I had a slow leak in one of my tires on the way to work this morning so I called Belle Tire to see if I could bring it in and get it repaired. The representative said he recommended I make an appointment rather than coming in at 9. So he took my information and made an appointment for 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15, they told me he wrote down my information but that I did not have an appointment and that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Luckily, I called RNR Tire and told them what had happened, and they got me in immediately. read more

Last week I brought my car into Belle tire to figure out what the weird noise was in the front left wheel area. They did an inspection and wanted to charge me $932 for the hub and bearing for the front left wheel and the two back breaks. I thought the hub and bearing was weird because it did not sound like that at all. I called my dad who used to work/own a body shop from 1985-2016 to help me get the parts and fix it. We got the parts for about $160 and come to find out nothing was wrong with the car, only three lug nuts were loose and that was the sound... This Belle tire is not an honest business. All though they fixed the problem with my Lincoln...The only problem I have with Belle is that they might slip some things in there that you don't know about....like tire extended warranty. They are a little slippery...Just watch what you are being charged for. I am sure the commission on warranty sales is high. I live too far away to use the extended warranty. It sounds good when you figured out you got it, but it is hard to get service when you have a problem. I usually have to go elsewhere when I have a flat. It's not worth waiting and scheduling just to get what you already paid for. We should be at the front of the line because we paid extra. read more

Before we begin Srry for the long review. Mom had a flat so needed a patch brought tire in off the van...So far been here since 1040am its 1240pm so far. Ther where people ahead of me so first come first serve... not really i ask the sales guy(Joseph) for an eta. He gave me a semi-professional but sarcastic or arrogant spew but still respectful. -He said there are other people ahead, & we are the best at what we do & thats why other shops are empty & charge more for the same services, if you need to go & take it with you i understand. - I responded all I asked was for an eta. Mom has appointments she has to get to, but we will figure it out & make it work. - He responds it will be another 30-45min... 5 min later come and tells me we are not supposed to do this bit I have a mechanic thats also a tire tech that can get it patch asap for $10-15 dollars or so you can cash app or zell him. - I told him Mom had figured things out & I can wait for the regular price patch... (tire patch is free) This was at 1150am... If you have 1-2+hrs to spare you can get it done here, one of few shops that sill does patches free walmart$15, tirebarn $37 so free but at the cost of time... Still waiting in lobby as im writing this. Besides that they are good sales personnel upselling when possible & trying to get the most out of their costumers while giving them great service. read more

I took my car here for tires. Dropped it off around 10 a.m. and was told someone would call me when it was done. 4p.m. comes around and no phone call. So I call them and was told to come close to 5 to pick it up. I arrived e at 4:50 p.m. they gentlemen helping me asks if any one has talked to me about my car? I told him no. He proceeds to tell me they couldn't align my car because it has bad tie rod ends and a bad shock. He then gives me a bill for over $1000.00 . Then he highlights tie rod ends and tells me this is what you need to be safe and says this will be $855.00. So I decline his service and take my car to my mechanic and drop it off and tell him I need tie rods. He quoted me $400.00 for inner and outter tie rods. He says I will ha e it done tommorow. The next day my mechanic calls me and says who told you you needed tie rods? I told him belle tire anderson. He told me there is nothing wrong with my tie rods. My mechanic also put new shocks and struts on my vehicle the year prior and said the shocks and struts are in good shape. He did not charge me anything because he is a honest person and realized that belle tire lief to me to make a profit. I then took my car to hadsells tire in anderson and got the car aligned no mention of need any parts to do the alignment. Belle tire lied to me to get more money from me than just the tires! Who knows if they would have done the work and just told me they put new parts on and did nothing. I was not going to leave a review then I thought how many other people have they scared like this! This was the second vehicle and set of tires I purchased from belle tire and it will be the last! These people are not honest and take advantage of honest trusting people. I would not recommend anyone to patronize belle tire and if you do and they tell you that you need additional work I would run and get a second opinion. I wish I would have read there reviews before going here because I would not have went to belle tire. There are plenty of tire shops that I'm sure are more honest than belle tire. Went to get brakes changed. Was told struts and shocks needed changed. Fine asked for that to be done. Waited for an hour or two and asked when it would be done. Long story short after 7 hours of waiting they were never done. They never got the right part ordered to be able to complete the job. read more

I dropped my truck off for an alignment they called me later saying it needed a wheel bearing replaced before they could do alignment so I gave the green light I go to pick it up later that night and they had done nothing the employee was apologetic accepted fault so I took it back for the wheel bearing and alignment they did it or did they I can see they changed the wheel bearing they busted the boot on my lower ball joint that was brand new and sheered off two wheel studs and the alignment was not right so I went back because alignments supposed to be good for 12 months they come out saying I need new upper control arm bushings , pitman arm, idler arm and bracket I said you guys just did my alignment two weeks ago so how is this all bad he says I don't know so my question is did they do my alignment at all or just take my money read more

