I would not use this company if someone paid me. It's a pretty long story and right now I'm so mad, I couldn't do it justice. I bought service for 2 phones an iPad and internet. I never received the phone because it was lost in shipping. When the purchase was made, they gave me 3 SIM cards and told me to come in when the new phone came in with the iPad and both phones and they'd download everything and get it going for me. Since I never received the phone, I never was able to use any of their equipment or anything of theirs and they still charged me almost $300. This is just wrong. read more

New service thanks to impatient son..Thank goodness for this particular T-Mobile Store. Why? Well. I had to get a new phone. Apparently my previous device started acting wonky battery-wise once I got on the plane. Anyways, this was the closest T-Mobile Store. I admit I had reservations. The whole out of town thing, y'know I was sure I'd have "easy prey" or "new meat" written large on my forehead and easily be taken advantage of. My fears were, thankfully, totally unjustified. First contact was with Mr. Derrion. Personable, knowledgeable, customer service oriented AND he just happened to be the store manager. SCORE! He listened carefully to my dilemma, assessed my old phone and walked me through a few options. Painlessly. I was then handed off to Ms. Chloe. She was personable, knowledgeable, diligent, and industrious. All in all a very impressive experience for an out of towner. I went in there between 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM on 3/30/26. When I first walked in, there was a guy walking out who was visibly upset, then he said something loudly to the manager before he left. I just went in there to simply buy a pair of airPods Pro 3. There's no such thing as simply purchasing something in this store. You have to wait for the customers being helped to sign contracts, give personal information, etc... That was a little annoying. After a few minutes of standing there waiting with another customer, the manager said directly, "I'm going to have you guys sit over there while I work with this client." He didn't ask politely if we could please sit over there and wait until someone was available. He TOLD us he was going to "have us sit down". I promptly walked out. He won't be "having me" do anything. He especially won't be having my business. Someone should "have him" choose his words more carefully. How does someone who talks like that to customers get into management? Is the workforce really that bad? I found the EarPods for sale on Amazon. Glad he was a jerk, he saved me some money. read more

Consistently awful service. Tried twice to return my internet tower there as instructed by customer service. Both times they would not take it...said their regional manager told them they could no longer take those returns. Absolutely the worst ever. Got their internet service in my area. It was fine for a month, then would drop out completely 4 to 5 times per day. I cancelled the service, was told to return the modem and hotspot to the local store. The store told me I had to ship it to another location. I packaged everything up, shipped it back and they promptly lost the hotspot. They also did not cancel the line associated to the Hotspot. Now they want me to pay for the hotspot because 1 - they lost it and 2 - since they didn't cancel the hotspot line, it's now past the buyers' remorse period. All told, I've spent 10 hours on hold between their people over seas and in Bellingham. If I could give zero stars I would. At this point, with the aggravation I've had with this, I wouldn't use a T-Mobile device to call 911 if my house was burning. Stay away from this company. read more

Let me start by saying that for every other cell phone carrier that I have had service with, I have been completely disappointed, and I think that I have tried all the major carriers. TMobile is different. I stopped in at this T-Mobile location to add another phone to my existing plan, my wife was dumping her old carrier and switching to TMobile. The salesperson that we worked with was great, he showed us all the options, from the cheapest phones to the most expensive phones, and presented the options so we could decide what was best for us. Not pushy at all. Excellent service. I strongly recommend this T-Mobile store if you want to get your next phone. read more

I've been to this T-Mobile store several times over the years, and while I have plenty of complaints with the company, this store deserves a good rating. Ben is amazing and my favorite person at that store. He's good with phones, knows what he's doing software wise, and is pleasant to speak with. He almost makes the 45 minute drive to their store worth it. We've had a lot of problems with the phones we bought from T-Mobile (a Samsung MyTouch, if anyone's interested), but Ben has always managed to solve the issue for us. Whether he was replacing the phone or working his phone voodoo to magically fix a software problem, he never failed us ... and even gave us his private number to call in case his fix was only temporary. He's the best, and deserves to run that place someday! read more

