I purchased an mvp3 several years ago. The plow was good, the electrical install for the controller was botched with a way too cheap fuse jammer, ruined my fuse box because they used the ECM fuse so now it's connection was messed. One side of the plow has ways been tough to get hooked in from day one. It's my first plow so I just thought it's normal. Bent bolt (prove they installed it like that!) I got a new truck several years later. I purchased everything truck side from them aaaallll over again (different make truck) and remembering how they botched the simple fuse installation in my other truck, I went out of my way to purchase the proper fuse extender, found a non critical switched power fuse and installed it. I informed them that is where I wanted the remote power to be installed. Do you think that's where it was ACTUALLY installed? Nope! They didn't listen to the customer and did their own thing anyway and spliced into the harness I DID NOT want them to splice into! I was pissed but let it go because how it was installed was a little more professional than last round. Are you ready for the straw that broke the camels back? A month ago I made an appointment to come in and get the plow adjusted and the bent bolt replaced. After letting them know that I can't just drop it off in the morning and pick it up whenever. I work for a living and need to wait for my truck. I don't have a second vehicle, I don't have a ride and I there's no way in hell I'm missing a day at work for something like this! They told me that I had an appointment for 2. Well I took the time off work, drove all the way down there, checked in then proceed to wait in my truck. 10 minutes later their counter guy came out to let me know it would be a good 45 min to an hour before they can get to my plow. I said that was fine, I kind of expected it. AN HOUR AND A HALF later I walked in to see where things were at. That's when I was told that they would not be getting to my truck today and then had the balls to offer me to come back MONDAY!! I was sooo pissed off!!! I missed work, wasted my gas and MY TIME just to be told to f*ck off?!?! I was so dumbfounded at the lack of time management. I said I was going to purchase the $11 bolt and leave. Really that should have been free just for my horrible experience and extreme inconvenience. Never again will I go to them for ANYTHING. I should have left without getting the bolt and just started a new relationship with another western plow dealer that wants my continued business. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible 3 out of 3 visits. Never again. If they want to attempt to make it right, I'll listen but definitely won't make any promises. (you know how to get ahold of me) read more

My experience wasn't good at T&T. I spent 30k on a brand new truck and had a plow put on it at T&T. (I've had plows before, but on older used vehicles so I knew what to expect) So I SPECIFICALLY told them I did NOT want holes drilled into the dash. The salesman thought he was funny I guess by saying we will just put one hole in the windshield and one in the roof. (yeah haha) So they installed the incorrect (cheaper) controller and drilled 2 holes into the dash to mount a toggle switch and that would switch the lights over. (all I got for a response on that was a "sorry") I made them install the correct controller that was promised as the original agreement and turns out that new (and correct) controller doesn't even need that toggle switch to switch the lights! So they tried giving me a cheaper controller and drilled holes into my dash for what turns out to be FOR NO REASON (on my brand new truck which has about only 1000 miles on it) even after I SPECIFICALLY said NOT TO drill holes into my dash. Not a very professional place of business in my opinion and they obviously don't care that you work hard for your money and want to keep your vehicle as nice as possible. Horrible experience go else where for Honest service. First off started with a quote from Danny (10/26) which was fine they are a little more expensive then the competitors but they said they could get me in faster? Danny said if your able to leave your truck for a few days they can pick at it and you can get your truck done faster. I figured sure I can leave it for a few days I can borrow a vehicle to get back and forth. I called Danny back and set up the appointment to drop my truck off, we agreed on a date to drop it off and I said thank you ill see you then. The following day Danny called me back to set up a day to drop my truck off??? I explained to him we just set this up yesterday and he said "your right I'm sorry I have too much on my desk." The day came to drop my truck off (11/30), I had my coworker follow me and I went in and talked to the gentleman at the counter to drop my truck off. The guy at the counter said he had no paper work on my truck so he took a new sales slip and took down my information. I told him Danny has my information and he said to drop it off today and the guys would pick at it and get it turned around in a few days. The gentleman at the counter said "There is a lot of trucks in front of you we will see what we can do." I asked him if there was any issues to give me a call. No call so I'm assuming all is good my truck is being worked on? I call the following day (12/1) and ask to speak with Danny to make sure all is good with the paper work. Danny gets on the phone and said no issues my paper work was on his desk. I assumed my truck was being worked on seeing there was no issues? (12/3) I call back and ask to speak with Danny. The person on the phone said Danny is in a meeting to call back. I call back later in the afternoon and ask to speak with Danny and the person on the phone said Danny is out of the office you can call back tomorrow. (12/4) I go to the office to see if I can speak to Danny and the gentleman at the counter said Danny is not in. I asked if they could let me know where my truck stood with the plow installation. The gentleman went into the private office attached to the service desk and came back out to tell me there is still 15-18 trucks in front of you. I said wait you have not touched my truck yet? He said it wont be until Monday or Tuesday before we can get to your truck. I said if that's the case can I take for the weekend and I will have it back Monday morning before you open so you can work on it. The gentleman replied " if you take it you lose your place. I said I will have it back before you open. He again replied you will lose your place. So I leave my truck there and hope Monday they will get to my truck. (12/7) Monday I did not call them I figured I will give them the benefit it is being worked on. (12/8) I waited patiently throughout the day for a call saying my truck is complete and to come pick it up. Nothing so I call at 3:00pm and ask to speak with Danny. The person on the phone says Danny is after parts to call back in an hour. 4:00pm I call back and they say Danny has already left for the day and I could try back tomorrow. I asked if he could help me and let me know the status of my truck. He replied he is just the counter person and I would need to talk to Danny. (12/9) Called at noon time and talked to Danny. He said there is a few trucks in front of mine and my truck would be next. I said great does that mean it will be another day to complete? Danny said best bet would be to call back later in the day when the dust settles and ask to speak with Tammy. He said she is the one that gets the vehicles scheduled in and out. I call back at 3:58pm and ask to speak with Tammy. The gentleman on the phone said it looks like Tammy has left for the day the lights are off in her office she will be back tomorrow at 7:30. I told him thank you I will call back tomorrow. (12/10) I call at 8:30am and ask to speak with Tammy. The gentleman asked who is calling and put me on hold. After a short time he got back on the phone and said Tammy is on the other line and my truck is in the garage now. I replied to him with a thank you and asked if my truck is just sitting in the garage or actually being worked on. The gentleman replied being worked on. I said great does this mean it will be ready today or tomorrow. He said I would need to talk to Tammy? Again I feel like I'm getting the run around but I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope he is correct. I call back at 11:30 to check on my truck. Surprisingly Tammy answered the phone and put me on hold while she checked on my truck. Tammy gets back on the phone and says my truck might get in on Monday(12/14) I said Monday??? and she replied there is a lot of trucks and no one has cancelled their appointments so Monday we should be able to get you in. I said what about my appointment my truck has been here for 11 days? I'm out of room to continue this horror story, after 15 days I left with no service?????? read more