Bought a set of Goodyear Wrangle SR-A tires Oct. 28,2019. I have about 4,000 miles on them. Got three object in one tire and took it to Belle to repair or replace. I had to wait about 2 hours until they said they couldn't repair them and could not get one but it would have been at my expense if they could. Seems they put $95 on my tire price that was for lifetime balance, rotation and flat repairs. That wasn't told to me. Their road hazard was not in effect according to them. I do my own rotation and the road hazard should have taken care of the flats and replacement. I could have paid for the road hazard if they had told me they were charging $95 for the other I would not have opted for the former but put the money on the road hazard. Went to get tires on my vehicle. I had made an appt and was told it would take 45-1hr. I know everyone is short staffed so I expected it might take a bit longer. My husband took my vehicle in for me, let me say the service staff was great, so friendly. But the technician was poor at communicating and my husband was there for 4 hrs. It was absolutely insane. Never has new tires taken so long. They also did a few things that we didn't even approve of. Although the service ppl were great we will have to take our business elsewhere in the future. We dropped our 4Runner off after closing one evening for a flat repair/replacement and an alignment check. During the course of the inspection they determined the tie rods were too rusted to allow the alignment to be adjusted. A replacement of the front inner and outer tie rods was recommended and agreed to. Unfortunately the continuing CLUSTER that is COVID struck again and the wrong tie rod was sent. Shipping delays lead to our vehicle being in for repairs for multiple days longer than originally planned. This was by no means the fault of the guys at Belle as they were fantastic in keeping us apprised of where things stood on their getting the parts and when we could expect to have our vehicle back. They went above and beyond to turn an otherwise frustrating situation into a positive with their consideration and kindness. I would not hesitate to take either of our vehicles back to this location for a simple or complex repair or anything in between. Avoid this place at all cost!!! Once they had my money everything went down hill in a hurry. Extremely long wait time to get four new tires installed, technicians didn't bother cleaning up my new tires (had grease all over them), tire pressure was low in all four tires and tire sensors were all going off. With this being such a new establishment in Anderson I expected more. I'm very disappointed and I hope no one else gets this treatment. On 12/8, I ordered a set of tires for install on 12/14. My estimate online was right about $400. I was ok with that charge. On the morning of 12/14, I made arrangements to get my car dropped off before work and picked up after. At 8am I got a call from the sales associate saying that the tires I ordered were not delivered. He told me that they had an upgraded set of tires that they could put on, if I was willing to come up in price and they would come down a little. Since I had already made the arrangement and I needed tires, I obliged. However, the more I thought about it, the more it upset me that instead of paying $400 for tires, I was now paying more than $600. In my opinion, this was not the right way to handle the situation. It was not my fault that the Michigan store did not send my tires in enough time for install. To me, this seems like a scam to get people to pay a higher amount for tires. I will not be returning to Belle Tire, and I will be telling everyone I know this story as well. read more

Took my truck in on a Saturday morning at 8 am to be checked over. They cited some issues and said they would order the parts. The prices were inflated anyways, but went ahead to have them perform the work. Would have the parts before noon on Monday to complete it, I WAS TOLD. Okay fine. I called Monday early afternoon to ask about a low tire pressure light that was not addressed in Saturday's conversation with me. That same guy said he would ask his mechanic when he comes in later and call me back. Never got a phone call back. I call back at 5:30, to find out that that the mechanic who was going to work on it were not even scheduled to come in that day! And my truck had not even been worked on! I went to get my keys and they tried to charge me a two-hour diag fee. After complaining about this, they finally took that charge off but I paid for their overpriced oil change. My right rear tire wouldn't keep air long. I took it in at 7:15pm & Mike took care of me. I had 2 puncture holes right at the point where had it been further to the edge, the tire would not have been able to be fixed. They fixed it & got me back on the road. Last week I blew a tire on the interstate because of a small leak in one of my front tires. I called ahead to make sure my tire was still under warranty and the guy on the phone said that they could fix it but it would take a couple of hours. I took it up there around 9 am and they called me back around 4 pm that my tire was done and ready for me to pick up. That was no big deal but both times that I went in that day the staff was rude and quick to get me in and out with helping me the least amount possible, except for the amount of time it took them to fix my tire that had only lost the seal due to a bead leak. When they finally called me up to the register the guy handed me a receipt and told me to pull around so he could put it in my trunk. When I asked why he wouldn't just take the 5 minutes to change the it from my donut to the regular tire he said that it would be a 4 hour wait (at 5 something pm) and told me he could schedule an appointment for the next morning to which I responded that I had to work and that it wouldn't work for me. I told him I would just go elsewhere and started to leave. They then insisted to put my tire back on and I was on my way. They didn't balance my tire and left with a terrible shaking that I didn't have before. I thought my tire was going to fall right off my car on my way home. I also had them do my tires and alignment about a year and a half ago and the guy that told me I needed my alignment fixed offered to do it for $40 cash instead of the 80something dollars he quoted me through Belle. I thought it was super sketchy and it made me uncomfortable but he said the manager was cool with it so I let him. Once he finished that my alignment was worse than before and my steering wheel was completely crooked and was not like that before. It took them over a week to finally fix it and it's still not like before. I don't know about the rest but this location is the absolute worst and no amount of 20% off coupons will ever make me want to come back. read more
