When it was my turn, Alex came over to greet me, took the bag with my mom's equipment, and walked me over to his station. I was honestly a little nervous because the account wasn't under my name. I explained that my mom has been sick and I'm taking care of emptying her apartment and canceling her utilities on her behalf.
