I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but after what feels like my 47th visit to this T-Mobile store while trying to decide on a phone for my 11-year-old daughter, I felt it was deserved! As any parent knows, buying a first phone for your child can be a surprisingly emotional process. I walked in not really wanting my daughter to have a phone at all, and probably changed my mind a dozen times along the way. Through every visit, question, concern, and moment of indecision, the entire team was patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured. They took the time to explain options, answer my endless questions, and help me find something that made sense for both my daughter and my peace of mind. Every single employee I interacted with was fantastic, but INDIA deserves a special shout-out. She was incredibly kind, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole process feel easy--even when I'm sure I wasn't making it easy! It's rare these days to find a team that consistently delivers great customer service, but this store does exactly that. If you're looking for a new phone, upgrading, or trying to navigate the world of giving a phone to a child while secretly wishing carrier pigeons were still a thing, this is the place to go. We came in yesterday to get a new sim for user error. Lolol. Scott helped us and he was extremely friendly, kind and informative. We went to 2 other locations and they were all closed. I gave the sunrise mall location a call and after the way the rep answered the phone, we decided they weren't professional and went to this location instead. Went in to get my cousins Android replaced and the kid behind the counter was of no help at all!! Couldn't answer basic questions about the 360 warranty program, they didn't have the cheapest model available and refused to call the other store to see if they had in stock! Said the two stores managers hate each other so they wouldn't tell him anything if called! Unbelievable! So we went to the "other" store and got excellent help! This is the store in the Safeway parking lot. AVOID IT unless you're looking for crappy customer service!! read more

This store used to be so great. Unfortunately, it's no longer great. Not sure what happened, if it was the management change or what, but they're not helpful. Particularly, Bella. She's abrasive, not helpful, makes suggestions I've told her I don't want. Her employment here was not the right choice. What's annoying is that what she claims she couldn't do, customer care ended up helping me with and I had NO problems. Let's stop hiring lazy, rude, unhelpful people. Do better, Jen. This place is terrible. The girl working Tuesday January 14th was possibly the single rudest human I've ever encountered. Unlocked the front door while we were outside and she proceeded to slam the door closed in our faces. Kicked something at the wall on the way to the desk. Then slammed closed the door that goes to the back room. Was too appalled to even listen to her talk didn't stay long after that. Avoid at all costs. read more

Man, the manager is really unfriendly and not incredibly helpful in terms of customer service. I've had 2 interactions with him specifically and in both instances I've left with none of the questions I had answered and just an overall bad taste from the experience. Buyer be ware! Slick talking and deceiving is the service you will receive if you are not paying attention. Micheal (the manager) is your best friend until you see he what he charged you vs. what he said in his sales pitch! Keep your eye on that rattle snake! The other train wreck of a human is Brianna! She is Michaels protege. Unprofessional and seemingly frustrated with her existence, she is quick to scold you and treat like child if you ask a question. Brianna needs to be out of the public eye, stocking boxes in the back room. Skip this T Mobel location, the Sunrise Mall T Mobel Team is professional and eager to please. So I came to T-Mobile for there 5g home internet. When I signed up I mentioned the California affordable connectivity program and was misinformed by the employe there that if I am approved for the program T-Mobile would deduct it from the 50.00$ a month making it about 25.00. We'll surprise they sent me my first bill a month and a half later for 117.00. I am disabled and on a very fixed income and wouldn't have signed up if the bill was going to be 50$ a month. I returned there tower and now am being threatened to be sent to collections. I can't afford to pay them the 117.00 and maybe they should train there employees a lil better on things like affordability programs and such. I barley used the internet to update my PlayStation and get a very expensive bill. Other than that the service was very good but not for 50$ Sincerely Tv read more

I want to send a compliment to Bella in the Fair Oaks, CA store for the wonderful customer service that she has provided us. My daughter added me to her T-Mobile account, along with a new phone, and she was very knowledgeable and polite in setting me up with my new phone account. This morning, I made one outgoing phone call and it worked fine. An hour later, when I tried to make an outgoing phone call, I was unable to do so and got a message that "this phone can only be used for emergency calls". Of course, I freaked out and thought I did something wrong . So I went down to the T-Mobile store, and she assured me that I did nothing wrong, it just needed the sim card replaced. She replaced it for me, and told me it will update in about 15 minutes, which it did. Her customer service skills are excellent! read more

Absolutely horrendous. There is a employee there by the name of Briana that should not be working in customer service. She is incredibly rude, had no patience, and not professional in any way. She also had a big red/purple hickey on her neck for all to see. It seems she didn't even try to hide it. Gross. When I tried to ask questions she would get impatient and snap at me and would roll her eyes. She also asked the manager, Michael, if he would put in her sales right in front me me. Which I think was pretty unprofessional. She and her manager very very misleading about accessories being "added in for your convenience". It was not convenient because those accessories were $100! They failed to specify that we were paying for a $40 screen saver and a $50 charging block for my new iPhone! Very annoying that they can't be clear about what they're selling. Will not be back. The Sunrise mall location is much better. Briana needs some more training or some anger management classes. read more

I went in here to switch over from Metro and was helped by Sheldon. It went very smooth and he was extremely helpful. We did have some hiccups with our plan but when we went back to see him he was so helpful in getting everything fixed. We were very happy with our experience here. I would definitely suggest going to this location and you should request Sheldon his customer service is the best. He deserves a raise for the help that he gives and the friendly attitude that he always has. read more
