    I had phone and internet service with Frontier. I had whole days where the internet didn't work,…read moreand the days it did work it would randomly cut in and out. In the evenings or weekends it was almost pointless to even try. After several months of this I discontinued the service and went back to the more expensive provider. Frontier, however, decide that I should pay the $100 early termination fee even though they didn't provide the service they had promised. They expect me to keep my end of the contract, but they don't feel a need to keep theirs. I talked to customer service and put in a "dispute" and was told do not pay the bill until the dispute is settled. Four months later I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed this money. I called back, waited an hour on hold, then spent about 45 minutes talking to various people who didn't know what to do with the issue. Finally someone said I needed to talk to customer service and have them connect me to a manager in the office of the president. I talked with customer service again, they said they had no way of connecting me to a manager in the office of the president. One of the customer service representatives and one of the onsite service techs, I had several techs out to my house to try to fix the problem, both told me this company has serious issues. I couldn't agree more! I heard they are upgrading the hardware in my area, but I won't be back.

The only thing that was unique to them that I liked was the Dish streaming nature scenes. Truthfully, that is the ONLY reason we have not canceled in the last 3 years, and the fact trying to cancel is long, used car salesman experience. Actually, how difficult they make it to cancel service is the reason WE WILL NEVER have Dish TV again! We multiple times kept saying, we don't watch it and we want go cancel. And the gal kept pushing us about what we watch. And we were nothing, and she kept going on and on. We must have said over 3 dozen times to cancel before they actually decide to disconnect, and then tried again to offer us a half price rate. Well, honestly they always have issues... every year. One of the networks will not renew with them, and then all the sudden we lose CBS, NBC or ABC. Which is we are going to turn on the TV that is the only channels we watch. Them going off air for a long extended time was actually how we got introduced to Paramount Plus, which in our opinion is much better especially if you have a SmartTV. And when they have issues, you still have to pay the same. They will never give you a credit. It was long over due to cut the cord. If we want to watch a movie, or even a show. There are so many other ways to do so. That are much more affordable. $150 / month to sit on your bum and watch TV.... is just too much. That money can go towards future travels and adventures.

    Worse customer service and tech support EVER!!!, I have been trying to get audio delay fixed for 3…read moreweeks and the TV turning itself back on after turning it off using the dish remote, their fix was to send me a new remote and since that did not resolve the issue they are now blaming the TV even after I told them it's also happing in other rooms. They refuse to send a tech out or a new joey. I'm so done with them to the point I'm ready eat the early cancellation fee and go back to Direct TV.

    Everything about this company is bad. Product bad, service bad, customer relations bad. Do yourself…read morea favor and sign on with any other wireless cellular company, but stay away from AT&T. I keep getting billed even though my account was zeroed out almost 4 months ago. I've been into their store twice to rectify this issue, I have made countless call most of the time I talk to no one. They gave me two numbers to call for billing, one was 611, when the phone answered, it was T-Mobile! When I asked, " when did you merge with AT&T?", they said that they had no idea that they did. And promptly told me they can only speak to T-Mobile products and T-Mobile billing. So I tried the next number. 1-800-301-0050 which was supposedly the direct line to AT&T billing department, when the phone was answered this time it was "Liberty Wireless", they had no explanation why AT&T would give me a number that was to a different wireless company and they didn't have any AT&T phone numbers that would get me in touch with AT&T. I have not been signed up with AT&T for almost 4 months and that is how long I've been dealing with them erroneously sending bills to me, which at this point equates to harassment.

    This sounds like the exact same problem as the AT&T store in Oak Harbor.
