At that point, I explained that all I needed was a basic acrylic removal. She eventually told me to wait, so I did. Not only was the service disorganized, but I also felt I was overcharged for such a simple removal service. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. If you're looking for a salon that values customer service and respects its customers' time, I would suggest trying another nail salon. No complaint there. However, you still have to wait, even if you have an appointment. On several occasions, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told to come back after another 30 minutes or an hour. The last time I came back after 30 minutes and there still wasn't anyone available. By beef is with the scheduling. Don't make appointments if you can't live up to the obligation is my advice.
