It cost me a doctors visit, and missing work for a day. Maybe they didn't sanitize their tools. I'm not really sure why this happened. But it's cost me a time and money to try and fix this issue. I came here to get my nails done for a wedding ceremony and man was I disappointed! I came for a manicure and pedicure done by two women. I felt super rushed and Ben though they said it was okay and not only that but they didn't do the best job! My nails didn't even last two days! They could've done a better job on the toes and could've had better hospitality but I guess my standards were a little higher Han they should have been. If you want an okay and highly priced manicure and pedicure this is the place for you! Paid around $50 for a full mani/pedi and eyebrow wax the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 2 is because the wax on my eyebrows was amazing! Recommend for wax! was supposed to be my wedding set. didn't want anything crazy so i figured i could go here. didn't read the reviews but should've. spent 4 hours in the salon to walk out miserable with my nails looking like this. was exhausted after asking for corrections for hours. was there til they closed and looked so much worse in natural lighting. a nail cracked less than an hour after i left. went back first thing next day to be told they couldnt fix it for me or remove it because there's only one person in the whole salon who does finger nails/ acrylic and she wouldn't be there til mid day. most of the workers just sit there and watch tv and apparently don't even know how to do nails. when i came back later like they told me to, i saw the same girl who said she "couldn't do acrylic sets", doing an acrylic set. the lady who worked on my nails did a decent pedicure but couldn't do finger nails, acrylic, or nail art to save her life. with my wedding being a few days away it was an inconvenience i don't think i should've had to deal with especially for almost $100 and over 4 hours of my time. go to Top Nails a few minutes away they got my nails straight after this nightmare read more

If I could 0 stars I would I went back because I got gel nail polish and on the 2nd day the paint was chipping I went back to get it fixed and Wendy was bothered because she had to fix it she was trying to fix it by adding more nail polish making it look bulky and ugly when I told her I didn't like it she started removing the gel polish and scrubbing my feet hard with the brush and even hurt me I told her she hurt me and she didn't say anything or stopped she continued. Let her remove all the nail polish and told her to leave it like that I don't want them redone if she's going to be doing it all mad with attitude. The Lady almost cut my finger! I told her to stop and she keeps on getting my hand saying "i will check" My pinky is bleeding and if i didnt ask for a band aid she will not even give it to me. Went in yesterday for a pedicure, it took the lady doing my nails about 15 minutes to do them. As you can see from the photos below they look like they were done in 15 minutes. $30 for a pedicure... I received nothing but a file and polish. No scrub, no cuticle care, no shaping 30 for what service??! I sat in the chair for 2 hours to let my toes dry while the people I was with were getting their nails done. You would think they would've dried by then if they were done properly... i took a shower 8 hours later and the polish came right off. I called the store today explaining everything. And she proceeded to tell me that's what happens when I don't wait for them to dry before putting my shoes on. 2 hours! They were drying. I asked for a refund since I live 2 hours away and they denied me. This is not worth $30! read more

I love it here! Great place!! I come from LA, but i attend a nearby college here in the valley, I needed to find a good place to get my nails done over here. My friend has been coming here for many years and she recommended it to me. I LOVE IT. I to get a Gel mani and a Spa pedi. When I arrived, I was greeted with a huge smile I didn't make an appointment prior to coming and didn't have to wait long to get attended(5min at most). While i was waiting, they had me choose my color. There isn't much variety on the normal polish colors, so i just went with a light pink. They have a HUGE variety of Gel colors, anywhere from pastel pink, to neon green, to sparkly gold, to the blackest black. All their colors were overwhelming, I wanted to choose them all! After i chose my color they sat me down, and attended me right away. Awesome service. As soon as you step in, its very clean and fresh. I believe they recently remodeled so everything is as new as it looks. I prefer to have Kelly or Jenny do my nails because i know that they both do a wonderful job. VERY clean and gentle manicure. Kelly does a phenomenal french manicure, the best I've ever had. The pricing is a bit higher than I'm used to but it is definitely worth it. Parking is not a big deal. I usually go after work, which is around 5:30pm and the small parking lot is almost empty. The one time I did see it full was when they were doing construction on the building next door. Even then, I just parked along the street not that far away. Overall a VERY wonderful and convenient place to go if you're ever looking for a mani/ pedi while in the valley. read more

I wanted to try this place out because my mother goes here and she likes it. It's just down the street from me so I decided to try it out. The people who work there are really nice. You get a choice of the spa chair or just the plain ordinary chair. I hardly sit in the spa chair so I opted for the regular chair. The nail polish selection is not that big. There's plenty of pinks/reds to choose from but hardly any other colors like blue or green. I got a mani + pedi and it was just okay. I feel like I could have done a better job as an amateur. The nail polish got on my skin and they didn't clean it up. And after a day of having my nails done, my manicure already chipped. :( The people are friendly here and I know they work hard to earn a living, but the quality is just not that great to me. read more

I have been coming here for years, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is super nice and Jen always greets her customers with a smile. I usually am here to get my eyebrows done but have also gotten a full set, pedicure and manicure. The best thing about this place is that its not busy all the time so you can walk in and they can take you in right away. The longest I have ever waited was maybe about 15 minutes. They also schedule appointments if your interested. They don't have many nail polishes to choose from which is a bummer most of the time because I stand their looking at about 60 different colors to choose from not really liking any of them. I end up settling for a weird color. I suggest you bring your own nail polish if you want your nails a specific color. The prices here aren't too bad. They may be a little bit higher than most places but it's only about $2-$3 dollar difference. I pay $9 dollars to get my eyebrows done. The price increased about 3 years ago from $7 to $9 and I think I know why, they recently remodeled the place to look more modern. They have 2 flat screen TV's for your convenience and also added about 4 massage chairs with foot spa's. (You pay extra to have a deluxe pedicure) So the price increase makes sense. I really don't mind since it is nice to have a remodeled place. The only downside about this place is parking. The parking here is usually full and you have a hard time finding parking usually within the hours of 3-5pm. The little center that they are located at has about 20 parking spaces and if they are all taken, done bother trying to park at the Alta Dena next door. The guy there is rude and will tell you to move your car even though they are never busy and have 10 open spaces. You are better off parking on the street and walking or parking at the shopping center located across the street. They also do take credit cards but add a $1 dollar fee (which is a little steep) you're better off bringing cash to begin with. They don't accept checks, who pays with checks now a days anyway? The ladies that work here are very nice and the salon looks clean. However, the workmanship is not acceptable. I bet this nail tech does not even have her license. She did not know what she was doing. This is one of the worst gel manicures I have received in a while. And you know what sucks, is I have not had my nails done for about 6 months or longer.
