Ive been coming here for 4 months every 2 weeks. I was recommended this place through a friend and immediately fell in love! They're so clean and the staff is always so nice. Lucy was my go-to, she took her time, made sure each nail was perfect and knew exactly how to do my nails perfect every time. The ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars CON: Sad to say she won't be there for a while so this last time I went I had to try someone else, I was very hopeful because I love this place & love the work they do but sadly it didn't measure up this last time. They really didn't have the color I wanted (emerald green) they tried to make it and in the shop it looked green but as soon as I walked out I realized it only looks green in light. Plus I wanted it matte and they still came out glossy. Also I still had to go home and file down my nails myself because it wasn't done right. This is the first time I've left T&Y nails unsatisfied! UPDATE** I went to T&Y nails this past Friday and I'm happy to say that Julie took care of me very well! Even the nail tech that did my pedicure did so well and amazing I will definitely pay extra next time for a longer massage. Julie was amazing and matched up the color I wanted perfectly. I'm a week late with my review, I left last Friday very happy with my Ombré Pink Nails! I walked in last minute to pamper myself for my graduation last Saturday. Julie was such a sweetheart and had one of the guys on her team get me started with my Pedi. He was gentle and did a great job! I did have to wait for Nails to be done since I walked in, so ladies schedule an appointment for Ombré Nails or any service. It was my first time there and decided to wait and take the risk based on their social media. It was worth the wait and the environment better than other nail places I've been too. The staff seems professional, unlike other nail salons where the staff are speaking to their Bluetooth, and not acknowledge your presence. Walked in yesterday for a 4:30 appointment at 4:40, and was told I was late and I would have to come back or reschedule. 10 MIN! Keep in mind I went 3 weeks ago for 2 appointments (2 full sets) at 2:00pm, got there at 1:45pm, and didn't get seen till 2:45 (that was just for 1 full set, my sister didn't get started till 3:10). I didn't get a "I'm sorry, we're running behind, no status, throughout the 45 minutes that I patiently waited for one appointment, or an hour and 10 mins that I waited for the other. Please don't tell me your time is more valuable than mine. But then you're going to ask me to reschedule for running 10 minutes late. What kind of customer service is this? There's ways to treat your customers, or try to accommodate when needed. read more

I came here as a last minute pedicure rescue... and i will not come back nor recommend anyone to come here for a pedicure... The lady who helped me did not do a good job at all. My toes always have dead skin/ In grown nail on the sides and she just made sure it was smooth and clean instead of actually cutting the sides, making sure it was cut and no more in grown nail/dead skin was bothering. I've been to so many nail shops after my nail tech had to go out of the country, she's been out for almost a year, every time I go somewhere I never am completely satisfied with the work. This has by far been the best place I've been to ALL year! I've gotten my nails done with 3 different techs but so far Anthony is my favorite one! Worst experience ever. First of all, I was the only one waiting trying to fix one nail but suddenly when a regular comes in before me, they immediately sat that person down. I know it was a regular because they greeted her by her name. Whether this person had an app. or not, what kills them to fix one nail after i waited for a while? I was told to wait 10mins so I did. Those 10mins passed and an employee finished a set so I assumed I was going to get attended after being told to wait 10mins but they assisted the person who walked in after waiting. I respect all nail techs and their hustle but in honesty, it's way too much especially when us girls have other things to pay off. I was desperate to get my nails done last minute and stumbled upon this places Instagram. They had amazing work so i called and was able to get an appointment. I was very pleased with my nails. I was quoted $90 for the design I wanted at another spot(without gel) but got them done here for $55 (with gel) I would definitely recommend them. The owner is soo sweet and very funny. Clean salon. I am absolutely in love with this place. I had a nail disaster where my two of acrylics fell off from a previous nail next. Julie did my nails and she is the total nail babe! She glammed me up, and worked magic on me. Most places charges to get your nails fixed from other salons, but she heard what happened and automatically knew what to do! She took her sweet & gentle time with my cuticles & I enjoyed it because most places cut me. I'm very picky, but oh did she show love to my nails. I've gone to multiple place & I'm never happy with my shape. But Julie measured each nail and compared it, but she worked magic!!! The salon overall had a clean look to it, & all of the workers are very sweet. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in a nail crisis or just wants to get glammed. I had a really bad first experience , my friend recommended me here, when I first got them the guy didn't take off my cuticles and the first picture is from the day I got them there are already spaces in between the acrylic making it look days old and they aren't even all coffin the middle one looks thick , also instead of asking me if I want change he just said bye thank you and took all of the money , the second day of having these nails I got this (second picture ) I have no idea if it's because what they used or if I got a little cut while they were doing my nails but it just keeps getting worst , don't recommend this place highly doubt they clean their machines read more

I was recommended to come here by a friend. I went with an open mind and very enthusiastic. I saw some of their samples on displayed and one caught my eye. I took the display to one of the male and they assured me they can make my nails look the display/sample, As he started the process he was doing everything "normal". He proceeded to color my nails and when I saw that it was EXTREMELY SLOPPY I told him I didn't like it. He said I was exaggerating and my nails will "look pretty". Well they didnt and I compalined AGAIN. He ignore me and added rhimestones to my nails. This made it even worst. I went on a Saturday and he said that everything looked fine and eventhough I was still unsatisffied with his work he charges me full orice and expected a tip!!!! This is a NEW AND IMPROVED PLACE. RENOVATED, it has switched owners, and the new staff is a 10/10. I got my gel manicure nails done with Julie, and she is the best nail technician ever. Her personality is amazing, I loved her humor she was really cool. She definitely took her time on every single nail making sure they were nothing but perfect. This place is also very SANITARY. They sterilize their tools and open the bags right in front of me which not all nail place do but should. Also, they have a lot of different varieties of colors which was amazing because there's nothing more frustrating than a place that doesn't have enough colors. I had a design in mind when I came here and Julie made them even prettier. Again she took her time on every nail to make sure they were perfect! To me that made a big difference, she didn't do a sloppy job, she kept cleaning the cuticles as she painted them coating them so perfect. I've been coming here for a couple of months now and every time I left satisfied. However, I am very very upset and disappointed with my last visit. I came here to get a simple gel manicure and was let down. For starters, I had chosen a nude color and she started painting my nails a bright orange color (which I didn't mind just because I ended up liking the color). Also, the lady doing my nails was very rough. I told her a couple of times what she was doing hurt and she would disregard it each time. She did a very messy job around the cuticles. I told her several times that my nails were messy around the cuticles and she tried to fix them but was just making everything worse and hurting me. I had to tell her to just leave them as is. The polish near the cuticles is very messy and uneven. I could tell that my gel is going to be peeling off in a couple of days from there. It's just so upsetting to be looking forward to getting a manicure done all week and ending up with messy work. I will not be coming back here. read more
