Now let's talk about the staff Susan is soooo amazing, i mean she knows how to make you feel amazing and provides assurance in whatever you purchase and if their ever is an issue she handles it swiftly and respectfully. This may seem weird to say but it's almost like unbelievable how she handles each and every customer as if they were family. I've witness the care SuSan provides with my own eyes, the customer know her by name. Natalie is friendly and will do her best to work diligently to keep you in your budget.

First, I've been to the store 3 times this year because my diamonds continue to fall off. It is obviously defected. When I spoke to the manager, and asked for the escalation number, he proceeded to say I'm the manager, and will tell you what the escalation people will say. I said I am a manager as well, this is not personal but the ring should not be falling apart. Today I went in to pick up my ring, and asked about the replacement options we discussed. The girl who assisted us, who was beyond rude, said you can upgrade the ring, and then directed me to the clearance rings. My ring is 2 carrots and is over 3.5K. I don't know what is wrong with these people but I will never go back to this location.
