I took my car to this shop to see if I can get it looked at because of all the good reviews I saw. But left very dissatisfied with the customer service received. As soon as I told this man what I thought the problem with my car was he proceeded to tell me the only way was to replace the engine or that I was better off selling my car. When if he couldn't do the job all he simply had to say is I can't but you can try another shop. Would never again try to get service from this shop or recommend to anyone. read more

So many great things to say about this place and the owner. My tire rod broke in half so I couldn't move my car at all. Might I add I was really far away from home too. We found him on yelp. Called him , he was so friendly and welcoming so we towed there. He immediately ordered the part and had the car ready in a few hours. Even volunteered to take it for alignment so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth because he knew we weren't from the area. The cost was reasonable, definitely a plus. Ramon personally is one of the honest, respectful, and trustworthy mechanic I've ever had service my vehicles. We have a large group of friends that we recommend him too. His shop might not be super clean, but the service he provides is top of the line! You can conveniently drop off your vehicle and he is very efficient on calling you and letting you know what's the problem, how he can fix it, and what it would cost. We appreciate all that he does for his clients. I once dropped off my truck, I needed a ride back home, he offered a ride, I was shocked that someone would be so kind out here. I took my car to Ramon's for an estimate. By the time I got back to my business he was on the phone with a price. It was reasonable and quick. He also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Being an Honest repair shop means more to me than price. Even though price does make me even happier. A couple of hours later the car was done. They showed me the worn parts and we discussed other cars I had and what was wrong with them. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about.