Can't stand t-mobile! Poor coverage area, dropped calls, slow data, crappy call quality when it does connect, incorrect billing, poor customer service... I got a piece of equipment from this store that was supposed to boost our signal at home. It didn't work. Tried to return it to the store but they wouldn't take it back. Said head office would send me a label for UPS. Never got the label....called multiple times over 3-months. Meanwhile they had to keep adjusting my bill because they kept trying to charge me for the equipment. I have called them 8+ times through this ordeal! We needed a few phones that would work upriver and were guaranteed that the ones we purchased did have 4G at our location. We purchased a current promotion wherein we could have one phone "Free" and the iPhone SE "Half Price" at $200. I asked if they were really 1/2 price and free and that I didn't want to pay monthly for phones. Jose said "you'll just pay the $200 the LG is Free". Well, we paid $285. that day and had a remaining bill of $685. The date was 9/3/20 and we returned the phones on 9/6/20 expecting a full refund as they didn't work at all at our river house. We had to pay a restocking fee of 50 dollars and today on 9/21/20 we got an autopay bank notice that 193.53 is coming out of our bank for who knows what! Went into the store to get a phone I had maintenance on replaced. Was told it would be a week to get that done but they could get me into a new phone without my bill going up. Month later - my bill doubled. Called the store several days in a row and they did nothing to help. Called T-Mobile directly and they said the store had to fix it. Sent email to store manager and finally a sales rep called back, not the manager. Sales rep said he will get everything fixed and nothing changed. Spent the next week on the phone with T-Mobile, 3 different departments, two managers, finally got my bill down closer to what it was. Monthly bill still going up but not double anymore. I will never go to this store again, I will never recommend a T-Mobile store. Only use T-Mobile online, if you use them at all. My experience with T-mobile @ 1829 Marketplace Dr, Burlington, WA was not good at all. I paid my bill at the begining of the month, January 1st. They were trying to tell me that I still owed 100.09 dollars even though I paid them 29.17 for the phone itself and 76.00 for my unlimited plan. I even paid an additional 25.00 towards my phone itself. But whoever they had working there at that department didnt even put any of my payment down.... Let me just start out by saying that if I could give zero stars I would be more than happy to. My husband and I came to T-Mobile so that we could switch from Verizon; however, we were mislead by an incompetent salesman named Gobi. Gobi told us that we could keep our Verizon phones and T-mobile would pay our end of contract fees from Verizon which ended up being a little over $1000. After several attempts to contact Gobi by going to the store, calling him, texting and emailing, he finally stated that, "there was nothing he could do." At this point, we were out over $1000 and were incredibly frustrated but we decided to give him one more chance to make things right before contacting T-mobile corporate. When we told him that we were going to do this, he said, "do you have written proof of what I said?" I replied, "yes" he then arrogantly said, "go ahead and file a complaint man" and then he hung up on me. I'm happy to say that after speaking to T-Mobile corporate, they are going to reimburse me for my money and hopefully fire this incompetent and unprofessional employee. I've never had such a terrible experience with a T-Mobile employee up until now. I'm happy to report that after speaking to T-Mobile corporate, they are going to finally reimburse the $1000 + I was promised and hopefully fire this incompetent salesman. Update: Sorry to say we were left with some unresolved issues. They took our old phones and still haven't paid for them. Oh sure, they sent off a $500 voucher request and we got back $200 of it. We attempted contact with the manager and now we're not getting the courtesy of a return call. So to sum it up, we took in $1400 worth of phones and got back $200. That doesn't seem to fair but who knows maybe we just aren't liked for some reason. Go ahead take yours in and see what happens, it's your call no pun intended. Just be prepared to pull out a credit card to pay your previous phone company, you're gonna need it. Simply out standing. I normally never have issues in this store. And the day I came in last showed why I come back. I wanted to get my husband a couple new things and a new phone for Father's day, from our family to him. To hide it from him I had to go the same time he had business in the town with the store. I explained this before coming in. The person I was talking to help set up a meeting with a sales girl named Talia. I was running a couple minutes late, and found her helping someone. While she was busy, it gave me time to look around. And find some things I was wondering about. When she got to me, which was in a very timely manner. (And still had the other customer thanking her and leaving with a smile.) She helped explain about the products. And which ones based on what I told her, would be best. She was never once pushy, or rude. Being in sales I don't like dealing with someone who pushes something on you in hopes you'll buy it. She never once seemed that way, she showed me things that I thought about and helped bounce ideas. Then offered to show me the items, and also showed what she liked. A couple things were such a great idea, that I added them to our purchase. She then helped me get some really great deal I didn't know about. Now the computer system was down when we were doing this, and it still wasn't up when we were done. Having to go to another appointment, she offered to hold everything for me. A couple hours later I had my husband and had to still pick up the gifts they were holding. There was a kid that helped us when looking for some things came over. Both helped me hide the gifts in my bag and coat, in hopes my husband wouldn't notice....let's just say it was VERY noticeable lol...we ended up pulling it off, and he was non the wiser. I had to go back a couple weeks later due to a defective Sim card. And the first thing she asked was how it went. She was very nice, professional, courteous, and sincere. With her help we were able to give my husband not only the phone of he's dreams. But a bunch of new gadgets to. I will definitely be going to her next time I have to do this! :) read more

We ordered a signal booster and received the wrong product in the mail. T-mobile customer service instructed us to take it to the store to return it. Once we got there the manager "Trina" told us that they couldn't take it because it would mess up their inventory. She finally ended up printing the shipping label that was emailed to her by customer service and then pushed the box towards us to drop of at UPS. We were shocked and asked why we should waste more of our time dealing with a mistake they made sending us the wrong product. The manager "Trina" then informed us that as the manager it's against store policy for them to ship it. We called T-Mobile right after we left and they told us that their is no such policy and that the store should have taken the product back and handled everything. The manager gave us attitude the whole time and refused to do her job and lied about company policy. My wife and I switched over to tmobile 3 days ago. She decided to get a different phone today from her original choice. I took her phone in to the store for her to exchange it. Unbeknownst to me, the idiot employee does a factory reset on the old phone and then hands me the new one and says ok it's all ready to go. I said wait, we need to transfer all of my wife's contacts, music etc. from the old phone. Emplyoyee says well there is nothing on the phone. WHAT!? I said tell me you didn't just do a factory reset on that phone? They said No, you did. What the he*! Now I'm being called a liar? Why would I reset the phone without transferring the data first? Finally got the manager involved. Manager asks employee if they did a reset on the phone and stands right there in front of me and lies stating "no" it was given to me that way. You have got to be kidding me. Unfortunately the info that was on that phone is gone. Fortunately, much of the contents were saved to our home computer, but why would you just automatically wipe out someone's phone or tablet without checking first to make sure no data needs to be transferred off of it? I saw other employees transferring data between people's phones. IDIOT. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I won't be back. BEWARE of this place! read more
