Bad Service would be a step up. My past visits have been quite pleasant. Not today. First off, 1. I was greeted by someone who was visibly distraught when I chose a table. There was only one other patron in the restaurant at the time. 2. I waited way too long to get service as the staff argued among themselves about who would serve me. 3. When my food arrived, it was fresh and hot. That's good. As soon as I began to dine, the staff situated right in front of me, began to loudly, let me repeat, very loudly sort silverware for what must have been, without exaggeration, ten minutes. They didn't even realize how annoying this was. 4. Never once did my waiter come back and ask me if I needed anything. I was planning on asking for a to-go order. I chose not to. I had the worst delivery experience ever with this restaurant. Forget about getting your order correct as you cannot understand what they say and they cannot understand what you say. Then when I called and said we were missing a plate they said no we were not and augured with me. So when we figure they just didn't write it down we asked to order the plate and they said no and that we had to order more food for that delivery. Absolutely the worst customer service!!! read more

The Chinese food here is very good! I love their thai chicken and shrimp combo! Their fried rice is also very yummy! The portion's aren't that big, but the quality of the food is! They did forget to include my spring rolls, but gave me 2 free complimentary spring rolls for the hassle of going back to get it. read more

I am not even going to touch on the food we ordered, regardless if it was good or not, the dinner went South when I got up at the end of the meal to go to the restroom and saw 4 roaches. She never listened to me because she was too focused on people coming in the door.... TERRIBLE FOOD!!! We placed a to go order from our office & our runner picked up. I ordered the Combination Lo Mein with a description on the menu that says "Lo Mein with mixed meat & vegetables". There were no vegetables!! The meat that appeared to be chicken didn't taste like any chicken I've ever had...possibly it wasn't chicken. The beef was tough & chewy. The shrimp were ok, a little on the rubbery side. The food was tasteless...pasty noodles with very little sauce on them & the sauce had no flavor. The only spice I could taste was salt & there was plenty of that. I will not ever eat there again. My family and I like to come to this place from time to time. It's really consistent and the spring rolls are excellent! Sometime service is a little slow but it's not horrible and we never really run low or out of iced tea (to me is a good sign they're watching over you). My family comes from out of town and they usually always ask if we can get a meal from here. This is a fast food chinese diner so if you're expecting completely authentic chinese or top of the line, this would not be your place. I called to place a delivery order a second time and was told it was too far....4 1/2 miles is too far for delivery. This is the worst place to eat Chinese food. The wait staffs are so rude. They simply do not care about their CUSTOMERS. Even my son who is so easy to please, complained that the people working here absolutely have no manners and rude. When you ask for something they don't even acknowledge you. I don't know where or what training they gave their staff. It is not right for them to make money, if they cannot give proper service or simple courtesy to other people. I'm sure their manager/owner knows it and that's okay with them. My wife and I ate lunch here today. We were greeted by a friendly staff member and seated. The dining room was exceptionally clean. We ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the Beef & Broccoli and my wife ordered the General Tso's Chicken. The lunch came with soup or spring roll. We both had the Wonton Soup. The soup was delicious. Then out came out entree's. The portion sizes were huge and the food was really fresh. Some of the largest pieces of beef I have seen in a Chinese Beef & Broccoli plate. My wife also commented on how big the pieces of General Tso's Chicken were. Great food and a great lunch experience. This was some of the best Chinese food I have had in a really long time. Have ordered from this place a lot. Tonight-my order was all wrong. Ordered General's chicken -a kid's sweet and sour chicken(came with egg roll), chicken fried rice and 2 cups of hot and sour soup. Another great delivery. The hot and sour soup is the best I have had! I got the pan fried scallops and they were delicious. They came with a really nice sauce on a fresh bed of lettuce. This place is really great! The food is really good. Though I mainly only get General Chicken or Orange Chicken both with fried rice. My boyfriend loves their egg drop soup and Sweet&Sour Chicken. Their spring rolls are good too. I had my bday dinner there last year and made reservations which they weren't opposed to as long as we got there on time because it was on a saturday evening so it would be busy. Everyone loved their meal. For about 12 or so people it was I believe over $100 which is definitely not bad considering how much you get on your plate. My friends would share a meal just because they knew they wouldn't finish it on their own and someone else wanted the same thing anyways so they shared and that one plate was enough.
