And I would say don't even bother taking your cars elsewhere because he's worth every penny if you want it done right the first time. My car broke down on the side of the freeway in Anaheim. On my way home from Disneyland and I had to tow it 80 miles to Lancaster. Hugo allowed me to park the vehicle at his shop on Thursday even though my appointment was not until Friday, Hugo was able to discover that one of my spark plugs had been destroyed while driving and he was able to resolve the issue he communicated I was able to take care of me. I 10/10 recommend Hugo, thank you my friend for everything. read more

Took my car here, referred by a friend and a not so great experience, my jag had an issue of something draining my battery, when i 1st spoke to Hugo he said since i was a 1st time customer he would charge me half the diagnostic charge which is 129.99, i agreed, after checking my vehicle, he called me and told me the alternator was weak and to fix it he wanted 1300.00, i called my cousin a mechanic in nevada, we called him 3 way so he could explain to both of us what the issue was, he then refused to work on our jag saying he was offended i was asking questions, i just wanted to understand the specifics, he then told me i owed him the full diagnostic charge and to come pick up the car, needless to say i was very disappointed, i found another mechanic in the sf valley who is doing the same job with the same part for 750.00, i think hes a good guy but with expensive intentions, thats my opinion... read more

I can't express fully how grateful I am for coming to this repair shop first vs any other in the AV. I purchased a used vehicle with a extended warranty off the lot. After about 3 months the motor went completely out. I maintained the vehicle so I wasn't worried about getting it repaired. To make a long story short the dealer did not want to fix his wrong ( even though the engine malfunctioning was their mechanics error) and of course the company who issued the vehicles extended warranty did not initially want to fix the issue. Hugo with T and H auto did right by me and assured me that he would take care of it. He explained to the insurer that the malfunction of the engine was no fault of mine. If you want a amazing tech that makes sure you as a customer and your car is taking care properly I assure you that will happen here. read more

My gf came too this place i had no idea she did and when she showed my the bill im amazed at all the basic stuff they did for her car and they over charged and finessed her terribly. T and h should be ashamed of this not only did the idiots that work there apparently not know how too work on cars the brakes went out in 2 months of replacement. You didn't recalibrate the breaks you idiot thats why they went out so fast... If you're reading this and they change your breaks be ready too come back because they don't recalibrate them . They also replaced the spark plugs and were stupid enough too not do it correctly and when she was driving it the car was having misfires in the 3 cylinder. You put her at risk too get into a accident for for being incompetent enough too not be able too change spark plugs. The amount of parts they put in cost about $200 and this was a simple tuneup that cost $1,500!!!!? It was a $350 job max! Women please stay away unless you want too be robbed for all your cash. if i could give hugo 0 stars i would. the man takes no accountability for himself or his shop. took my truck there to get a new transmission and my truck sat there for a month and they left it on the entire time. naturally that drained the battery, once i was fed up with waiting for a part he supposedly had before i paid 2800 up front to get the work done. i glady asked for him to return my money and take my business elsewhere. he replaced my battery that he killed from aaa with a weaker walmart battery as i told him my viper alarm shows me my battery draining everyday and now he refuses to replace my battery with at least one with the 800 cca i had vs this 600 cca everstart. do not go here if you care about your vehicle at all i guarantee you will be ripped off read more
