We left around 7:30 p.m. to avoid traffic, but not long into the drive the high oil level warning light came on. Luckily, we were near Lacey, WA, and had to decide whether to spend the night in the van and limp to a local mechanic or have it towed home to our trusted mobile mechanic. Andrew arrived around 11:30 p.m. and was professional and courteous from the start. What could have been a stressful late-night tow turned into a much more pleasant experience, and he and my husband chatted the whole way, making the long trip feel much shorter. We really appreciated Andrew getting us home safely in the middle of the night. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made all the difference.
