I took my 1998 Honda Civic LX in his shop last Friday and it took almost a week to get it back and the whole repair costed 1,180 dollars because my engine was messed up. I've been driving it for the past two days and it's been great feels like a brand new car. I think he helped me the best way he can and will definitely be coming back and recommend coming here for car repairs! I give it only 4 instead of 5 because when he called me that my car was ready for pick up he told me kinda last minute about I'm gonna have to spend another 98 bucks on top of my 1,180 which I get why he had to fix more in my car but still super short notice! My check engine light came on my Ford Expedition. After reviewing other shops, I took my truck to a shop close to my house but after leaving there... decided that Nene Auto Repair was the best choice for me. I took my truck in and had the tech look up the code my engine was putting out. The code was 174 or something so he reset the light and told me to drive around since my car is not acting different or abdormal and if it comes back on to make an appointment to come back in so that he could get to the bottom of it. Well its 3 weeks later and the check engine light never came back on. As a female it is very important for me to find a person to work on my truck that I can trust. He could have easily told me something different and took my money, but he didn't. He was very honest and pleasant to talk to and I appreciate that. If I ever have any issues again I will be coming back to him. Thank you a lot! You saved me money.
