Do not waste your money here. I went inside and got put to a male nail tech and showed him the picture I wanted. purple with chrome effect. First he told me couldn't do my oval shape? I was so confused and he tried to convince me to get another shape... he gave up and did the shape I wanted. Charged me an extra $5 for no reason. After it was time to get chrome on he refused and said it was too late. He refused to talk me after. I don't know what I did but this nail salon is terrible. read more

The staff is very rude, and their work is messy,they barely provide the service they are supposed to. Additionally, they were disrespectful to an elderly man who wanted a pedicure. I got a gel manicure and the tech was moving so fast she was literally dumping alcohol into the polish.. which completely ruins it, by the way. My nails ended up bubbly, uneven, and a total mess. It was so bad that my 10-year-old daughter asked me why it looked like there were rocks under my manicure that's how poorly done it was. When I asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes at me like I was the problem. And when one nail was already cracking on the side, she actually told me, "leave first and come back if it starts cracking." WHY WOULD I LEAVE AND COME BACK WHEN IT'S ALREADY CRACKING? The worst mani and pedi,I have ever received. The nail techs were in such a rush to get me out. My nails are clumpy and hasn't even been a full 24hrs and already the polish is destroyed. I asked the lady for acrylic stiletto and she said okay she can do it. When filing my nails I noticed all my nails were different sizes and I asked her if she can file them the same sizes. She got mad and crab the nail clippers and I said no can you file. She gets the manager or someone who can understand and I asked her can she file not cut and she said okay and the dumb lady cuts my nails!!! I said no that's not what I wanted she said fine someone else do for you. Then I get the guy who asked me 3x what shape and I told her him, and he had to even draw it out and I said yes that shape. Then he start reshaping and fixing the nails mind you that were already cut, so now all the nails are uneven. And he's like I'll fix them don't worry. Started laying the acrylic on my nails mind you two of them and said okay it'll be 73$ I said first off, the lady that was doing my original nails told me 53$ he said no she prolly said $63 I don't believe it and I'm like excuse me that's what she said and told me and he said no I'm not doing your nails for $53 and I said you should ask the girl because that's what she said. I said matter a fact I don't want you to continue because your guys customer service is all over the place. I asked him to remove the 2 acrylics nails. And he got mad he had to do that. I was sitting for 10 minutes with my hands and acetone and I asked him if he can come and remove the two acrylics and he came by with a paper towel to try to remove the acrylic off of my nail and I said you need to file it off with your nail filer or the machine and he said oh no, just put it back in. Avoid this place If you can. Stopped by because I need a pedicure and it was close by. My pedicure from start finished took 20 mins that's included the painting of my nails. I literally had my feet in water with nothing in it and my cuticles were cut without any cuticles lotion on them. The cuticle were barley touched. Needless to say it was one of the worst pedicures i have ever received. The tools the use are not sanitary either. They also wanted to charge me for flip flops because I was were sneakers. They rushed the entire service, doing my hands and feet at the same time, somehow the same color for both and they turned out different shades completely. The quality of customer service was not that great, I tried to strike up a conversation with the nail tech (Danny) and Lam but they didn't really engage with me. Lam left the tour separater in between my toes and left it and put my sandals on without any thought. Went to get my acrylics off and get a gel manicure. The male worker started off with my pinky and used all his strength to rip my nail and caused severe nail damage. Full sets run me for about $55 for crooked nails and un even color. They don't use the blue powder for pedis. I was in and out in 30 (for gel!), but it was the most unrelaxing and stressful experience. Plus, it wasn't sanitary. The tools weren't clean and the gel lamps and polished smelled weird. I've been to a lot of nail salons and this was one of the worst. The male tech was unfriendly and rude. I ended up asking for a file to fix my own shape. The polish doesn't go all the way to the side/edges. All the techs speak very loudly to each other from across the room in another language - it feels chaotic and frenetic and they don't seem to care. I certainly have mixed feelings about this place. I guess it really depends which employee does your nails. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who did my nails but she's the one who speaks English really well compared to the others. I would highly recommend her because she knows what she's doing! I have had other employees work on my gel nails and they don't even last a week. However, when this one particular employee works on my gel nails they last more than 2 weeks. I also feel really comfortable with her because she makes an effort to get to know me. This place is usually busy and can require a wait and if that's the case I'd say it's not worth it. The service is lacking. On a few occasions I've gone when they weren't so busy and the nail salon literally turns into a break room. The employees will lounge around on the spa chairs eating snacks and talk up a storm in their native tongue. Personally, this annoyed me and gave me a headache.
