This happened to be Baker City. The Les Schwab was on the main street. When we pulled in we were immediately greeted my a young man. I apologize for not getting his name. He checked the tires and directed us to the back bay. The manager in charge, Phil, wrote up the ticket and let us know it would be about 1 hour. The technician found we had a large nail in the tire! No wonder it didn't hold air. They got it fixed quickly and Phil let us know it was ready. But, he would not let us pay! I just about cried right there. In times like there where everything seems so selfish and dark, I was floored by this kindness. Phil and his team should be recognized by the company and it's owners for this generous help.
