When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit. They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait. 15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time. Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word. They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person. I'll definitely be back.

They will tell you things that need to be fixed that are not true, you may even come out with a problem that you did not have before, but now suddenly have, my guess is that they're on commission, and makes things up. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else do not give this dealership the opportunity to screw anyone else over. And if you put a complaint into corporate, it's never addressed. It is up to the dealership to contact you about your issue, and they just never ever call. They simply do not care.

After calling several shops, I finally found the Hi-Test garage and spoke with Oz who was able to fit me in on the same day! What a relief. He even accommodated me when I was 15 minutes late due to my class running overtime. Oz was AWESOME and performed a quick yet totally thorough inspection in less than an hour. He even gave me some very useful car tips and fixed the light in my car graciously. I was very impressed by his knowledge and honesty. For someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about cars, all of this information and advice that was given to me was greatly appreciated. As they welded it together they used to much heat which damaged the honeycomb inside and pieces broke off inside which caused got clogging and could have caused a fire being the gas couldn't come out the muffler. I was obviously taken advantage of being i am a woman and that was completely WRONG. I am a single mother of two children and our safety comes first and obviously they were only thinking about the money and not our safety. I also brought my car to two different mechanics that said the same thing. Thankfully they refunded me back the money yesterday 2/3/22 to be able to pay for my car to get fixed somewhere else.

It needed some work though to bring it to the next level with regards to maintenance. I stopped in and met Mike and his wife. They gave me a tour of the facility where I saw other high end classics that they were working on. I developed a real comfort level with Mike and decided to give him the job to help me finish the car. What a great decision! From the onset, Mike was nothing but honest and reputable. He told me from the beginning that if I wanted this car in a month, he was not the right man for the job. I told him to take all the time he needed, just do it right. Well after 4 months I received a call from Mike. The Stang was completed and ready to go home!!! When I got my bill for services I was surprised to no end! Not being from the area based in prior reviews I drove to the shop arriving before 9:00 AM and I believe that the gentleman already in the shop name was Fez - he was very helpful and ideally I agreed to purchase two used rims with tires doing cash and carry. After getting them back to my car unfortunately the rim star pattern was to large - I took the wheels back initially seeking a refund to locate rims at another location - working with after placing the calipers on the holes it was agreed the tires wouldn't work - I didn't need four rims but they happened to have four rims for my make and model and with trade if my remaining good rims and cash we agreed to a price and the rims are in my car. Being six hours from home finding a shop like NGR and the service approach to meet me at a comfortable place to purchase four versus two rims was very refreshing. If I lived here without question I would return to this shop and attempt to give them more business. Plus they list opening at 9AM - they're open easily 30 minutes before. Thank you!
